A joint analysis of the results of electrochemical studies and the evolution of the parameters of a sodium chloride solution droplet in contact with the coating under test reveals the pattern of changes in the surface state which result from the electrochemical reactions and adsorption-desorption processes at the coating/electrolyte interface. Features of the corrosion process are studied on titanium samples with different protective layers on the surface: (1) a natural oxide, (2) a coating prepared via plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO coating), (3) a PEO coating with a hydrophobic layer, and (4) a PEO coating with a superhydrophobic nanocomposite layer. The best protective properties in a chloride-containing electrolyte are exhibited by the superhydrophobic nanocomposite coating. The mechanism of corrosion protection of this coating is formulated.  相似文献

The expression for calculating disjoining pressure in a film via the potential electric energy of the filed generated by the solute dipoles is derived. Image forces and their contribution to the disjoining pressure of solution films at the orientation of dipole molecules of adsorbed component parallel to the film interfaces are analyzed. Expressions for the calculation of the correlation attraction of adsorbed monolayers under various conditions of adsorption on opposite film boundaries are obtained. Relation for calculating the contribution of interaction between the adsorbed monolayers and their images to the film disjoining pressure is derived. High quality YBa2.Cu3O6 +x(YBCO) superconductive thin films have been fabricated on the SrTiO3(100) substrate using laser molecular beam epitaxy (laser-MBE). The active oxygen source was used, which made the necessary ambient oxygen pressure be 2–3 orders lower than that in pulsed laser deposition (PLD). Tc0 is 85–87 K, and Jc, 1.0 × 106 A/cm2. Atomic force microscopy (AFM) measurements show that no obvious particulates can be observed and the root mean square roughness is 7.8 nm. High stability DC superconducting quantum interference devices (DC-SQUID) was fabricated using this YBCO thin film.  相似文献
