The transformation of gibbsite have been studied under hydrothermal influence. Results of the X-ray diffraction analysis of the samples heated at different temperatures from 170°C to 265°C are also discussed in detail. The percentage of the boehmite phase formed, due to the transformation of the gibbsite, have been determined by comparing the intensity of the most strongest reflection of the boehmite phase with a fully transformed sample. The activation energy value calculated form X-ray diffractograms is almost comparable with the value calculated from main DTA endotherm of gibbsite.Es wurde die Umwandlung von Gibbsit unter hydrothermalem Einfluß untersucht. Weiterhin werden auch Ergebnisse der Röntgendiffraktionsanalyse an den bei verschiedenen Temperaturen zwischen 170°C und 265°C erhitzten Proben besprochen. Durch Vergleich der Intensität der stärksten Reflexion der Böhmitphase mit einer vollständig umgewandelten Probe wurde der prozentuelle Anteil der während der Umwandlung von Gibbsit gebildeten Böhmitphase bestimmt. Der Wert für die Aktivierungsenergie, berechnet aus den Röntgendiffraktogrammen ist annähernd vergleichbar mit dem aus der DTA von Gibbsit berechneten Wert.

A simple, fast, specific, stability-indicating, and precise reversed-phase liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of Cefdinir in its different dosage forms, i.e., capsules and suspensions. The method was developed and optimized by analyzing the placebo preparation, formulations, and degraded samples of the drug substance according to the International Conference on Harmonization. The proposed method can successfully separate the drug from degradation products formed under stress conditions along with pharmaceutical ingredients such as preservatives. The developed method was used successfully to determine Cefdinir in capsules and Insta-use suspensions. The developed method was found to be linear for a concentration range of 6-14 microg/mL. Average recoveries obtained with the method were 99.3 +/- 0.4 and 99.6 +/- 0.4% for Insta-use suspensions and capsules, respectively. The method was shown to be specific, precise, and robust.  相似文献

The crystallization kinetics of glassy Se98Ag2 alloy is studied at different heating rates (5, 10, 15, and 20?K?min?1) using differential scanning calorimetric technique. Endothermic and exothermic peaks are obtained at glass transition (T g) and crystallization temperature (T c). Four iso-conversional methods (Kissinger?CAkahira?CSunose (KAS), Flynn?CWall?COzawa (FWO), Tang and Straink) were used to determine the various kinetic parameters (crystallization temperature T ?? , activation energy of crystallization E ??, order parameter n) in non-isothermal mode.  相似文献

The band structures built on the 5- isomeric state ( T 1/2 = 3.46 m) in the doubly odd 130Cs nucleus have been established up to I = 24? via the 124Sn(11B, 5n)130Cs reaction. The previously observed bands based on the πh 11/2⊗νh 11/2, πg 7/2⊗νh 11/2 and πd 5/2⊗νh 11/2 configurations and a positive-parity side band with multiple connections to the α = 0 signature partner of the yrast πh 11/2⊗νh 11/2 band have been extended to higher spins. A new band based on the πh 11/2⊗νg 7/2 configuration is observed. The yrast πh 11/2⊗νh 11/2 band exhibits anomalous signature splitting whose magnitude decreases up to spin 15 and then increases without restoring the normal signature splitting. We report the measurement of coherence characteristics of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Experiments were performed using red and green color LEDs directly illuminating the Young's double slit kept in the far-zone. Fourier transform fringe analysis technique was used for the measurement of the visibility of interference fringes from which the modulus of degree of spectral coherence was determined. Low degree of spectral coherence, typically 0.4 for red and 0.2 for green LED with double-slit separation of 400 μm was observed. A variable slit was then kept in front of the LEDs and the double slit was illuminated with the light coming out of the slit. Experiments were performed with various slit sizes and the visibility of the interference fringes was observed. It was found that visibility of the interference fringes changes drastically in presence of variable slit kept in front of LEDs and a high degree of spectral coherence, typically 0.85 for red and 0.8 for green LED with double-slit separation of 400 μm and rectangular slit opening of 500 μm was observed. The experimental results are compared with the theoretical counterparts. Coherence lengths of both the LEDs were also determined and it was obtained 5.8±2 and 24±4 μm for green and red LEDs, respectively.  相似文献

The phenomenon that correlation between two beams, in a two-beam interferometer, modifies the spectral characteristics of the light field, is used to estimate the average of the roughness of the surfaces. In the case of intensity interferometer, the path difference between the two arms of the interferometer should be less than the coherence length of the light and the light should be quasi-monochromatic. However, the advantage of spectral interferometer is that the light need not be quasi-monochromatic and the path difference could be much more than the coherence length of light. It is found that more the path difference between the two arms of the interferometer, accurate are the measurements of the roughness of the surfaces. This study shows that spectral interferometry enables one to measure average roughness of the surfaces in the subscales of optical wavelengths.  相似文献

New bis-hydrazonothioxothiazolidinone derivatives based on 2-thioxothiazolidin-4-one were synthesized in good yields using a simplified experimental condition. The structure of synthesized compounds was established with the help of common physico-chemical analysis and various spectroscopic techniques like FT-IR, mass and 1H NMR. The results of characterizations are in good agreement with the proposed structure of all the synthesized compounds. Further, the antimicrobial (antibacterial and antifungal) activities of all the synthesized derivatives were carried out against various species like Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Aspergillous niger and Aspergillous flavus by using agar-cup method. The results of antimicrobial screening showed that all the compounds have mild to moderate activity. However, some of the compounds (3a, 3b, 3d, 3e, 3f, 3g, 3i and 3j) have shown better activity than the other.  相似文献

In this study, we have studied the effect of elements Ag, Cd, and Sn as chemical modifiers on some thermal transport properties (thermal conductivity, diffusivity, and specific heat per unit volume) of amorphous Se. Concurrent measurements of thermal transport properties such as effective thermal conductivity (??e), thermal diffusivity (??e), and specific heat per unit volume (??C v) are used at room temperature for twin pellets of pure Se- and Se-based binary Se98M2 (M?=?Ag, Cd, and Sn) alloys using transient plane source technique. We have also determined the thermal inertia I T using the experimental values of thermal conductivity and specific heat per unit volume for present amorphous alloys. The increasing sequence of measured thermal transport properties is also discussed.  相似文献
