An iridium-catalyzed annulation between 1,2-diarylethanone and 3-aminopropanol was developed, leading to site specific 2,3-diarylpyridines in moderate yields. 3-Aminopropanol served as both a four-atom component and solvent during this procedure, releasing water as a clean by-product. The reaction may proceed with sequential imine formation, alcohol oxidation and intramolecular cyclization by Knoevenagel reaction.  相似文献

System calibration, which usually involves complicated and time-consuming procedures, is crucial for any three-dimensional (3D) shape measurement system based on vision. A novel improved method is proposed for accurate calibration of such a measurement system. The system accuracy is improved with considering the nonlinear measurement error created by the difference between the system model and real measurement environment. We use Levenberg-Marquardt optimization algorithm to compensate the error and get a good result. The improved method has a 50% improvement of re-projection accuracy compared with our previous method. The measurement accuracy is maintained well within 1.5% of the overall measurement depth range.  相似文献

By means of the theory of complex functions, fracture dynamics problems concerning mode I semi-infinite crack were studied. Analytical solutions of stress, displacement and dynamic stress intensity factor under the action of moving increasing loads Pt 3/x 3Px 3/t 2, respectively, are very easily obtained using the ways of self-similar functions. Laser crystal Yb3+-doped NaY(WO4)2 (Yb:NYW) with excellent quality has been grown by Czochralski technique. The rocking curves from (400) plane of as-grown Yb:NYW crystal was measured and the full-width value at half-maximum was 19.92″. The effective segregation coefficients were measured by the X-ray fluorescence method. The polarized absorption spectra and the fluorescence spectra of Yb:NYW crystal were measured at room temperature. The fluorescence decay lifetime of Yb3+ ion in NYW crystal has been investigated. The spectroscopic parameters of Yb:NYW crystal are calculated and compared with those of Yb:YAG crystal. A continuous wave output power of 3.06 W at 1031 nm was obtained with a slope efficiency of 42% by use of diode pumping.  相似文献

The characteristics of InGaP/InGaAs/GaAs dual channel pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistors (DCPHEMTs) with different graded triple delta-doped sheets are investigated and experimentally demonstrated. Based on a two-dimensional simulator of ATLAS, the band diagrams, electron densities and DC characteristics of studied devices are comprehensively analyzed. Due to the use of properly graded triple delta-doped sheets, good pinch-off and saturation characteristics, improved transport properties and wide current swing are obtained. For comparison, a practical DCPHEMT with good device performances is fabricated as well. It is found that the simulated data are in good agreement with experimental results.  相似文献

In this work, zero‐valent iron (Fe(0)) (powder or wire) and elemental bromine (Br2) were used as the catalysts for atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) of styrene (St) without any additional initiator at 110 °C. The polymerizations happened with controlled evidence at appropriate molar ratio of Fe(0) to Br2: a remarkable increase of molecular weights with St conversions, the narrow molecular weight distributions and living polymer chains end‐capped by Br. More Br2 or less Fe(0) led to a slow polymerization rate but an improved control over molecular weights. After examining the polymer chain ends by matrix‐assisted laser desorption/ionization time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry, it was concluded that the polymerization was initiated by thermal self‐initiation, and regulated by the in situ generated FeIIIBr3. The results suggested that the Fe(0)/Br2 catalyzing polymerization was a classical ATRP process with easier operation and more economical components. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new proline catalyst, namely (N′‐benzyl‐N′D‐prolyl)‐trans‐4‐hydroxy‐L‐proline hydrazide, has been prepared and proved to be a superior catalyst for the asymmetric aldol reaction of cyclohexanone and aromatic aldehydes, affording up to 98:2 dr and 98% ee.  相似文献
