Dipole bands in nucleus ~(139)Pm

High-spin states in nucleus 139Pm have been studied using the reaction 116Cd(27Al,4n)139Pm.Two dipole cascades have been found.Spin and parity assignments were based on the Directional Correlation of Oriented Nuclei(DCO) ratios and systematic behavior in neighboring odd-proton nuclei.The level structures of 139Pm are compared with those of the N =78 isotone 141Eu in which two dipole bands have been confirmed as magnetic rotational bands.The close similarity between them suggests that the dipole bands in 139...     

Intrinsic ultracontractivity on Riemannian manifolds with infinite volume measures

By establishing the intrinsic super-Poincar'e inequality,some explicit conditions are presented for diffusion semigroups on a non-compact complete Riemannian manifold to be intrinsically ultracontractive.These conditions,as well as the resulting uniform upper bounds on the intrinsic heat kernels,are sharp for some concrete examples.     

Dynamic quality of transmission optimization and global impairments control in reconfigurable transparent WDM networks:schemes and demonstrations

<正>Two novel dynamical quality of transmission(QoT) optimization schemes with explicit optimization targets and accurate end-to-end QoT estimation are proposed for reconfigurable transparent wavelength-division multiplexing(WDM) networks.Numerical simulations show that the scheme of quality(Q) best has the best Q factor improvement with large attenuation adjustment.The scheme of Q allowable can achieve minimized number of tuning sites and attenuation adjustment and also improve the Q factor of light path to the required value.In addition,the idea of dynamic QoT optimization and global impairment control has been experimentally demonstrated on a simple mesh network by the cooperation of a control plane and tunable devices.

Ammo acid derivatives react with C60 at 110-120℃to form adduct compounds.The products were isolated by column chromatography and were identified by FD-MS,UV-Vis,FT-IR and 13C NMR spectroscopies.     

Photoisomerization of norbornadiene group in a rigid bichromophoric compound initiated by remote keto chromophore: long-distance through-bond triplet energy transfer

A diad compound 3β(bicyclo[2,2,1]hepta-2,5-diene-2-methylcarboxylate-3-carboxy)-an-drost-5-en-17-one (NBD-S-ONE) was synthesized and its photochemistry was examined. Irradiation of NBD-S-ONE in acetonitrile at λ > 300 nm selectively excited the keto chromophore. After intersystem crossing, the triplet energy of the keto group was transferred to the NBD group with 18.6% efficiency via a through-bond mechanism, resulting in the isomerization of the latter group to the quadricyclane group.

Electronic Properties of Passive Films Formed on G3 and G30 Nickel-based Alloys in Bicarbonate/Carbonate Buffer Solution

The electronic properties of passive films formed on G3 and G30 alloys in bicarbonate/carbonate buffer solution were comparatively studied by electrochemical impedance spectra(EIS) and Mott-Schottky analysis, the chemical composition of the passive film formed on G3 alloy was detected by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Synthesis and Characterization of Chitosan-Albumin Conjugates as pH-Sensitive Biodegradable Hydrogels

A new kind of biodegradable pH-sensitive drug delivery system was developed via chitosan-albumin conjugate hydrogel. Through changing the feeding modes of reactants, two types of hydrogels(comb-type and reticular-type) were synthesized by amidation reactions between 6-O-succinoylated N-phthaloyl chitosan and albumin.
