Reactions of DNBF with a series of 2-aminothiazoles (1 a-f) to afford thermodynamically stable C-bonded sigma-adducts have been investigated in acetonitrile. A most significant finding emerged on recording NMR spectra immediately after mixing of equimolar amounts of DNBF and the unsubstituted 2-aminothiazole (1 a) in Me2SO: namely, that the formation of 9 a is preceded by that of a short-lived intermediate species X. From the 1H NMR parameters characterizing this intermediate, as well as the dependence of its lifetime on the experimental conditions-the presence of excess DNBF over 1 a increases the lifetime of X while an excess of base (1 a) accelerates its conversion into 9 a--it is convincingly demonstrated that the structure of X combines the presence of a positively charged Wheland complex moiety (with regard to the thiazole ring) with that of a negatively charged Meisenheimer complex moiety (with regard to the benzofuroxan system). So far, only one intermediate of this type (noted WM) has been successfully characterized, in the reactions of DNBF with 1,3,5-tris(N,N-dialkylamino)benzenes. Among the key features supporting the intermediacy of X along the reaction coordinate leading to 9 a is the fact that the reactions of DNBF with 1 a in the presence of an alcohol (MeOH, EtOH, nPrOH) produce new adducts arising from the addition of an alcohol molecule to the thiazole moiety of WM-1 a. Reflecting the presence of three chiral centres, these species are formed as mixtures of several diastereomers that could all be characterized in their racemic forms in ethanol. These findings generalize the previous report on the formation of Wheland-Meisenheimer carbon-carbon complexes in homocyclic series.  相似文献

A new apparatus for the extraction of organic compounds from sea water is described. With this apparatus it is possible to extract 54 standard compounds with high recovery percentages from 9 1 of sea water with 3 ml ofn-hexane. The analysis time (about 1 h) is appreciably lower than those of the extraction methods based on RP-18 and Carbopack-B adsorption (about 15 h). Furthermore, it is possible to analyze samples without filtration. An application of this method to the analysis of Tirreno sea water is reported.  相似文献

The set-up of reversible binding interactions between the hydrophobic region of macrocyclic GBCAs (Gadolinium Based Contrast Agents) and SO3/OH containing pyrene derivatives provides new insights for pursuing relaxivity enhancements of this class of MRI contrast agents. The strong binding affinity allows attaining relaxation enhancements up to 50% at pyrene/GBCA ratios of 3 : 1. High resolution NMR spectra of the Yb-HPDO3A/pyrene system fully support the formation of a supramolecular adduct based on the set-up of hydrophobic interactions. The relaxation enhancement may be accounted for in terms of the increase of the molecular reorientation time (τR) and the number of second sphere water molecules. This effect is maintained in blood serum and in vivo, as shown by the enhancement of contrast in T1w-MR images obtained by simultaneous injection of GBCA and pyrene derivatives in mice.

The natural compound ravenelin was isolated from the biomass extracts of Exserohilum rostratum fungus, and its antimicrobial, antiplasmodial, and trypanocidal activities were evaluated. Ravenelin was isolated by column chromatography and HPLC and identified by NMR and MS. The susceptibility of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria strains to ravenelin was determined by microbroth dilution assay. Cytotoxicity was evaluated in hepatocarcinoma cells (HepG2) and BALB/c peritoneal macrophages by using MTT. SYBR Green I-based assay was used in the asexual stages of Plasmodium falciparum. Trypanocidal activity was tested against the epimastigote and intracellular amastigote forms of Trypanosoma cruzi. Ravenelin was active against Gram-positive bacteria strains, with emphasis on Bacillus subtilis (MIC value of 7.5 µM). Ravenelin’s antiparasitic activities were assessed against both the epimastigote (IC50 value of 5 ± 1 µM) and the intracellular amastigote forms of T. cruzi (IC50 value of 9 ± 2 µM), as well as against P. falciparum (IC50 value of 3.4 ± 0.4 µM). Ravenelin showed low cytotoxic effects on both HepG2 (CC50 > 50 µM) and peritoneal macrophage (CC50 = 185 ± 1 µM) cells with attractive selectivity for the parasites (SI values > 15). These findings indicate that ravenelin is a natural compound with both antibacterial and antiparasitic activities, and considerable selectivity indexes. Therefore, ravenelin is an attractive candidate for hit-to-lead development.  相似文献

The present study aims to both identify and quantify trans-sinapoylquinic acid (SiQA) regioisomers in green coffee by combined UHPLC-ESI-QqTOF-MS/MS and UHPLC-ESI-QqQ-MS/MS methods. Among the various mono-acyl chlorogenic acids found in green coffee, SiQA regioisomers are the least studied despite having been indicated as unique phytochemical markers of Coffea canephora (known as Robusta). The lack of commercially available authentic standards has been bypassed by resorting to the advantages offered by high-resolution LC–MS as far as the identification is concerned. SiQA regioisomers have been identified in several samples of Robusta and Coffea arabica (known as Arabica) commercial lots from different geographical origin and, for the first time, in different samples of coffee wild species (Coffea liberica and Coffea pseudozanguebariae). Quantification (total SiQA ranging from 3 to 5 mg/100 g) let to reconsider these chlorogenic acids as unique phytochemical markers of Robusta being present in the same quantity and distribution in C. liberica as well. Gardeniae Fructus samples (fruits of Gardenia jasminoides) have additionally been characterized as this matrix is recognized as one of the few naturally occurring SiQA sources. The SiQA regioisomer content (total SiQA about 80 mg/100 mg) fully supports the proposal to use this matrix as a surrogate standard for further studies.  相似文献

The most probable reaction pattern is the insertion of a fullerene 6,6 junction onto a Pt-H bond yielding an η1 alkyl derivative which, after hydrogen extrusion, gives 2. On the other hand, addition of 1 to different electron-deficient olefins, such as dimethyl maleate and fumarate, furnishes mixtures of both η1 metal—alkyl and η2 metal—olefin derivatives. In this article, we characterize efficient portfolios, i.e. portfolios which are optimal for at least one rational agent, in a very general multi-currency financial market model with proportional transaction costs. In our setting, transaction costs may be random, time-dependent, have jumps and the preferences of the agents are modeled by multivariate expected utility functions. We provide a complete characterization of efficient portfolios, generalizing earlier results of Dybvig (Rev Financ Stud 1:67–88, 1988) and Jouini and Kallal (J Econ Theory 66: 178–197, 1995). We basically show that a portfolio is efficient if and only if it is cyclically anticomonotonic with respect to at least one consistent price system that prices it. Finally, we introduce the notion of utility price of a given contingent claim as the minimal amount of a given initial portfolio allowing any agent to reach the claim by trading, and give a dual representation of it as the largest proportion of the market price necessary for all agents to reach the same expected utility level.  相似文献

We study convergence properties of time-point relaxation (TR) Runge-Kutta methods for linear systems of ordinary differential equations. TR methods are implemented by decoupling systems in Gauss-Jacobi, Gauss-Seidel and successive overrelaxation modes (continuous-time iterations) and then solving the resulting subsystems by means of continuous extensions of Runge-Kutta (CRK) methods (discretized iterations). By iterating to convergence, these methods tend to the same limit called diagonally split Runge-Kutta (DSRK) method. We prove that TR methods are equivalent to decouple in the same modes the linear algebraic system obtained by applying DSRK limit method. This issue allows us to study the convergence of TR methods by using standard principles of convergence of iterative methods for linear algebraic systems. In this paper stability properties of some multistep methods of explicit type are investigated and new methods with larger intervals of stability are proposed.
