Phase shifts and modulation rate variations under modulated photoexcitation permit the study of trap distributions. Maxima of the phase shifts provide an efficient way to select electrons coming out of definite traps. Temperature TM for these maxima depends on trap depth E via a relation E = TMA analogous to Urbach formula E = T1K for glow temperatures T1. The coefficient A has been shown to obey a scaling law which does not depend on the phosphor sample nor on the trap under consideration. A method for simultaneous determination of trap depths E and frequency factors s is derived.  相似文献

Isotope shift and hyperfine structure measurements have been performed on the short lived184Au nucleus using the COMPLIS apparatus installed at ISOLDE. The charge radius change and the magnetic and quadrupole moments of both isomeric and ground states have been deduced. The resistance of quench-condensed alloy films of MgFe has been investigated vs temperature after annealing at different temperatures. The resistance shows single-impurity Kondo behaviour (no interaction between impurities in the temperature range investigated) with TK ≈ 45 K.  相似文献

We have studied the variation of several components of the secondary emission from a (001) surface of aluminum as a function of the polar and azimuthal angles of incidence, the current being measured on the whole half-space of re-emission. The source function giving the number of electrons acquiring the energy E and the direction of propagation Ω at the depth z in a target of aluminium submitted to a bombardment of electrons of an energy of 350 eV is evaluated by a Monte Carlo calculation. This source function is used to study the anisotropy of the secondary electron emission. The influences of the depth dependence and of the anisotropy of the source function on the anisotropy of the secondary electron emission on Al(001) and Al(110) are negligible. These results are considered as an evidence that the observed anisotropy in the emitted beam is due to electron final state effects.  相似文献

A selection of 15 painted enamels, most of which belong to Limoges productions, from 1500 to 1900 A.D. , has been studied on‐site in the storage rooms of musée des Arts décoratifs in Paris. The Raman signatures of the transparent and/or opacified glass matrix are discussed and compared with those which were previously recorded on glazed pottery, enamelled and stained glasses as well as Chinese cloisonné enamels. Analysed enamels mostly belong to soda‐lime‐based glass. Three types of compositions such as soda‐lime (fifteenth to sixteenth century), soda‐rich (fifteenth, sixteenth/nineteenth centuries) and lead‐potash‐lime (sixteenth and nineteenth centuries) are identified on the basis of the Raman signature of the glaze according to the wavenumber maxima of the Si O stretching and bending multiplets. The pigment signatures are similar to those recorded on ceramic glazes and glass enamels, which proves the similarity of the technologies. Cassiterite as an opacifier and hematite red and Naples yellow pigment variations give characteristic Raman signatures. The presence of lead arsenate as a pigment opacifier in nineteenth‐century samples is confirmed. Attempts are made to establish tools for the differentiation between genuine artefacts and nineteenth‐century restoration or fakes. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献
