Tetra­ammonium benzene‐1,2,4,5‐tetra­carboxyl­ate tetrahydrate

The anions in the title compound, 4NH₄⁺·C₁₀H₂O₈^4?·4H₂O, are held together by regular hydrogen bonds from the carboxyl­ate O atoms to the ammonium cations and water mol­ecules, forming a three‐dimensional network.     

非磁性替代原子对Ce2Co17居里温度和饱和磁化强度的影响

用真空电弧熔炼法制备了Ｃｅ２Ｃｏ１７－ｘＭｘ（Ｍ＝Ｇａ,Ａｌ和Ｓｉ）化合物。通过Ｘ射线衍射和磁性测量手段,研究了非磁性替代原子Ｇａ,Ａｌ和Ｓｉ的加入对Ｃｅ２Ｃｏ１７化合物的剧里温度和饱和磁化强度的影响,其中Ｓｉ在Ｃｅ２Ｃｏ１７化合物中的固溶度最小,并使居里温度和饱和磁化强度下降幅度最大。     

广义BBM方程有理Chebyshev谱逼近的大时间性态

本文考虑广义BBM方程的初值问题,建立了方程的有理Chebyshev谱格式,给出了谱格式的误差估计,并证明了原问题和近似问题所生成的算子半群分别具有整体吸引子A和AN,且AN关于A 是上半连续的．     

5-Ethyl-2'-deoxyuridine. Cytotoxicity and DNA incorporation demonstrated with human leukemic cells and PHA-stimulated lymphocytes in vitro

5-Ethyl-2'-deoxyuridine (5EtdUrd) is a biologically active thymidine analogue. The cytotoxicity of 5EtdUrd was investigated with seven established human leukemia cell lines as well as with human peripheral blood PHA-stimulated lymphocytes. All types of leukemia cells were susceptible to the toxicity of 5EtdUrd as assayed with a [U-14C]-L-leucine incorporation system developed for this study. A 50% inhibition of leucine incorporation in 3-day cultures was induced by 1.3-3.8 microM 5EtdUrd with leukemic cells, but the concentration required to induce similar inhibition with PHA-stimulated lymphocytes was approximately was approximately 100-fold. The toxicity of 5EtdUrd seemed to require active DNA synthesis, since the inhibition of leucine incorporation became obvious only after the first 24 hours of culture. The DNA incorporation studies were based on a new isotopically labeled 5EtdUrd derivative, [2-14C]5EtdUrd, synthesized for this study in our laboratory. It was demonstrated for the first time that most of the radioactivity derived from [2-14C]5EtdUrd in DNA was in 5-ethyluracil. 5EtdUrd has a powerful antileukemic potency in vitro. Its effects against human leukemia in vivo remain to be tested.     

Time integration of the non-linear Galerkin method

e-mail: bosco{at}mac.cie.uva.es, frutos@mac.cie.uva.es Numerical tests are presented that, for the Kuramoto-Sivashinskyand a reaction-diffusion equation, compare the non-linear Galerkinmethod with standard pseudospectral and pure spectral Galerkindiscretizations. The results show that, for these problems,the non-linear Galerkin method is not competitive with eitherpure spectral Galerkin or pseudospectral discretizations.     

Exponential stability for a contact problem in thermoelasticity

We consider the unilateral problem for the thermoelastic equationand we show that the solution decays exponentially to zero astime goes to infinity; that is, denoting by E(t) the first-orderenergy of the system, we show that positive constants C and exist which satisfy E(t)CE(0)e^–$$$.     

龙爪芦荟和库拉索芦荟中微量锗的测定与红外光谱区别

采用吸光光度法对龙爪芦荟和库拉索芦荟中的微量锗进行了测定,并探讨了两种芦荟的红外光谱的区别。结果表明,龙爪芦荟中含锗量在26.1～28.6μg·g-1,回收率为91.6%～97 5%。库拉索芦荟中含锗量在16.8～20.0μg·g-1,回收率为87.1%～94.5%。两种芦荟的FT IR光谱图在2100cm-1处有明显差异,由此可区别两种芦荟。     

Krametosan, a new trinorlignan from the roots of Krameria tomentosa

A new phenylcoumarone type trinorlignan, krametosan (1), along with the known norlignans, ratanhiaphenol I (2) and 2-(2'-hydroxy-4',6'-dimethoxyphenyl)-5-(E)-propenylbenzofuran (3), the lignan conocarpan (4) and dinorlignan decurrenal (5), were isolated from the CHCl3 extract of the roots of Krameria tomentosa. The structure of these compounds were elucidated by the spectroscopic methods.
