基于锆基质与磷脂之间强烈的路易斯酸碱作用,制备了锆镁磷脂膜色谱固定相,并使用红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱对该色谱固定相进行了表征;使用与体内环境类似的生理缓冲液体系为流动相,评价了该模拟生物膜色谱固定相预测药物膜渗透性的能力,结果表明药物在锆镁磷脂膜色谱中的保留(log Kmbm)与表观渗透率(log Papp)在预测药物的膜渗透性、跨膜吸收等方面具有非常好的相关性,相关系数为0.970,斜率接近1。通过理论推导,引入了直观、方便的热力学指标吉布斯自由能差值(Δ(ΔG°))对药物-膜之间的相互作用强弱进行了评价。  相似文献

Charge transport models developed for disordered organic semiconductors predict a non-Arrhenius temperature dependence ln(mu) proportional, variant1/T(2) for the mobility mu. We demonstrate that in space-charge limited diodes the hole mobility (micro(h)) of a large variety of organic semiconductors shows a universal Arrhenius temperature dependence micro(h)(T) = micro(0)exp(-Delta/kT) at low fields, due to the presence of extrinsic carriers from the Ohmic contact. The transport in a range of organic semiconductors, with a variation in room temperature mobility of more than 6 orders of magnitude, is characterized by a universal mobility micro(0) of 30-40 cm(2)/V s. As a result, we can predict the full temperature dependence of their charge transport properties with only the mobility at one temperature known.  相似文献

The high-pressure collisional activation mass spectra with methane as the reagent/collision gas are reported for five aromatic halides. The major decomposition of the protonated aromatic halides is hydrogen halide elimination. The energy-resolved mass spectra and the chemical reactivities of fragment ions with the methane collision gas are used to establish dissociation pathways and structures of fragment ions. The high-pressure collisional activation mass spectra are compared with conventional collisionally induced dissociation and chemical ionization mass spectra.  相似文献

To investigate the viscoelastic behavior of fluid dispersions under steady shear flow conditions, an apparatus for parallel superimposed oscillations has been constructed which consists of a rotating cup containing the liquid under investigation in which a torsional pendulum is immersed. By measuring the resonance frequency and bandwidth of the resonator in both liquid and in air, the frequency and steady-shear-rate-dependent complex shear modulus can be obtained. By exchange of the resonator lumps it is possible to use the instrument at four different frequencies: 85, 284, 740, and 2440 Hz while the steady shear rate can be varied from 1 to 55 s–1. For underwater target detection using a single vector hydrophone, sparse asymptotic minimum variance(SAMV) method is used to estimate the target bearing. The SAMV discretizes the entire scanning space and the target bearing is located at the position of the discrete direction. The SAMV algorithm utilizes the sparsity of the spatial signal to improve the estimation performance of the target bearing. Background noise level(BNL) of the bearing estimation of SAMV algorithm is lower than those of the conventional beam forming(CBF)method and minimum variance distortionless response(MVDR) method for different signal noise ratios(SNRs). When the SNR is higher than 0 d B, the direction-finding error of this algorithm is less than 2°. Moreover, the SAMV algorithm has a better dimensional orientation resolution capability. The experimental results show that the SAMV algorithm gives a bearing and time recording map with a lower BNL, which effectively verifies the effectiveness of SAMV algorithm in terms of underwater target detection.  相似文献

The paper presents an agent-based simulation model of the European defence industry. The model resembles some of the key characteristics of the defence sector, and studies how firms in this market will respond to the challenges and opportunities provided by a higher degree of openness and liberalization in the future. The simulation analysis points out that European defence firms will progressively become more efficient, less dependent on public procurement and innovation policy support, and more prone to knowledge sharing and inter-firm collaborations. This firm-level dynamics will in the long-run lead to an increase in the industry’s export propensity and a less concentrated export market.  相似文献

Damages observed in tunnels constructed with tunnel boring machines affect the overall quality of the structure and the efficiency of the construction process. Most of these damages are caused by contact deficiencies between segments that are generated by the sum of several tolerances on the shape and on the placement of the lining. Moreover, the imperfection of one ring affects the placement of the following ones, inducing an accumulation mechanism that magnifies the imperfection expected due to the sum of tolerances in a single isolated ring. The overall consideration of these phenomena yields an intricate analysis that must take into account some important probabilistic aspects. This paper explains how the tolerances may evolve into the contact deficiencies found in practice. Initially the types of tolerances and contact deficiencies more likely to affect the structural behavior of the lining are analyzed. A mathematical model is proposed to explain the relation between tolerances and contact deficiencies. The predictions obtained with the model are then compared with the measurements performed in the tunnel of Line 9 in Barcelona. The results obtained reinforce the importance of the model proposed in this study, which quantifies aspects that so far could only be studied qualitatively or on a trial and error basis.  相似文献
