Photothermal therapy, an excellent therapeutic approach, has received much attention in recent years. Herein, a novel diketopyrrolopyrrole polymer (DPP-BDP) is prepared, which shows intense near-infrared (NIR) optical absorption and admirable photothermal conversion efficacy. Impressively, after assembly into nanoparticles (DB-FA), the as-prepared conjugated polymer demonstrates a uniformly distributed size around 200 nm with remarkable NIR absorption at 808 nm. Additionally, it displays high biocompatibility and photostability. More interestingly, the obtained DB-FA NPs are uptaken by cancer cells and present excellent anticancer in vitro and in vivo under 0.8 W cm−2 or 1 W cm−2 NIR laser irradiation, respectively. Hence, this work is expected to pave the way for using conjugated-polymer nanoparticles as a powerful photothermal agents for anticancer applications.  相似文献

The thermodynamic properties of water layers on barite and marble samples covered with various amounts of tetradecylammonium chloride (TDAHCl) after flotation processes were investigated by thermal analysis. The relation between the activation energy, the enthalpy and the entropy of the bonded water and the amount of TDAHCl previously deposited on the bare mineral surfaces was determined. An interpretation of the changes in these parameters, the water structure and the flotability is described.
Zusammenfassung Mittels Thermoanalyse wurden nach Schwimmaufbereitungsverfahren die thermodynamischen Eigenschaften der Wasserschichten über Baryt- und Marmorproben mit verschiedenem Gehalt an Tetradecylammoniumchlorid (TDACl) untersucht. Es wurde die Beziehung zwischen der Aktivierungsenergie, der Enthalpie und der Entropie des gebundenen Wassers und der Menge an zuvor an der Oberfläche des bloßen Minerals festgesetzen TDACl festgestellt. Die Veränderlichkeit dieser Parameter sowie die bindung des Wassers und di Flotierbarkeit werden interpretiert.

The electronic charge redistribution and the infrared intensities of the two types of intramolecular hydrogen bonds, O-H···O and O-H···π, of o-hydroxy- and o-ethynylphenol, respectively, together with a set of related intermolecular hydrogen bond complexes are described in terms of atomic charges and charge fluxes derived from atomic polar tensors calculated at the B3LYP/cc-pVTZ level of theory. The polarizable continuum model shows that both the atomic charges and charge fluxes are strongly dependent on solvent. It is shown that their values for the OH bond in an intramolecular hydrogen bond are not much different from those for the "free" OH bond, but the changes are toward the values found for an intermolecular hydrogen bond. The intermolecular hydrogen bond is characterized not only by the decreased atomic charge but also by the enlarged charge flux term of the same sign producing thus an enormous increase in IR intensity. The overall behavior of the charges and fluxes of the hydrogen atom in OH and ≡CH bonds agree well with the observed spectroscopic characteristics of inter- and intramolecular hydrogen bonding. The main reason for the differences between the two types of the hydrogen bond lies in the molecular structure because favorable linear proton donor-acceptor arrangement is not possible to achieve within a small molecule. The calculated intensities (in vacuo and in polarizable continuum) are only in qualitative agreement with the measured data.  相似文献

We have derived an upper bound on the K-π transition amplitude of the penguin operator using hadronic sum rules. Combined with an anomalous-commutator contribution, this sets lower and upper limits on the physical K → 2π amplitude of the penguin operator. Applying this result to CP-violating effects, we find that the Gilman-Hagelin lower limit on ?′/? decreases by an order of magnitude.  相似文献

The properties of water layers on bare marble and on marble samples covered with various amounts of tetradecylammonium chloride (TDACl) after flotation were investigated by thermal analysis methods. The dependences of the layer thickness, activation energy, enthalpy and entropy of the bonded watervs. the amount of TDACl previously deposited on the marble surface were determined. The results obtained and the literature data were used to propose an interpretation of the changes caused in these parameters by the coverage of the marble surface with TDACl molecules. A correlation between these parameters and the changes in water structure and marble flotatibility is also presented.
Zusammenfassung Eigenschaften von Wasserfilmen auf unbeschichteten und mit Tetradecylammoniumchlorid (TDACl) in unterschiedlichen Mengen bedeckten Marmorproben wurden nach Flotation thermoanalytisch untersucht. Die Abhängigkeit der Schichtdicke, der Aktivierungsenergie und der Enthalpie und Entropie des gebundenen Wassers von der Menge des vorhergehend auf die Marmoroberfläche aufgebrachten TDACl wurden ermittelt. Die durch die Bedeckung der Marmoroberfläche mit TDACl verursachten Veränderungen dieser Parameter werden anhand der erhaltenen Resultate und von Literaturangaben interpretiert. Beziehungen zwischen diesen Parameters und Veränderungen der Wasserstrukturen und der Flotierbarkeit des Marmors werden angegeben.

Extreme ultraviolet (EUV) radiation is the electromagnetic radiation ranging from vacuum ultraviolet to soft X-rays. A single EUV photon carries enough energy to ionize any atom or molecule. The penetration depth of the radiation in any material is very short, ranging from tens to hundreds nanometers. Intense EUV pulses can remove material from the surface or modify its morphology or/and chemical structure. In this work, the radiation from a laser-plasma EUV source based on a double-stream gas-puff target was used for surface modification of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The PET samples were irradiated with the EUV pulses emitted from krypton plasma and focused with a gold-plated ellipsoidal collector. The spectrum of the focused radiation covered the wavelength range from 9 to 70 nm. The PET samples were irradiated for 1 s–2 min at a 10-Hz repetition rate. Surface morphology of polymer samples after irradiation was investigated using a scanning electron microscope. Changes in chemical surface structure of the irradiated samples were investigated using an X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. Different kinds of surface microstructures were obtained depending on the EUV fluence in a single pulse and the total EUV fluence. XPS measurements also revealed a modification of the chemical structure.  相似文献
