The GRID-method has been used to measure the lifetimes of ten excited states in59, 61, 63Ni following thermal neutron capture in Ni targets of natural isotopic composition. Four of the lifetimes have been determined for the first time, the other six lifetimes can be compared with the results of conventional DSA-measurements following charged particle induced reactions. Cascade feeding effects have been included in the analysis. Level energies and electromagnetic properties of negative parity states in59Ni have been compared with the results of shell model calculations in 3p0h and 4p 1h model spaces. The lifetime stability of devices containing FIrpic as emitter has been a major concern for organic blue light emitting devices (OLEDs). To gain a deeper knowledge about the purity of FIrpic (bis[2-(4,6-difluorophenyl)pyridyl-N,C2′]iridium (III)) emitters and how the purity is influenced by sublimation steps, non-sublimated and sublimated FIrpic material was analyzed via liquid chromatography coupled with electron spray ionization mass spectrometry (LC/ESI/MS). Cleavage of an electron-withdrawing group from one of the ligands of the heteroleptic phosphorescent emitter could be identified in sublimated FIrpic material via LC/ESI/MS. A detailed chemical analysis using LC/ESI/MS was carried out for complete blue emitting devices of the following structure: indium-tin-oxide (ITO)/50 nm (α-4,4′-bis[(1-naphthyl)phenylamino]-1,1′-biphenyl) (α-NPD)/10 nm 4,4′,4″-tris(carbazol-9-yl)triphenylamine (TCTA)/100 nm TCTA:8% FIrpic/50 nm 1,1′-biphenyl-4′-oxy)-bis(8-hydroxy-2-methylquinolinato)-aluminum (BAlq)/1 nm LiF/100 nm Al. Two isomers of (FIrpic-1F) could be detected in an aged OLED. Changes in the ligand systems of FIrpic, especially the loss of fluorine during the deposition process can alter the emissive properties of the blue phosphorescent emitter. Beside isomer formation and chemical degradation of FIrpic, substantial degradation was observed for the hole transport material α-NPD in driven OLEDs. 相似文献

Different analytical tools and methodologies are currently employed to determine degradation products of organic blue light emitting devices in order to identify the failure mechanisms which determine the lifetime of these devices. This article provides a deeper understanding of degradation mechanisms of organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) during device operation. Degradation products of blue emitting devices containing 8% of the phosphorescent emitter iridium(III)bis(4,6-difluorophenyl)-pyridinato-N,C2′ picolinate (FIrpic) in a matrix containing bis(2-methyl-8-quinolinolato)(4-phenylphenolato)aluminium (BAlq) as electron transport layer (ETL), 4,4′,4″-tri(N-carbazolyl)triphenylamine (TCTA) and N,N′-diphenyl-N,N′-bis(1-naphthyl)-1,1′-biphenyl-4,4″-diamine (α-NPD) were investigated using laser desorption ionization (LDI) coupled with a time of flight mass spectrometry (TOF/MS). Especially chemical degradation pathways of the hole transport materials TCTA and α-NPD were investigated. The comparison of experimental data of unstressed and stressed device revealed that new reaction products are formed during the device operation. The linkage of TCTA fragments to the α-NPD core in an interfacial reaction as well as a dimerization of TCTA itself was observed. Ten new reaction products could be characterized via LDI-TOF-MS. Some of these compounds might possess a negative influence on the drop of efficiency and lifetime of blue light emitting devices based on FIrpic. 相似文献

The Rytov approximation is known to be more widely applicable than the Born approximation. We introduce an improvement that further increases the range of validity of the Rytov approximation. By applying a transverse magnetic field B( perpendicular) of sufficient strength to the uniaxial molecular magnets Fe8 and Mn12, the tunneling splitting Delta(t) of their S = +/-10 magnetic ground states can be made large compared to perturbations such as hyperfine and dipolar interactions. We present evidence for such a Delta(t) from magnetic specific heat data below 1 K that is consistent with coherent quantum mechanical tunneling in a "mesoscopic" system under such conditions. 相似文献

In the inverse scattering problem for perfectly conducting objects, the reconstruction of the shape and size of a convex body from its cross-sectional areas has been formulated as a Radon problem of shape reconstruction from projections. It is shown here that the Physical Optics Inverse Scattering time-domain and frequency-domain identities form a Radon-Fourier transform pair, and the problem of target reconstruction from incomplete data is common to both. The mathematical aspects of reconstruction from projections are examined using concepts of Radon's theory, and the sparse data problemis analyzed. The limited aperture problem is solved via the Radon transform approach utilizing properties of Ludwig's theorems on support. In order to obtain more accurate cross-sectional areas for reconstruction, polarization utilization is investigated to correct the polarization-independent deficiency in the Physical Optics approximation. The technique is applied to the case of a sphere-capped cylinder and the results show substantial improvement over previous scalar approaches. 相似文献

The theory of Cosserat points is the basis of a 3D finite element formulation allowing for large deformations in structural mechanics, that recently was presented by [1]. First attempts have revealed, that this formulation is free of showing undesired locking or hourglassing-phenomena. It additionally shows excellent behaviour for any type of incompressible material, for large deformations and sensitive structures such as plates or shells. Within the theory of Cosserat points, the position vectors X and x , are described through director vectors D i and d i by use of trilinear shape functions Ni for an 8-node brick element. The special choice of shape functions Ni allows for director vectors with which the deformation can be split into a homogeneous and an inhomogeneous part. This split enables the use of stiffnesses that correspond to different deformation modes. 岩蔷薇(cistusladaniferusL.)又名赖百当(labdanum),属半日花科。利用其树脂分泌物及枝叶,通过蒸馏、浸提和萃取等方法,可制得岩蔷薇精油、浸膏、净油、油树脂等各种香原料品种。岩蔷薇的香原料制品是膏香类的极重要品种,主要应用于日化和食品行业,在烟草行业也多有应用。因香料烟香味的主要来源是类赖百当化合物的降解,故被归为烟草的五大类香味物质之一:赖百当类、双萜烯及其降解产物类。这类物质在香料烟中的含量较高,对形成香料烟的特殊香味风格具有重要意义,且在烟草中赖百当仅存在于香料烟中,烤烟、自肋烟中均不存在。赖百当类化合物是香料烟中特有的香气物质,主要成分是冷杉醇、赖百当烯二醇,经调制和醇化转化为多种降赖百当类化合物,其中降龙涎香醚、龙涎香内酯、脱氢龙涎香内酯等都具有强烈的龙涎香香气,对增进卷烟香气和吃味有很好作用。 相似文献
