The properties of 28 molecules together with 12 transition states belonging to the series of azido-azines, tetrazolo-azines, diazo-azines, and 1,2,3-triazolo-azines have been studied at the B3LYP/6-31G(d), B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p) and, for 26 cases, at the G3B3 level. Energies, NICS and bond critical points were used to discuss the ring-chain tautomerism of these compounds in relation with the aromaticity of the azines (pyridine, pyrimidine, quinazoline, 1,3-diazapyrene, and perimidine) and the azoles (tetrazoles and 1,2,3-triazoles).  相似文献

Initial decomposition temperature (Ti), apparent activation energy of degradation (Ea) and glass transition temperature (Tg) of some low molar mass (Mn ≈ 8000 g mol−1) sulfonated poly(arylene ethersulfone)s s-(PAES)s were determined to check their dependence on sulfonation degree (SD). The results obtained were compared with those for unsulfonated poly(arylene ethersulfone) PAES. In order to have an accurate control of the chemical structure, a pre-sulfonation route was followed for the preparation of sulfonated compounds. The thermal behaviour of the investigated s-(PAES)s as well as that of PAES appears not to be influenced by the environment (flowing nitrogen or static air atmosphere) of degradation. Both Ti and Tg values of s-(PAES)s were higher than those of PAES and increased quite linearly as a function of sulfonation degree. An analogous linear trend was observed for the apparent degradation energy of s-(PAES)s, but the values found were largely lower than those of unsulfonated homopolymer. The results are discussed and interpreted.  相似文献

The Fourier transform microwave spectra of the hydrated forms of the tautomeric pair 2-pyridinone/2-hydroxypyridine (2PO/2HP) have been investigated in a supersonic expansion. Three hydrated species, 2PO-H?O, 2HP-H?O, and 2PO-(H?O)?, have been observed in the rotational spectrum. Each molecular complex was confidently identified by the features of the 1?N quadrupole hyperfine structure of the rotational transitions. The presence of water affects the tautomeric equilibrium -N═C(OH)- ? -NH-C(═O)-, which is shifted to the enol form for the bare molecules 2PO/2HP but to the keto tautomer for the hydrated forms.  相似文献

A method for the simultaneous determination of four fluoroquinolones of veterinary use (ciprofloxacin, danofloxacin, enrofloxacin and sarafloxacin) in two complex matrixes, such as bovine raw milk and pig kidney, has been established and validated. The method is based on the use of capillary electrophoresis (CE) coupled with a very sensitive detection mode, such as laser induced fluorescence (LIF) detection, due to the fact the all the compounds selected show native fluorescence. In order to achieve high selectivity in the sample treatment procedure, a commercially available molecularly imprinted polymer has been used for the solid phase extraction of the analytes. Once the retention and elution processes were optimized, the final extract was analyzed by CE-LIF using a 325 nm He–Cd laser. Optimum separation was obtained in a 70 cm × 75 μm capillary using a 125 mM phosphoric acid solution at pH 2.8 with 36% methanol as background electrolyte. The method provided very low detection limits, ranging from 0.17 to 0.98 μg/kg for milk and 1.10 to 10.5 μg/kg for kidney, with acceptable precision and satisfactory recoveries.  相似文献

In this work we studied and compared the physicochemical properties of the catanionic mixtures cetyltrimethyl-ammonium bromide–sodium dodecanoate, cetyltrimethyl-ammonium bromide–sodium perfluorodacanoate, octyltrimethylammonium bromide–sodium perfluorodacanoate and cetyltrimethyl-ammonium bromide–sodium octanoate by a combination of rheological, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and polarized optical microscopy measurements. The binary mixtures of the surfactants have been analyzed at different mixed ratios and total concentration of the mixture. Mixtures containing a perfluorinated surfactant are able to form lamellar liquid crystals and stable spontaneous vesicles. Meanwhile, system containing just hydrogenated surfactants form hexagonal phases or they are arranged in elongated aggregates.  相似文献

This study examines the difficulties college students experience when creating and interpreting graphs in which speed is one of the variables. Nineteen students, all preservice elementary or middle school teachers, completed an upper‐level course exploring algebraic concepts. Although all of these preservice teachers had previously completed several mathematics courses, including calculus, they demonstrated widespread misconceptions about the variable speed. This study identifies four cognitive obstacles held by the students, provides excerpts of their graphical constructions and verbal interpretations, and discusses potential causes for the confusion. In particular, misconceptions arose when students interpreted the behavior and nature of speed within a graphical context, as well as in situations where they were required to construct a graph involving speed as a variable. The study concludes by offering implications for the teaching and learning of speed and its interpretation within a graphical setting.  相似文献

The effect of molecular weight and long‐chain branching on the crystallization analysis fractionation (CRYSTAF) of ethylene homopolymers was investigated. Several ethylene homopolymers were prepared with different molecular weights and levels of long‐chain branching to isolate these effects from the dominant effect of comonomer content on crystallizability measured by CRYSTAF. Molecular weight effects might be significant for samples with number‐average molecular weights below 5000, but this effect can be corrected if terminal methyl groups are taken into account. Long‐chain branching has only a very small effect on the CRYSTAF profile of the samples investigated in this study. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.
