The reaction of the formyl-capped cluster HC(O)CCo3(CO)9 (1) with the diphosphine ligand 4,5-bis(diphenylphosphino)-4-cyclopenten-1,3-dione (bpcd) in the presence of added Me3NO leads to the production of the disubstituted cluster HC(O)CCo3(CO)7(bpcd) (2). Thermolysis of 2 in toluene at 60 °C gives the methylidyne-capped cluster HCCo3(CO)7(bpcd) (4) and the phosphido-bridged cluster Co3(CO)7221-P(Ph)CC(PPh2)C(O)CH2C(O)] (5). Cluster 4 has been independently prepared from HCCo3(CO)9 and bpcd and shown to serve as the precursor to 5. The new clusters 2, 4, and 5 have been isolated and characterized in solution by IR and NMR (1H and 31P) spectroscopies and their solid-state structures have been established by X-ray diffraction analyses. Both clusters 2 and 4 contain 48e- and exhibit triangular Co3 cores with a chelating and bridging bpcd ligand in the solid state, respectively. The structure of 5 provides unequivocal support for the loss of the methylidyne capping ligand and P-Ph bond cleavage attendant in the activation of 4 and confirms the presence of the face capping seven-electron μ221-P(Ph)CC(PPh2)C(O)CH2C(O) ligand in the final product. The fluxionality displayed by the bpcd ligand in clusters 2 and 4 and the decarbonylation behavior of the formyl moiety in the former cluster are discussed relative to related alkylidyne-capped Co3 derivatives.  相似文献

Abstract

A novel series pyrrolo[3,2-b]pyridine-3-carboxamide linked 2-methoxypyridine derivatives have been designed, synthesized and confirmed by FT-IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 19F NMR, MS, and elemental analysis. The synthesized compounds were screened for their antitubercular activity using microplate alamar blue assay method and antibacterial activity. Among the tested compounds, 4- fluorophenyl (8m), 4- chlorophenyl (8n) and 4-methoxyphenyl (8i) showed potent anti-TB activity (3.12?µg/mL) in comparison with reference drug, Pyrazinamide ((3.12?µg/mL). In addition, all compounds were docked into DprE1 (PDB code: 4KW5) to explore their binding interactions at the active site. The compounds exhibited essential key interactions as that of reported DprE1 inhibitors and hence, the synthesized compounds may be considered as molecular scaffolds for antitubercular activity. Compounds, 4-chlorophenyl (8n) and 4-flurophenyl (8m) showed significant antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus strains. In silico prediction of toxicities, druglikeness and drug score profiles of the tested compounds are promising.  相似文献

Sideroxol (1), a kaurane diterpene which has the ent-7α,18-dihydroxy-15β,16β-epoxykaurane structure (MW = 320.47, C20H32O3) was obtained from the acetone extract of Sideritis leptoclada plant as well as from some other Sideritis species. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P21, 21, 21 with a = 10.967(3), b = 24.555(5), c = 6.372(4) Å, Dc = 1.240 g cm−3, Z = 4, and refines to R = 0.065 for 721 independent reflections. The skeleton consists of three fused six-membered rings and a five-membered ring with fused epoxide. The six membered rings exhibited slightly distorted chair conformation. In addition to sideroxol, two kaurane and five kaurene diterpenes were isolated from the hexane and acetone extracts of the studied plant.  相似文献

Summary CuII, NiII, CoII, ZnII and PdII complexes of tridentate Schiff base ligands derived from the condensation of benzoic acid hydrazides with 2-aminonicotinaldehyde have been prepared and characterized. For M=Cu, Ni, Co and Zn the complexes were formulated as [M(ligand)(H2O)X] (X=Cl, Br), with a distorted octahedral geometry and tridentate Schiff base ligands. The Pd complexes were formulated as Pd(ligand)Cl2, with square planar geometries and bidentate Schiff base ligands. The e.s.r. spectra of the CuII complexes are discussed.  相似文献

The title compound arises from an unexpected rearrangement and oxidation. The molecules contain a center of symmetry and are held together by hydrogen bonds. The relatively strain-free molecules are closely packed with a density of 1.441 g cm–3. The compound crystallizes in space group P-1 with cell dimensions a = 8.999(3), b = 9.142(2), c = 8.625(3) Å, = 95.47(3), = 105.06(3), and = 83.08(2)° There are two independent molecules per cell with each sitting on a center of symmetry.  相似文献

The crystal structures of 2-chloro-N-phenyl-triphenylphosphoranaminomaleimide 1, N-phenyl-di(triphenylphosphoranamino)maleimide 2a, a nitromethane solvate 2b, N-phenyl-2,3-dithiomaleimide 3, and N-phenyl-2,3-di(thiophenyl)maleimide have been determined. 1 crystallizes in space group P-1 with cell dimensions a = 10.432(6), b = 14.661(5), c = 9.376(4) Å, = 93.13(4), = 92.09(5), and = 79.08(4)°, 2a crystallizes in space group P21/c with cell dimensions a = 11.272(2), b = 28.910(7), c = 12.702(2) Å, and = 115.31(2)°, 2b crystallizes in space group P-1 with cell dimensions a = 13.140(2), b = 13.796(3), c = 11.755(3) Å, = 99.62(2), = 100.23(2), and = 102.74(2)°, 3 crystallizes in space group C2/c with cell dimensions a = 42.926(5), b = 5.757(6), c = 8.259(3) Å, and = 99.71(3)°, and 4 crystallizes in space group C2/c with cell dimensions a = 20.055(4), b = 10.370(6), c = 18.690(7) Å, and = 100.32(2)°. Vicinal diazides of five-membered rings undergo the normal Staudinger reaction to form triphenylphosphoranamino derivatives. Compounds 1 and 2 fluoresce strongly, but nitromethane quenches the fluorescence of 2.  相似文献

A large series of new N-phosphorylphosphoranimines that bear potentially reactive functional groups on both phosphorus centers were prepared by silicon-nitrogen bond cleavage reactions of N-silylphosphoranimines. Thus, treatment of the N-silylphosphoranimines, Me(3)SiN=P(Me)(R)X (R = Me, Ph; X = OCH(2)CF(3) and R = Me, X = OPh), with phosphoryl chlorides, RP(=O)Cl(2) (R' = Cl, Me, Ph), readily afforded the corresponding N-phosphoryl derivatives, R'P(=O)(Cl)-N=P(Me)(R)X, in high yields. Subsequent reaction with 1 or 2 equiv of the silylamine, Me(3)SiNMe(2), resulted in ligand exchange at the phosphoryl (P=O) group to give the P-dimethylamino analogues, R'P(=O)(NMe(2))N=P(Me)(R)X (R' = Cl, NMe(2), Me, Ph; R = Me, Ph; X = OCH(2)CF(3), OPh). These new N-phosphorylphosphoranimines (and one thiophosphoryl analogue) were obtained as thermally stable, distillable liquids and were characterized by NMR ((1)H, (13)C, and (31)P) spectroscopy and elemental analysis. One member of the series, Cl(2)P(=O)N=P(Me)(Ph)OCH(2)CF(3) (4), was also studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction which revealed that the formal P(O)-N single bond [1.55(1) A] is shorter than the formal N=PR(2)X double bond [1.60(1) A]. Such structural features are compared to those of similar compounds and discussed in relationship to the unexpected thermolysis pathways observed for these N-phosphorylphosphoranimines, none of which produced poly(phosphazenes).  相似文献

Acid-catalyzed reaction of pentacyclo[5.4.0.02,6.03,10.05.9]undecane-8,11-dione (1) with penta(ethylene glycol) produced two cage-functionalized, ketal-containing crown ethers, i.e., 2 and 3, in low yield. The structure of 2 was established unequivocally by direct methods. Alkali metal picrate extraction data obtained for 2 and for a structurally related model compound, i.e., 18-crown-6,indicate that 2 is an inefficient alkali metal picrate extracting agent.  相似文献
