The pure SrNb2O6 powders were prepared at 1400 °C by a conventional solid-state method and characterized by X-ray powder diffraction and UV-vis diffuse reflection spectrum. The powders of Nb2O5 and SrNb2O6 were ball-milled together and annealed to form the Nb2O5/SrNb2O6 composite. Photocatalytic activities of the composites were investigated on the degradation of methyl orange. The results show that the proportion of Nb2O5 to SrNb2O6 and the annealing temperature greatly influence the photocatalytic activities of the composites. The best photocatalytic activity occurs when the weight proportion of Nb2O5 to SrNb2O6 is 30% and the annealing temperature is 600 °C. The tremendously enhanced photocatalytic activity of the Nb2O5/SrNb2O6 composite compared to Nb2O5 or SrNb2O6 is ascribed to the heterojunction effect taking place at the interface between particles of Nb2O5 and SrNb2O6. The powders also show a higher photocatalytic activity than commercial anatase TiO2.  相似文献

Two catechin epimers and their non‐covalent complexes with γ‐cyclodextrin were studied by using ion mobility coupled with mass spectrometry (IM‐MS). Rapid separation of complexes was achieved with the peak‐to‐peak resolution reaching 0.86 after optimization of IM condition. Collision cross section (CCS) was measured to explore the structural difference of complexes. A gap of 11.75 Å2 between two complexes was found. Molecular modeling and theoretical CCS calculation were adopted to explain the measurement results. Two binding ways of both complexes were found and the calculated CCS corresponds accurately to the measured CCS. Quantification of catechins in mixtures was performed and the relative error was less than 15%, indicating the effectiveness of quantification by IM‐MS.  相似文献

Modified Y type catalyst (M-Y) shows great potential for the preparation of toluene attribute to catalyst topology and synergistic effect of Lewis acid and Brönsted acid in the alkylation reaction. However, it still remains a big challenge to build a reaction mechanism. Thereby, based on the study of HZSM-5, H-beta and M-Y catalysts structure and physical properties, a plausible reaction mechanism was proposed. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption/desorption, Fourier transform infrared absorption spectra and Pyridine adsorption infrared. The activity of catalysts was tested in benzene alkylation with methanol and was found to be in the following increasing order: Na-Y (no effect)?<?H-Y?<<?HZSM-5?<?H-beta?<?M-Y.  相似文献

The catalytic promiscuity of the novel benzophenone C‐glycosyltransferase, MiCGT, which is involved in the biosynthesis of mangiferin from Mangifera indica, was explored. MiCGT exhibited a robust capability to regio‐ and stereospecific C‐glycosylation of 35 structurally diverse druglike scaffolds and simple phenolics with UDP‐glucose, and also formed O‐ and N‐glycosides. Moreover, MiCGT was able to generate C‐xylosides with UDP‐xylose. The OGT‐reversibility of MiCGT was also exploited to generate C‐glucosides with simple sugar donor. Three aryl‐C‐glycosides exhibited potent SGLT2 inhibitory activities with IC50 values of 2.6×, 7.6×, and 7.6×10−7 M , respectively. These findings demonstrate for the first time the significant potential of an enzymatic approach to diversification through C‐glycosidation of bioactive natural and unnatural products in drug discovery.  相似文献

Nitrogen-doped ZnO films were deposited on silicon (1 0 0) substrate using zinc acetate and ammonium acetate aqueous solution as precursors by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis. Successful p-type doping can be realized at optimized substrate temperature. The p-type ZnO films show excellent electrical properties such as hole concentration of 1018 cm−3, hole mobility of 102 cm2 V−1 s−1 and resistivity of 10−2 Ω cm. In the photoluminescence measurement, a strong near-band-edge emission was observed, while the deep-level emission was almost undetectable in both undoped and N-doped ZnO films. The growth and doping mechanism of N-doped ZnO films were discussed.  相似文献

The effect of rapid solidification on the microstructure of Al–8 Ce, Al–20 Ce and Al–36.6 Ce (wt%) alloys has been investigated using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. A microstructure selection map has been established for the rapidly solidified Al-rich Al–Ce alloys. Rapid solidification has no effect on the phase constitution but has a marked effect on the microstructure of the Al–8 Ce and Al–20 Ce alloys. For the Al–36.6 Ce alloy, however, rapid solidification has a significant effect on both the microstructure and the phase constitution.  相似文献
