在ChiralcelOD和ChiralcelOJ两支多糖类手性固定相上,以各种不同配比的正己烷-异丙醇为洗脱剂对38种带有不同取代基的芳香仲醇及芳香乙二醇类手性化合物的对映体进行拆分,考察了这些外消旋体在这两支手性柱上的色谱行为。结果表明,扬长避短一柱对这些化合物的拆分能力与化合物取代基的性质和位置有关,这些化合物与手性固定相之间的氢键作用和π-π作用是影响手性拆分的重要原因。拆分方法已应用于潜手性酮不对称还原产物的光学纯度的鉴定,并取得了很好的效果。  相似文献

A carbon-coated fiber for solid-phase microextraction (SPME) has been prepared from powdered activated carbon (PAC) and a fused-silica fiber. Scanning electron microscopy of the coating revealed the carbon particles were uniformly distributed on the surface of the fiber substrate. Efficient extraction of BTEX (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, p-xylene, and o-xylene) and halocarbons (chloroform, trichloroethylene, and carbon tetrachloride), with short extraction and desorption times, was achieved by use of the coated fiber. The maximum working temperature of the coated fiber was 300 °C and the lifetime was over 140 desorption operations at 260 °C. Limits of quantification (LOQ) of the SPME method for the eight analytes ranged from 0.01 to 0.94 μg L−1, and relative standard deviations (RSD) were below 7.2% (n=6). Recoveries were 87.9–113.4% when the method was applied to the analysis of BTEX and the halocarbons in real aqueous samples. An erratum to this article is available at .  相似文献

HER2 (human epidermal growth factor receptor 2, erbB2, or neu) is overexpressed by a large number of tumor types and has been identified as an important target for cancer therapy. F5 is a single-chain human antibody fragment that recognizes HER2 receptor and is covalently conjugated to PEGylated lipid to form F5 conjugate (F5CG) in the product HER2 targeted STEALTH immunoliposome doxorubicin. Here we described the method development of a competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for the determination of total concentration of F5 conjugate in plasma samples. The method involved the biotinylation of F5CG, detergent treatment of plasma sample to solubilize F5CG into monomeric form, and competitive ELISA for solubilized F5CG competitively binding to anti-F5CG antibody with biotinylated F5CG for the determination of total F5CG in plasma. The detection range of this method was from 0.2 ng/mL to 125 ng/mL for F5CG in plasma. The lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) was 0.2 ng/mL. This method was established and used for the measurement of F5CG concentration to provide information about F5CG circulation after the administration of immunoliposome in preclinical studies.   相似文献

Two stable supramolecular microporous cobalt(II) polymers, namely [Co(HAIP)2]n.3nH2O (1) and [Co(AIP)(H2O)]n (2), AIP = 5-aminoisophthalate, were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectra, thermogravimetric analyses, and variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements. The two complexes are constructed from the same Co2(CO2)2 SBU, which is extended into a 1D chain in 1 and a 2D layer in 2. As a result, 1 and 2 are 2D and 3D coordination polymers, respectively. The 3D supramolecular network of complex 1 is held up by strong hydrogen bonds formed between carboxylate groups and shows very high stability when the free H2O molecules are removed, indicating an extraordinarily stable H-bonding system. Upon water ligands being liberated, complex 2 becomes a stable microporous solid with coordination-unsaturated Co centers. The behavior of the susceptibility curve of 1 suggests the occurrence of an interesting intrachain antiferromagnetic coupling between the Co(II) ions and the presence of a significant orbital contribution, whereas the features of 2 indicate an antiferromagnetic coupling with T(N) = 3.5 K and a long-range antiferromagnetic order with a field-induced magnetic transition.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of isonicotinic acid (HIso) and metal salts yielded two novel 3-D coordination polymers {[Cu4(Iso)4(μ3-O)2(C2H5OH)2]·2C2H5OH·C2H6N4}n (1), {[Cd(Iso)2(H2O)]·OHCCHO}n (2), in which 1 was constructed from 32-membered rings and 3-D interpenetrating network of 2 from 42-membered rings. The fluorescent characterizations show the emissions at 565 nm for 1 and 440 nm for 2 possibly assigned to LMCT and IL, respectively.  相似文献

采用透射电镜(TEM)和选区电子衍射(SAED)技术, 分别表征了Pt-CNTs/GC电极的表面形貌和所负载铂纳米原子簇的结构. 以CO和CH3OH为探针分子, 用循环伏安和计时电流等常规电化学方法检测了CO和CH3OH在Pt-CNTs/GC电极上的氧化行为. 研究结果表明, CO在Pt-CNTs/GC电极上有3个氧化电流峰(Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ), 其中峰Ⅰ为CO桥式吸附的氧化峰, 而峰Ⅱ和Ⅲ则分别为CO线形吸附在碳纳米管负载的不同粒径的Pt纳米原子簇以及Pt原子薄膜上所分裂的氧化峰; CH3OH在Pt-CNTs/GC电极上也能自发解离吸附强吸附中间体CO; Pt-CNTs/GC电极对CH3OH的氧化峰电流不总是随CNTs上载铂量的增加而增大, 表明在制备直接甲醇燃料电池阳极时, 应选择合适的载铂量.  相似文献

结合亲核取代反应与硅氧烷水解和硅羟基缩合反应,制备了羧酸镉/二氧化硅复合材料。通过硫化反应,实现了立方结构和六方结构硫化镉纳米粒子在复合材料中的原位制备。复合材料中硫化镉纳米粒子的发射峰位在617 nm,属于红色荧光(三元色之一)。硫化镉/二氧化硅复合材料在光学器件方面具有潜在的应用前景。  相似文献

In this work, we present a label-free sensor for copper ions. This sensor is composed of silver nanoclusters and cysteine. The fluorescence of the silver nanoclusters was quenched by cysteine, which was recovered in the presence of copper ions. This binding of silver nanoclusters to cysteine promoted agglomeration of silver nanoclusters to yield larger non-fluorescent silver nanoparticles. The presence of copper ions resulted in the oxidation of cysteine to form a disulfide compound, leading to recovery of fluorescence of the silver nanoclusters. The fluorescence of the silver nanoclusters in the presence of cysteine increased with increasing concentration of copper ions in the range of 10–200 nM. The detection limit of this sensor for copper ions was 2.3 nM. The silver nanoclusters–cysteine sensor provides a simple, cost-effective, and sensitive platform for the detection of copper ions.  相似文献
