We present a new configuration for superresolution (SR) as well as for field-of-view (FOV) extension in a digital holography concept based on random movement of sparse metallic particles. In the SR configuration, the particles are in proximity to the recorded object, while in the FOV configuration, the particles are in proximity to the hologram plane. The particles' movement encodes the high spatial features in the plane of their movement. This high-resolution information can later be decoded by proper numerical postprocessing that either remedies the resolution limitations in the object plane (or the limited NA of the lens) or extends the FOV in the object plane. 相似文献

Bisphosphonates (BPs) are nonhydrolysable pyrophosphate analogs with high affinity to hydroxyapatite (HAP, bone mineral) and are mainly used for treatment of various bone diseases. In this study, we designed and prepared crosslinked BP nanoparticles by dispersion copolymerization of three monomers: methacrylate PEG bisphosphonate, N‐(3‐aminopropyl) methacrylamide, and tetra(ethylene glycol) diacrylate. The size and size distribution of these PEG‐BP nanoparticles were controlled by changing various polymerization parameters. These BP particles possess dual functionality: covalent attachment of a dye (e.g., near IR fluorescent dye) or drug to the nanoparticles through the primary amine groups belonging to the aminopropyl methacrylamide monomeric units and chelation to the bone mineral HAP through the BP groups belonging to the methacrylate PEG bisphosphonate monomeric units, for enhanced long term bone‐targeted imaging and therapy applications. Body distribution of the optimal crosslinked BP nanoparticles was tested on a chicken embryo model via intravenous administration. This study indicated that the fluorescence intensity of the all organs (e.g., blood, spleen, liver, kidney, and heart) except the bones decreased significantly within 48 h (p < 0.05) while that of the bones hardly changed over that time (p > 0.05). © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A new bis(dioxime) ligand (H4L) containing the diphenyl ether moiety has been prepared by reacting 3,3,4,4-tetraaminodiphenyl ether (1) with 2,3-butanedione monoxime (2). Dinuclear copper(II) and cobalt(III) complexes of H4L exhibit a metal–ligand ratio of 2:1 and the ligand coordinates through the 4 nitrogen atoms, as do most bis(dioximes). The [Cu2(H2L)](ClO4)2 molecule coordinates to the other two copper(II) ions through the deprotonated oximate oxygens to yield a tetranuclear structure, doubly-bridged by the oximate groups in a cis arrangement. The structure of bis(dioxime) and its complexes were identified by elemental analyses, 1H-, 13C-n.m.r, i.r and m.s. spectral data. 相似文献

The oxidative matrix polymerization of pyrrole (Py) by Ce(IV) in the presence of Polyacrylic acid (PAA) has been studied to obtain water-soluble and insoluble products. The role of the PAA, Pyrrole, and Ce(IV) concentration, order of component addition, the structure of polymer matrix (PAA, Hydroxy Ethyl Cellulose (HES), Poly-N-vinylpyrrolidone (PVP)], and model unit of PAA (propionic acid), on the polymerization system were investigated. Interaction of PAA with insoluble polypyrrole (PPy) and the interpolymer complex formation were investigated along with the aggregation of PPy onto the matrix polymer followed by spectral shifts. The colorless plates obtained were characterized by FT-IR, 1H- and 13C-NMR, TGA-DSC, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The material crystallizes in space group P21/c, with a = 9.2375(14) Å, b = 12.8757(18) Å, c = 9.4608(15) Å, β = 115.327(3)°, V = 1017.1(3) Å3, and Z = 4. A double immunohistochemical technique for the simultaneous detection of T- and B cells in paraffin-embedded mice tissues
have been developed. This procedure is based on using fluorescent nano-crystals (q-dots). The benefit of using q-dots evolves
from their unique fluorescence characteristics advantages: such as broad excitation spectrum, narrow emission band and high
photo-bleaching threshold compare to organic fluorophores. T cells antigens (CD3) were stained using antibody-coated q-dots
with max emission at 655 nm (GαRb-QD655). B cells antigens (CD45R/B220) were stained using streptavidin-coated q-dots with
max emission at 585 nm (SA-QD585). The simultaneous detection of T- and B cells was demonstrated in paraffin-embedded lymph
