采用高灵敏度,高分辨率激光磁共振光谱(LMR)方法在6μm谱段测量了自由基分子NH_2v_2带的σ谱(△M_1=±1)。重复了前人已测过的谱,结果与之较好符合。并观测到了新谱,在14支激光谱线下共获得约115支塞曼(Zeeman)跃迁谱线,其中在6支激光谱线下新测得的谱线91支。  相似文献

对于频率不能连续调谐的CO激光器,采用一种新的激光频率稳定度的测量方法是以分子的激光磁共振谱线为基准,通过测量分子的激光磁共振谱线线宽及其变化,然后用阿仑方差进行数据处理,即得出了一系列时畴下的CO激光频率稳定度,并用计算机对取样时间从0.1秒-1000秒的频率稳定度进行幂函数拟合,获得了频畴的CO激光频率稳定度的表达式。  相似文献

在碱催化剂BZ-1存在下,以N-(2,3-环氧丙基)三甲基氯化铵(GTA)为阳离子化试剂,干法制备了高取代度季铵型阳离子淀粉。考察了碱催化剂BZ-1、水含量、反应温度和反应时间对取代度和反应效率的影响。当淀粉用量为5.5g,GTA用量为3g时,最佳反应条件为:碱催化剂BZ-10.8g、反应温度60℃、反应时间4h、反应体系含水量24%,取代度可达0.56,反应效率为88%.  相似文献

In the present study, extracts of CHCl(3), n-BuOH and water of Lomatogonium carinthiacum were tested for their possible anticancer effects on human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cell line, human erythroleukaemia K562 cell line and human cervical carcinoma HeLa cell line. The inhibitory effect of the extracts on cell proliferation was assessed by MTT colourimetric assay in vitro. A high-performance liquid chromatography-electrospray-mass spectrometric (HPLC-EIS-MS/MS) method was developed for the determination of the constituents of the extracts. According to HPLC-EIS-MS/MS data, the chemical structures of 21 constituents of L. carinthiacum were identified on-line without time-consuming isolation. The L. carinthiacum extracts showed inhibitory effects on the abovementioned cell lines. Extracts of CHCl(3) were found to be the most inhibitory, with IC(50) values of 0.13, 0.75 and 0.60 μg mL(-1) on A549, K562 and HeLa, respectively. According to the IC(50) values, the order of sensitivity of the cell lines was A549 > HeLa > K562 and the inhibitory effects to the cell lines of these extracts were in the order CHCl(3) extract > water extract > n-BuOH, as xanthones > iridoids and secoiridoids > flavonols. The present study showed inhibitory activity of L. carinthiacum extracts on tumour cells.  相似文献

本文对超音速半穿甲弹丸的壳体结构进行了实验研究,采用相对运动的方法使炸药驱动飞板碰撞静止的弹丸。应用闪光X光摄影技术观测弹-靶碰撞时刻的变形及穿甲过程。实验结果表明,截卵形弹丸在M=2~3的碰撞速度下,弹丸壳体在头-柱过渡区最大变形率约2.5~4.4%,其综合性能比本文选用的其它弹形均好。  相似文献

The interaction between prulifloxacin, a kind of new oral taking antibiotic and pepsin, a kind of enzyme in the stomach has been investigated in vitro under a simulated physiological condition by different spectroscopic methods. The intrinsic fluorescence of pepsin was strongly quenched by prulifloxacin. This effect was rationalized in terms of a static quenching procedure. The binding parameters have been evaluated by fluorescence quenching methods. The negative value of ΔG0 reveals that the binding process is a spontaneous process. The binding distance R between donor (pepsin) and acceptor (prulifloxacin) was obtained according to the Förster's resonance energy transfer theory and found to be 0.95 nm. The results obtained herein will be of biological significance in pharmacology and clinical medicine.  相似文献

Novel amphiphilic hydroxyethyl starch derivatives 2,4-bistertbutylphenoxy-[1,3,5] -triazine-6-yl)-hydroxyethyl starch with different degrees of substitution of hydrophilic triazine group and hydrophobic hydroxyethyl were prepared by reacting corn starch with chlorohydrin and 2,4-Ditertbutyl phenoxyl-6-chloro-[1,3,5]-triazine, successively. Their structure was characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR, and SEM. It exhibits ideal surfacial abilities and compressive strength. The surface tension of the amphiphilic hydroxyethyl starch derivatives (MS = 1.1, DS = 0.026) reached 33.35 mN · m?1 at the critical aggregation concentration (CAC) at 25°C. The compressive strength of foam concrete was 0.97 MPa when the amount of added starch derivatives (MS = 1.1, DS = 0.026) reached 0.1 wt% of the total weight.  相似文献
