The results of numerical simulation of a nanodimensional film-transition layer-absorbing substrate structure are presented. It is found that the transition layer affects the accuracy of determining the refractive index and thickness of the nanodimensional coating. It is shown that the introduction of the effective values of the refractive index and absorption coefficient of the substrate improves the accuracy of ellipsometric measurements of the nanodimensional film parameters. Physical (full-scale) and numerical experiments demonstrate that, when the thickness and refractive index of a nanodimensional film on a substrate with an unknown transition layer comparable in thickness with the film are measured, it is appropriate to replace the substrate-transition layer structure by a substrate with effective optical parameters. It is found that a change in the thickness of the transition layer does not noticeably affect the accuracy of determining the thickness and refractive index of the film deposited when the effective values of the refractive index and absorption coefficient of the substrate are used.  相似文献

Appearance energies of [M-H](-) ions from carbonyl compounds R-CO-R' (R,R' = H, CH(3), NH(2), OH) have been measured by means of negative ion mass spectrometry in resonant electron capture mode. The structure, phase composition, and microhardness of Fe-Zr alloy irradiated with intense nitrogen ion flows have been investigated. Amorphization of particles of the Fe2Zr intermetallic phase as a result of low-temperature treatment of the alloy with nitrogen ions at 520–600 K has been found. It is suggested that the loss of long-range order in the atom arrangement of the Fe2Zr phase is mainly related to the crystal lattice destabilization of the intermetallic compound due to implantation of nitrogen atoms into lattice interstitial sites. An increase in the temperature of ion-beam treatment of the alloy above 600 K results in the formation of nanosized particles of the ZrN phase in a surface layer.  相似文献

The gravitational-wave (GW) sky may include nearby pointlike sources as well as stochastic backgrounds. We perform two directional searches for persistent GWs using data from the LIGO S5 science run: one optimized for pointlike sources and one for arbitrary extended sources. Finding no evidence to support the detection of GWs, we present 90% confidence level (C.L.) upper-limit maps of GW strain power with typical values between 2-20×10(-50) strain(2)?Hz(-1) and 5-35×10(-49) strain(2)?Hz(-1)?sr(-1) for pointlike and extended sources, respectively. The latter result is the first of its kind. We also set 90% C.L. limits on the narrow-band root-mean-square GW strain from interesting targets including Sco X-1, SN 1987A and the Galactic center as low as ≈7×10(-25) in the most sensitive frequency range near 160 Hz.  相似文献
