The title compound is a double oxygen-bridged dimeric heteronuclear metal complex. The coordination around the Cu atom is distorted square-planar involving two O and two N atoms from the bis(salicylidene)-1,3-propanediamine ligand. The Zn atom in the molecule has a distorted tetrahedral coordination sphere consisting of the two O atoms of the ligand and the two Br atoms. The bridging plane between the metal atoms is not planar.  相似文献

Monoamine oxidases (MAO) are enzymes that catalyze the oxidative deamination of monoamines such as dopamine, noradrenaline, adrenaline, and serotonin. Recent studies have shown that numerous benzothiazole derivatives exhibit hMAO inhibitory activity in the micromolar concentration range. In this study, a novel series of benzothiazole-thiadiazole (5a-5l ) was synthesized and characterized their chemical structures by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and Mass spectroscopy. These compounds were evaluated as inhibitors for types A and B MAO enzymes. Compounds 5f and 5l were the most active derivatives in the series with an IC50 values of 0.107 ± 0.003 and 0.128 ± 0.004, respectively. Furthermore, cytotoxicity of compounds 5f and 5l were investigated and found as non-cytotoxic.  相似文献

N-isopropylacrylamide/maleic acid hydrogels containing different quantities of maleic acid have been synthesized with γ-radiation. The hydrogels were used in experiments on swelling, diffusion and adsorption of a cationic dye methylene blue. The diffusion of MB into the hydrogels was found to be the non-Fickian type. The factors influencing adsorption capacity of the hydrogel such as gel composition, and irradiation dose were systematically investigated. The equilibrium data for dye adsorption was better described by the Freundlich isotherm than Langmuir isotherm model. The kinetic studies showed that the pseudo-second-order kinetic model fits better than the data obtained from pseudo-first-order model.  相似文献

[99mTc-EDDA-HYNIC-D-Phe1, Tyr3]-Ocreotide (99mTc-EDDA-HYNIC-TOC) increasingly emerges to be an alternative tool for somatostatin receptor (SSTR) scintigraphy of neuroendocrine tumours. The high quality of this radiopharmaceutical and its uniformity are very important facts for application of this preparation in clinical practice. Various factors may influence the radiochemical purity (RCP) of certain reagent kits. Some of these include the amount of activity added to the reagent kit, heating time and the age of the formulated kit. The effect of these factors on RCP of 99mTc-EDDA-HYNIC-TOC has been investigated using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and instant thin layer chromatography (ITLC).  相似文献

In this study,the electronic transition properties and structural analysis of the metal complexes(Ni(Ⅱ),Co(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ)and Mn(Ⅱ))of three different polymer ligands were performed by using XRF and X-ray diffraction(XRD)techniques,respectively.The structural analysis of the polymers and their complexes were performed by XRD technique and some of the polymers were found to be in the face-centred cubic(fcc)structure.In addition,the values of the present K X-ray intensity ratios are significantly greater than the values reported in literature.  相似文献

Since limited examples are in the literature in which both organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) and electrochromic (EC) applications were performed using the same conjugated polymer, we presented comprehensive EC and electroluminescence (EL) studies of fluorene-based electroactive polymer (e.g., CFP6) consisting of a bicarbazole pendant moiety with quinoxaline as an acceptor bridge. CFP6 was synthesized by a Suzuki cross-coupling polymerization reaction and utilized as an active and emissive layers of the electrochromic device (ECD) and OLED, respectively, due to its high photoluminescence quantum yield intensity and fine thin film forming capability. The optical, electrochemical, cyclic voltammetry measurements, and density functional theory calculations were realized. Electrochemical cross-linking process was applied over the electroactive carbazole subunit of the CFP6 polymer. After the crosslinking process, EC performance was greatly improved. On the other hand, light emission and EL characteristics of OLEDs based on CFP6 emissive layer were realized in detail with six different device architectures to understand light output profile behavior. As a result, CFP6 emitted bright greenish yellow emission with a maximum brightness of 1777 cd/m2 at 215 mA/cm2 in the indium tin oxide (ITO)/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS)/CFP6:%10 4,4′-bis(N-carbazolyl)-1,1′-biphenyl (CBP)/Alq3/LiF/Al device architecture.  相似文献

Four new macrocyclic compounds with thiophene ( L1 and L2 ) and furan ( L3 and L4 ) rings were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and Q-TOF spectral data. Macrocyclic amides ( L1 , L2 , L3 , and L4 ) were tested for ion transportation with Na+ and K+ ions, and also, antimicrobial activities were investigated against the Gram-negative Escherichia coli ATCC 25922, Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923, Gram-negative Listeria monocytogenes ATCC 19115, Gram-negative Salmonella typhimurium ATCC 14028, Bacillus cereus bacteria, and Candida albicans ATCC 10231 for all amides.  相似文献
