A computational study of the density dependence of the refractivity and dielectric constants, the electric-field induced second harmonic generation (ESHG) hyperpolarizabilities and of the Kerr constants of binary mixtures of helium, neon and argon is presented. Potentials and interaction properties of the homonuclear A2 and heteronuclear AB dimers (A,?B=He, Ne, Ar) are taken from a previous study [J. López Cacheiro, B. Fernández, D. Marchesan, S. Coriani, C. Hättig, A. Rizzo. Molec. Phys., 102, 101 (2004)]. Dispersion coefficients for the second virial coefficients allow for the determination of the density dependence at any frequency far from the lowest resonance. Fully quantum mechanical results are presented and a comparison with the corresponding classical estimates is discussed. Deep minima are predicted to occur in the ESHG second virial coefficient curve drawn as a function of the molar fraction of one of the components in binary mixtures of He/Ar and Ne/Ar. This phenomenon, observed over a wide range of temperatures, should be easily verifiable experimentally.  相似文献

We evaluate the phenylacetylene-argon intermolecular potential energy surface by fitting a representative number of ab initio interaction energies to an analytic function. These energies are calculated at a grid of intermolecular geometries, using the CCSD(T) method and the aug-cc-pVDZ basis set extended with a series of 3s3p2d1f1g midbond functions. The potential is characterized by two equivalent global minima where the Ar atom is located above and below the phenylacetylene plane at a distance of 3.5781 A? from the molecular center of mass and at an angle of 9.08° with respect to the axis perpendicular to the phenylacetylene plane and containing the center of mass. The calculated interaction energy is -418.9 cm(-1). To check further the potential, we obtain the rovibrational spectrum of the complex and the results are compared to the available experimental data.  相似文献

The preparation and characteristics of a disposable amperometric magnetoimmunosensor, based on the use of functionalized magnetic beads (MBs) and gold screen-printed electrodes (Au/SPEs), for the specific detection and quantification of Staphylococcal protein A (ProtA) and Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) is reported. An antiProtA antibody was immobilized onto ProtA-modified MBs, and a competitive immunoassay involving ProtA antigen labelled with HRP was performed. The resulting modified MBs were captured by a magnetic field on the surface of tetrathiafulvalene-modified Au/SPEs and the amperometric response obtained at −0.15 V vs the silver pseudo-reference electrode of the Au/SPEs after the addition of H2O2 was used as transduction signal. The developed methodology showed very low limits of detection (1 cfu S. aureus/mL of raw milk samples), and a good selectivity against the most commonly involved foodborne pathogens originating from milk. These features, together with a short analysis time (2 h), the simplicity, and easy automation and miniaturization of the required instrumentation make the developed methodology a promising alternative in the development of devices for on-site analysis.  相似文献

Temperature dependence (10–50 °C) of the chiral LC separation of norgestrel was studied using native CDs added to a methanol–water 1:1 eluent. α- or β-CDs gave no enantiodiscrimination, while baseline LC separation was achieved with γ-CD. 1H NMR titrations of the racemate with α-CD showed only weak complexation, while β- or γ-CDs caused enantiomeric splitting of the steroid signals. Both the chiral selectivity values and their insignificant temperature dependence measured in the γ-CD-modified LC system were successfully reproduced by NMR titrations. This agreement corroborates the intuitive view for a wider temperature range that the stability difference of the diastereomeric γ-CD/steroid complexes governs this LC enantioseparation.  相似文献

If a quantum system A, which is initially correlated to another system, E, undergoes an evolution separated from E, then the correlation to E generally decreases. Here, we study the conditions under which the correlation disappears (almost) completely, resulting in a decoupling of A from E. We give a criterion for decoupling in terms of two smooth entropies, one quantifying the amount of initial correlation between A and E, and the other characterizing the mapping that describes the evolution of A. The criterion applies to arbitrary such mappings in the general one-shot setting. Furthermore, the criterion is tight for mappings that satisfy certain natural conditions. One-shot decoupling has a number of applications both in physics and information theory, e.g., as a building block for quantum information processing protocols. As an example, we give a one-shot state merging protocol and show that it is essentially optimal in terms of its entanglement consumption/production.  相似文献

The thermal decomposition of [RuCl26-p-cymene)]2 (1) and its biologically active N-alkylphenothiazine compounds of composition L[RuCl36-p-cymene)] where L = CPH+ (2), TFH+·HCl (3), and TRH+ (4) (chlorpromazine hydrochloride, CP·HCl; trifluoperazine dihydrochloride, TF·2HCl; and thioridazine hydrochloride, TR·HCl, respectively) has been studied. The crystal and molecular structure of compound 3 was determined earlier by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The thermal data were collected by simultaneous TG/DSC measurements. For evolved gas detection, the qualitative reaction of chlorides with AgNO3 in an acidic solution was applied. The measurements were carried out in the temperature range to 700 °C in nitrogen atmosphere. Compounds of L[RuCl36-p-cymene)] crystallize with water or water/2-propanole. On the basis of thermal data, the trend in the solvent bonding energies was assessed.  相似文献

Preparation of the series of polyurethane elastomers and its nanocomposites from castor oil (a vegetable triglyceride) and different isocyanates (aromatic: toluene diisocyanate, TDI and aliphatic: isophorone diisocyanate, IPDI) is described. The synthesis was carried out in bulk and without catalyst by a one-step reactive process. Different elastomers were prepared by using several stoichiometric imbalances. For polyurethane nanocomposites based on TDI, titanium(IV) oxide nanoparticles was used. The thermal properties of the materials are discussed on the basis of simultaneous TG-DSC measurements results and TMDSC data. TMDSC results show that T g increases with increasing r = NCO/OH ratio. Namely, with increasing NCO/OH ratio the cross-linkage density increases and as a consequence, the chain mobility decreases, resulting in a higher T g. It was estimated that the T g of the samples decreased as the nanofiller content increased due to the changes in the segmental mobility in polyurethane materials. Thermal data refers to increased stability of nanocomposites compared with that of the unfilled elastomers.  相似文献
