Two regioselective, high-yielding one-pot routes to oxygen-bridged cyclic diaryliodonium salts and ortho-aryloxy-substituted acyclic diaryliodonium salts are presented. Starting from easily available ortho-iodo diaryl ethers, complete selectivity in formation of either the cyclic or acyclic product could be achieved by varying the reaction conditions. The complimentary reactivities of these novel ortho-oxygenated iodonium salts were demonstrated through a series of chemoselective arylations under metal-catalyzed and metal-free conditions, to deliver a range of novel, ortho-functionalized diaryl ether derivatives.  相似文献

We report an efficient radical-mediated C−C coupling through photoredox-catalyzed reactions of 4-alkyl-dihydropyridines (DHPs) and vinylbenziodoxol(on)es (VBX, VBO). This transition-metal-free and mild photocatalytic method has excellent functional group tolerance and affords vinylated products in good yields, with complete retention of the alkene configuration. The utility of the methodology is demonstrated by the diastereoselective synthesis of C-vinyl glycosides. Preliminary mechanistic studies suggest that the C−C bond formation is stereospecific and proceeds through a concerted radical coupling transition state.  相似文献

During the Belgian PCB crisis (1999/2000) the quality of the data from the PCB monitoring were studied with a proficiency testing experiment. Pork fat that was spiked at the Institute for Reference Materials and Measurements (EC-JRC-IRMM) was sent out as unknown to all laboratories that participated in the monitoring. In parallel, the material was certified on the basis of the results of several leading PCB laboratories throughout Europe that did not participate in the monitoring. During the first round 15 to 25% deviation was experienced, while in the end of this multistep intercalibration procedure the average deviation for the respective PCBs was 10.9% (PCB 28), 13.1% (PCB 52), 10.1% (PCB 101), 10.7% (PCB 118), 10.7% (PCB 138), 9.1% (PCB 153), 8.1% (PCB 180) and 8.2% for the sum of the 7 PCBs. The concentrations measured for the higher volatile PCB 28 had a tendency to show lower levels, while for PCB 180 this was less pronounced. On the other hand, PCB 153 showed results rather to the higher side. During this exercise the material was also tested for stability by one of the certifying laboratories.  相似文献

A simple and efficient method to prepare synthetically useful 2‐arylindoles is presented, using a heterogeneous Pd catalyst and diaryliodonium salts in water under mild conditions. A remarkably low leaching of metal catalyst was observed under the applied conditions. The developed protocol is highly C‐2 selective and tolerates structural variations both in the indole and in the diaryliodonium salt. Arylations of both N?H indoles and N‐protected indoles with ortho‐substituted, electron‐rich, electron‐deficient, or halogenated diaryliodonium salts were achieved to give the desired products in high to excellent isolated yields within 6 to 15 h at room temperature or 40 °C.  相似文献

The electron donating water soluble phosphines, P{(CH2)nC6H4-p-SO3Na}3,n = 1, 2, 3 and 6, react rapidly with Co2(CO)8 under two phase reaction conditions to yield the disproportionation products, [Co(CO)3(P{(CH2)nC6H4-p-SO3Na3}2] [Co(CO)4]. Selective precipitation yields the formally zwitterionic complex anions as the sodium salt, [Co(CO)3(P{(CH2)nC6H4-p-SO3} 3)2]5−. The anions can be used as precursors to water soluble cobalt hydroformylation catalysts under two phase and supported aqueous phase conditions. The tendency to form alcohol products is low with these complexes. The behavior of the catalysts is consistent with an active species that remains water soluble during the reaction and is not leached into the nonaqueous phase.  相似文献

The use of high-performance liquid chromatography/inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC/ICPMS) with sulphur-specific detection was investigated as a method for obtaining metabolite profiles for the drug omeprazole administered as a 1:1 mixture of (32)S- and (34)S-labelled material. Analysis based on the monitoring of the chromatographic eluent at either m/z 32 or 34 was not successful due to insufficient sensitivity caused by interferences from polyatomic ions. However, reaction of sulphur with oxygen in the hexapole collision cell, combined with monitoring at m/z 48 (for (32)S) or m/z 50 (for (34)S), provided a facile method for metabolite profiling. Detection of m/z 48 was superior in sensitivity to detection of m/z 50.  相似文献

Summary When measuring nitrate in agricultural material (ensilage, dung etc.) extracted with copper sulphate solution with the nitrate selective electrode some of the samples were difficult to measure due to unstable readings and a gradually change in the calibration curve. These problems could easily be reduced by simply diluting the samples before measuring. To the diluted samples standards were added before measurement to keep the readings in the linear part of the calibration curve. In addition this dilution will increase the life time of the electrode.
Nitratbestimmung in landwirtschaftlichem Material mit Hilfe der Nitrat-selektiven Elektrode
Zusammenfassung Bei der Messung von Nitrat in landwirtschaftlichem Material (Silage, Dung u.a.) mit Hilfe der Nitrat-selektiven Elektrode nach Extraktion mit Kupfersulfatlösung ergaben sich bei einigen Proben Schwierigkeiten wegen instabiler Anzeigen und allmählichen Veränderungen der Eichkurve. Diese Probleme konnten durch einfache Verdünnung vor der Messung reduziert werden. Zu den verdünnten Proben wurden vor der Messung Standards zugesetzt, um die Ablesungen innerhalb des linearen Teils der Eichkurve zu halten. Zusätzlich wird durch die Verdünnung die Lebensdauer der Elektroden erhöht.
