基于MMD算法的HMM参数重估计的矩阵表示

本文提出的MMD算法用于提高模型区别错误信息和正确信息的能力．利用该算法在对模型的参数进行重估计时．涉及到复杂的目标函数的梯度运算．击运用矩阵运算使得梯度运算变得简单明了，因此本文给出了MMD算法下的HMM参数重估计的矩阵表示形式并给出了证明．     

Differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetric determination of traces of copper with a tobramycin-Nafion modified electrode.

A Nafion-modified glassy carbon electrode incorporated with tobramycin for the voltammetric stripping determination of Cu2+ has been explored. The electrode was fabricated by tobramycin containing Nafion on the glassy carbon electrode surface. The modified electrode exhibited a significantly increased sensitivity and selectivity for Cu2+ compared with a bare glassy carbon electrode and the Nafion modified electrode. Cu2+ was accumulated in HAc-NaAc buffer (pH 4.6) at a potential of -0.6 V (vs. SCE) for 300 s and then determined by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry. The effects of various parameters, such as the mass of Nafion, the concentration of tobramycin, the pH of the medium, the accumulation potential, the accumulation time and the scan rate, were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, a linear calibration graph was obtained in the concentration range of 1.0 x 10(-9) to 5.0 x 10(-7) mol l(-1) with a correlation coefficient of 0.9971. The relative standard deviations for eight successive determinations were 4.3 and 2.9% for 1.0 x 10(-8) and 2.0 x 10(-7) mol l(-1) Cu2+, respectively. The detection limit (three times signal to noise) was 5.0 x 10(-10) mol l(-1). A study of interfering substances was also performed, and the method was applied to the direct determination of copper in water samples, and also in analytical reagent-grade salts with satisfactory results.     

Fluorescent-based single-strand conformation polymorphism/heteroduplex capillary electrophoretic mutation analysis of the P53 gene.

Fluorescent-based single-strand conformation polymorphism (F-SSCP) analysis with capillary electrophoresis (CE) is the most common method for the detection of mutation because of its high sensitivity and resolution. In this study, we prepared an inexpensive linear polyacrylamide (LPA), and successfully applied it to CE-SSCP analysis and tandem CE-SSCP/heteroduplex analysis (HA) of the P53 gene on an ABI capillary genetic analyzer. A comparison of the sieving capabilities of a homemade LPA and commercial polydimethylacrylamide (PDMA) demonstrates that the homemade LPA has a higher resolution, a shorter analysis time, and is more suitable for tandem SSCP/HA than commercial PDMA. To show the usefulness, mutations of P53 gene exon 7 - 8 in 37 tumor samples were investigated by using homemade LPA. The results indicate that 10 mutations were found in 9 of 37 cases; the majority of P53 mutations were missense mutations, and 70% were located in exon 7, which plays an important role in neoplastic progression in human tumorigenesis.     

相位差与q变形广义相干叠加态的压缩特性

对于q变形的非简谐振子广义相干态的叠加态β〉+eiφβeiδ〉,其量子涨落的可能高阶压缩阶数可以表示为k≠2πn/δ,这里n是整数.当δ=π时,压缩阶数不能是偶数即只能是奇数,这正是q变形非简谐振子广义奇偶相干态的结果.由此表明参数相位差δ对决定q变形的非简谐振子广义相干态叠加态的高阶压缩阶数起决定性作用.     

电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定化妆品中砷、铅、汞

本文采用五氧化二钒作催化剂，HNO3－H2SO4消解法对化妆品前处理后，用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪同时测定砷，铅，汞，方法简便，快速，回收率在95％－103．5％之间，相对标准偏差不大于3％。     

Synthesis and characterization of white‐light‐emitting polyfluorenes containing orange phosphorescent moieties in the side chain

Two orange phosphorescent iridium complex monomers, 9‐hexyl‐9‐(iridium (III)bis(2‐(4′‐fluorophenyl)‐4‐phenylquinoline‐N,C^2′)(tetradecanedionate‐11,13))‐2,7‐dibromofluorene (Br‐PIr) and 9‐hexyl‐9‐(iridium(III)bis(2‐(4′‐fluorophenyl)‐4‐methylquinoline‐N,C^2′)(tetradecanedionate‐11,13))‐2,7‐dibromofluorene (Br‐MIr), were successfully synthesized. The Suzuki polycondensation of 2,7‐bis(trimethylene boronate)‐9,9‐dioctylfluorene with 2,7‐dibromo‐9,9‐dioctylfluorene and Br‐PIr or Br‐MIr afforded two series of copolymers, PIrPFs and MIrPFs, in good yields, in which the concentrations of the phosphorescent moieties were kept small (0.5–3 mol % feed ratio) to realize incomplete energy transfer. The photoluminescence (PL) of the copolymers showed blue‐ and orange‐emission peaks. A white‐light‐emitting diode with a configuration of indium tin oxide/poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)/PIr05PF (0.5 mol % feed ratio of Br‐PIr)/Ca/Al exhibited a luminous efficiency of 4.49 cd/A and a power efficiency of 2.35 lm/W at 6.0 V with Commission Internationale de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates of (0.46, 0.33). The CIE coordinates were improved to (0.34, 0.33) when copolymer MIr10PF (1.0 mol % feed ratio of Br‐MIr) was employed as the white‐emissive layer. The strong orange emission in the electroluminescence spectra in comparison with PL for these kinds of polymers was attributed to the additional contribution of charge trapping in the phosphorescent dopants. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. ??In this paper, by applying the moment inequality for asymptotically almost negatively associated (AANA, in short) random sequence and truncated method, the equivalent conditions of complete moment convergence of the maximum partial for weighted sums of AANA random variables are obtained without assumptions of identical distribution, which generalize and improve the corresponding ones of{15},{16} and {17}, respectively.     

一种改进的Fuzzy-HMMS算法及其收敛性

对D at T ran和M ichae lW agner等人提出的FCM-FE-HMM S算法作了进一步的补充和改进,提出了改进的FCM-FE-HMM S算法,并给出了算法收敛性分析,得出在给定初值的情况下该算法将收敛到一个局部最优解。     

A generalization of biorthogonal systems based on Drazin inverse

In this paper, the transformations of generating systems of Euclidean space are examined in connection with the Drazin inverse of their Gram matrices and the notion of biorthogonal systems is generalized. The results obtained in this paper can be considered as the extension of some recent results concerning Moore-Penrose biorthogonal systems and reflexiveg-inverse systems in Euclidean spaces.
