In this paper, 8-hydroxyquinoline aluminium (Alq(3)) was used in interface modification of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSCs). Alq(3) was the first discovered interface modification material with combined effects of retarding charge recombination and F?rster resonant energy transfer (FRET). Results of dark current curve and AC impedance showed that Alq(3) could retard charge recombination in DSCs. I-V curves showed that conversion efficiency increased with Alq(3) modification. Besides the interface modification effect, it was discovered that Alq(3) also acted as energy relay dye with the FRET effect between itself and N3, which increased photoresponse and electron injection. The application of Alq(3) with combined effects opened a new door to explore more novel multi-functional interface modification materials to improve the performance of DSCs. 相似文献

A series of novel 1,5-benzothiazepine derivatives containing COOC2H5/COONa groups at the C(2)-position were synthesized and evaluated for their antifungal and antibacterial activities by both disc diffusion and minimal inhibition concentration (MIC) methods. Most of the compounds have been shown to have moderate to good antibacterial activity against S. aureus, S. epidermidis and excellent antifungal activity against C. albicans. 相似文献

A new purine nucleoside coupled with an amino acid derivative,N~2-(1-methoxycarbonylethyl)guanosine 1,along withβ-carboline and russulaceramide was isolated from the fruiting bodies of Amanita exitialis,a newly described poisonous mushroom. Databases and computational tools for mimotopes have been an important part of phage display study. Five special databases and eighteen algorithms, programs and web servers and their applications are reviewed in this paper. Although these bioinformatics resources have been widely used to exclude target-unrelated peptides, characterize small molecules-protein interactions and map protein-protein interactions, a lot of problems are still waiting to be solved. Two-dimensional (2D) correlation analysis based on time-resolved FT-IR/attenuated total reflection (ATR) spectroscopy has been used to study the diffusion behavior of water and mono- or divalent anions in the positively charged membranes of different charge density. In 2D FT-IR/ATR spectra, the splitting of the water delta(OH) bending band in the spectral range 1700-1500 cm-1 indicates that there are three different states of water in the positively charged membrane, that is, the water molecules forming strong or weak hydrogen bonds with hydrophilic groups of the membrane and water molecularly dispersed with weaker hydrogen bonds. The wavenumber difference of the delta(OH) band in the low- and high-charge-density membrane indicates that water molecules form much stronger hydrogen bonds with hydrophilic groups in the high-charge-density membrane. The sequential order of the three water bands intensity changes shows that, in the process of water diffusion into the high-charge-density membrane, the hydrogen-bonding interaction between hydrophilic groups of the membrane and water molecules takes place gradually due to the highly cross-linked network structure of the membrane; in the process of water diffusion into the low-charge-density membrane, the strong hydrogen-bonding interaction between hydrophilic groups of the membrane and water molecules takes place instantaneously and this type of water easily diffuses due to the weak interactions between the water molecules and the membrane polymer. Furthermore, the diffusion processes of the electrolyte solution such as NaAc and Na2SO4 aqueous solutions in the positively charged membrane have also been examined. 相似文献

Diisobutylaluminium hydride(DIBAL-H) promotes secondary rim regioselective bis-de-O-methylation of permethylatedβ-cyclodextrin (β-CD) to give diol 2.To gain an insight into the mechanism of this remarkable regioselective behavior,two corresponding permethylatedβ-CDs with an alcohol function at either 2- or 3-position were synthesized in our previous study.As a step further to this work,the two compounds were subjected to deoxygenation reaction with tributyltin hydride in the present of 2,2’- azobisisobutyronitrile affording the corresponding 2- and 3-deoxy permethylatedβ-CD derivatives(19 and 16).The structures of these two compounds were characterized by ID and 2D NMR and HRMS.Compounds 16 and 19 were unable to react with DIBALH which suggests that O-2~A and O-3~B are necessary for DIBAL-H promoted bis-de-O-methylation reaction of permethylatedβ-CD. 相似文献

In this paper,a high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with ultraviolet detection and Fourier transform-ion cyclotron resonance mass spectrometry(HPLC-UV/FTICRMS) method was described for the investigation of impurity profile in moxifloxacin (MOX) drug substance and chemical reference substance.Ten impurities were detected by HPLC-UV,while eight impurities were identified by using the high accurate molecular mass combined with multiple-stage mass spectrometric data and fragmentation rules.In addition,to our knowledge,five impurities were founded for the first time in MOX drug substance. 相似文献

Bovine serum albumin(BSA) was utilized to assemble with the binary complexes of poly(vinylpyrrolidone)-graft-poly(2- dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate)(PVP-g-PDMAEMA)/DNA formed by layer-by-layer electrostatic interactions to screen the residual surface positive charges of complexes.The coating of BSA was able to decrease the zeta potential of binary complexes nearly to electroneutrality without interfering with DNA condensation ability.The ternary complexes of BSA/PVP-g-PDMAEMA/ DNA demonstrated lower cytotoxicity compared with the binary complexes and also maintained high gene transfection efficiency in HepG2 cells. 相似文献

A novel fluorescent aqueous polyurethane emulsion DDAQ-TDI-PU was synthesized by blocking the anthraquinone moiety of 1,4-diamino-2,3-diphenoxyanthraquinone(DDAQ) into polyurethane chain using 2,4-tolylene diisocyanate(TDI),poly(propylene glycol) and 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid.The chain structure of DDAQ-TDI-PU was confirmed by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and UV-vis analysis.Comparing to the UV-vis spectrum of DDAQ,DDAQ-TDI-PU showed a hypsochromic shift from the absorption maxima of 518,558,609 nm to 510,548,586 nm,respectively.It was found that the fluorescence intensity of DDAQ-TDI-PU emulsion was enhanced greatly comparing with that of DDAQ.The fluorescence of DDAQ-TDI-PU was very stable not only for the long term storage but also for the fluorescence quencher. 相似文献

In order to investigate the biological activity of novel bis-pyrazole compounds,a series of N-(3-alkyl-5-(N-methylcarbamyl)- 1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-3-alkyl-4-substituted-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamides were designed and synthesized with ethyl 3-alkyl-1H-pyrazole -5-carboxylate 1 as starting materials.N-Methyl-3-alkyl-4-amino-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamides 6 were obtained from 1 via 5 steps.3-Alkyl-4-substitued-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxyl chlorides 4a,4b,11a,11b,11c or 12 were also obtained from 1 via several steps.Target compounds 7a-7g were obtained after the reaction of 6 with the above 1H-pyrazole-5-carboxyl chlorides.Preliminary bioassay showed some compounds possessing good inactivation effect against TMV(tobacco mosaic virus).Compound 7a showed higher activity superior to ningnanmycin at a concentration of 5.0×10-4 g/mL and equal activity at 1.0×10-4 g/mL;7b and 7c showed equal activity to virazole both at concentrations of 5.0×10-4 g/mL and 1.0×10-4 g/mL. 相似文献
