Double-layer structures based on gas-sensitive semiconducting metal oxides and silicalite-1 were tested in detection of carbon monoxide in humid air. Pure tin dioxide and that modified with antimony and palladium served as materials of the sensitive layer. Upon deposition of a silicalite-1 layer on SnO2 and SnO2/PdOx, the signal for CO in dry air at room measurement temperature (T = 25°C) grows, but an increase in the air humidity results in that the sensor sensitivity fully disappears. Raising the measurement temperature to 100°C makes weaker the adverse effect of the humidity. The double-layer structure containing the SnO2(Sb)/PdOx nanocomposite is characterized by the most stable sensor signal that is independent of the air humidity within the range RH = 4?65%.  相似文献

Nanocomposites based on nanocrystalline ZnO and CdSe and InP nanocrystals (quantum dots) have been synthesized by chemical precipitation and high-temperature colloidal synthesis. The microstructure parameters of the oxide matrix and the size of the CdSe and InP nanocrystals have been determined. A correlation was established between the spectral dependence of the photoconductivity of nanocomposites and the optical absorption spectra of quantum dots. The influence of CdSe and InP quantum dots on the interaction of ZnO with NO2 under visible light irradiation has been studied. It has been shown that the synthesized nanocomposites can be used to detect NO2 under illumination with green light without additional thermal heating.  相似文献

We report on a cytotoxic half‐sandwich iridium(III) complex [Ir(η5‐Cpph)(phen)(PB)]PF6 ( 1‐PB ), containing a monodentate coordinated O‐donor 4‐phenylbutyrato ligand (PB) belonging to the family of histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACi); HCpph = (2,3,4,5‐tetramethylcyclopenta‐2,4‐dien‐1‐yl)benzene, phen = 1,?10‐phenanthroline. The solution behaviour studies indicated that complex 1‐PB partially hydrolysed in the mixture of methanol and water (1:4, v/v), resulting in the release of the PB ligand. The extent of the PB ligand release increased in the presence of 2 molar equiv. of the reduced glutathione (GSH). Complex 1‐PB exhibited comparable in vitro cytotoxicity against the cisplatin‐sensitive (IC50 = 15.8 μM) and ‐resistant (IC50 = 13.0 μM) variants of the A2780 human ovarian carcinoma cells, while its potency against the MRC‐5 human normal fibroblast cells was markedly lower (IC50 = 124.1 μM). The cytotoxicity studies revealed an ability of complex 1‐PB to overcome the acquired resistance against cisplatin, with the resistance factor (RF = 0.8) being markedly lower than for complex 1‐Cl (RF = 1.8) and cisplatin (RF = 2.9). The A2780 cell‐based flow cytometry experiments showed different cell cycle modification induced by complex 1‐PB and cisplatin, induction of production of reactive oxygen species, and higher mitochondria membrane potential depleted cell populations after the treatment by complex 1‐PB as compared with cisplatin. In the cell‐free assay, complex 1‐PB inhibited the HDAC activity to ca 66% as compared to ca 74% valid for NaPB. The [Ir(η5‐Cpph)(phen)(H2O)]2+ species ( 1‐OH 2 ), representing the hydrolysis product of both complexes 1‐PB and 1‐Cl , induced hydroxyl radical from the hydrogen peroxide, as proved by the EPR spin trapping studies with the 5‐(diethoxyphosphoryl)‐5‐methyl‐1‐pyrroline‐N‐oxide (DEPMPO) spin trap.  相似文献

In combination with experimental research,numerical simulation is performed to investigate the influence law of the obstacles in a duct on the explosion flame of premixed coal gas and air. The numerical method uses upwind WENO scheme and two-step chemical reaction model. The interaction mechanism is addressed between the compression wave from reflection on the right end of the duct and flame propagation. Several DNA amplification-based methods were used for identification and evaluation of the relation between lactobacilli isolated from breastfed full-term infant faeces (31 strains), dairy products (5 strains) and silage (1 strain). Twenty-seven strains isolated from infant faeces were identified as Lactobacillus rhamnosus (9), Lactobacillus gasseri (6), Lactobacillus paracasei (4), Lactobacillus fermentum (4), Lactobacillus salivarius (2), Lactobacillus plantarum (1), and Lactobacillus helveticus (1) using 10 species-specific polymerase chain reactions (PCRs), multiplex PCR for the Lactobacillus casei group, and sequencing of 16S rDNA. Four strains were not identified. Six strains isolated from dairy products and silage were identified as Lactobacillus rhamnosus. A repetitive extragenic palindromic polymerase chain reaction (rep-PCR) with primer (GTG)5 and a randomly amplified polymorphic DNA polymerase chain reaction (RAPD-PCR) with primer M13 were used for confirmation of species identification. Fingerprints were used for evaluation of the relatedness of lactobacilli. Differences between strains from infant faeces, dairy products, and silage were not detected.  相似文献
