Structure,morphology, and crystallization process of isotactic polypropylene/hydrogenated hydrocarbon resin blends

The structure, morphology, and isothermal and nonisothermal crystallization of isotactic polypropylene/low‐molecular‐mass hydrocarbon resin blends (iPP/HR) (up to 20% in weight of HR) have been studied, using optical and electron microscopy, wide‐ and small‐angle X‐ray and differential scanning calorimetry. New structures and morphologies can be activated, using appropriate preparation and crystallization conditions and blend composition. For every composition and crystallization condition, iPP crystallizes in α‐form, with a spherulitic morphology. The size of iPP spherulites increases with resin content, whereas the long period decreases. In the range of crystallization temperatures investigated, HR modifies the birefringence of iPP spherulites, favoring the formation of radial lamellae and changing the ratio between tangential and radial lamellae. Spherulitic radial growth rates, overall crystallization rates, and melting temperatures are strongly affected by resin, monotonically decreasing with resin content. Microwave Synthesis, Characterization and DNA-binding Properties of a New Cobalt（ Ⅱ ） Complex with 2,6-Bis（benzimidazol-2-yl）pyridine

A new cobalt(Ⅱ) complex with tridentate ligand 2, 6-bis (benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine has been synthesized by microwave irradiation method and characterized by elemental analysis,electrochemical and spectral methods. The binding of the complex with calf thymus DNA has also been investigated by absorption and fluorescence spectra.     

Baker＇s Yeast Mediated Reduction of Optically Active Diketone

Baker‘s yeast mediated reduction of optically active diketone is described. The two keto groups are efficiently differentiated and the ee value of the recovered material is considerably raised. It affords highly optically active key intermediates efficiently for the synthesis of natural polyhydroxylated agarofuran products.     

Thermal Oxidation of Polyethylene Films Containing Dispersed Copper and Amine Antioxidant

Thermal oxidation of polyethylene filled with dispersed copper and containing an amine antioxidant was studied. The concentration ranges in which the catalytic effect of the metal on the polymer oxidation or the stabilizing effect of the antioxidant prevails were determined. Under certain conditions, dispersed copper enhances the stabilizing effect of the antioxidant.

Bio-Plasmonics: Nano/micro Structure of Surface Plasmon Resonance Devices for Biomedicine

We have reported a novel design of surface plasmon resonance (SPR) device, which uses alternating dielectric layers to enhance the SPR signal quality and modulate its resonant position. Admittance loci method of thin film design has been used in the design of such a device. The use of biomolecular thin film, such as DNAs or Porteins, in this design can result in resonant condition of wavelength changes as well. Bio-plasmonics is proposed for the research and development of novel devices, which use biomolecules as a part of the plasmon oscillation system to actively interact with nano/micro structure.     

长江堤防工程地质信息处理模型及技术方法

长江中下游的主要防洪工程是长江干堤 ,长江堤防线路长、工程浩大、堤基工程地质水文地质条件复杂 ,涉及大量的已有地质数据和资料。今后在整治加固堤防的工程地质勘察工作中 ,还需随时进行数据的收集、存储、检索、分析、统计和维护 ,随时调用这些数据进行综合处理、编制报告和图件 ;在防汛期间可以针对堤防险工险段的险情 ,随时查询和调用有关的资料、数据或者图件 ,提供采取抢险措施决策的地质依据。这既提高了地质数据的利用价值和利用率 ,又保证了信息的准确性、完整性和共享性。因此 ,建立合理的长江堤防工程地质信息处理模型及其成熟的技术方法具有重要的意义。     

非晶硅薄膜的低温快速晶化及其结构分析

在镀铝的廉价玻璃衬底上高速沉积的非晶硅薄膜在不同的温度下退火10min.退火温度为500℃时,薄膜表面形成了硅铝的混合相,非晶硅薄膜开始呈现了晶化现象 退火温度为550℃时,大部分(约80%)的非晶硅晶化为多晶硅,平均晶粒尺寸为500nm 退火温度为600℃时,几乎所有的非晶硅都转化为多晶硅,其平均晶粒尺寸约为15μm.
