In this work, a series of novel acidic polymerized ionic liquids were used as heterogeneous catalyst for alkylation of o‐Xylene with styrene. And the effect of the amount of initiator and the type of acid used for ion exchange on catalyst structure and the catalytic performance of catalysts for alkylation were studied thoroughly. The experiment results show: when the percentage of the amount of initiator in the total material is 3%, the polymerized ionic liquid catalyst MPM‐SO3H‐[C3V][SO3CF3] has the most uniform with a specific surface area of 97.30 m2/g and a pore volume of 0.35 cm3/g. Benefiting from the unique structure features, MPM‐SO3H‐[C3V][SO3CF3] manifested an excellent catalytic performance for alkylation of o‐Xylene with styrene, along with the conversion of styrene was 96.8% and the yield of 1‐Phenyl‐1‐ortho‐xylene ethane was 94.7%. Therefore, this work provides a novel reference to the synthesis of polymerized ionic liquids and clearly explains the advantage of novel acidic polymerized ionic liquids on alkylation.  相似文献

以天然产物齐墩果酸为母体,设计合成齐墩果酸衍生物,采用计算机辅助药物设计,对C-3、C-28位结构改造,设计合成12个未见文献报道的靶向VEGFR受体抑制剂; 采用噻唑蓝(MTT)法,用人肝癌细胞(HepG2)和乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7)对其进行初步体外抗肿瘤活性筛选;其结构经1H-NMR、13C-NMR谱确证。活性测试得出化合物I7、II1与阳性对照药相比有较强抑制作用,其抗肿瘤活性高于母体OA,分子对接结果显示I7和II1 与 VEGFR 受体具有较好的结合能力,值得进一步研究。  相似文献

An aggregation enhanced emission (AEE) polyurethane named STMPU-211 containing 0.13% mole concentration of 4,4′-((1Z,3Z)-1,4-diphenylbuta-1,3-diene-1,4-diyl) dibenzaldehyde (TABDAA) in the soft segments was synthesized and proved to be sensitive to Fe3+ and nitroaromatic explosives. The fluorescence of the AEE polyurethane was reduced in the presence of Fe3+, and almost quenched when 5000?μM Fe3+ was added. Meanwhile, the fluorescence intensity of STMPU-211 solution in DMF/water mixture was decreased when explosives like 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (PA) and 3-nitro-1,2,4-triazol-5-one (NTO) were applied. Especially, the quenching coefficient KSV value of PA was 5.7?×?106?M?1, confirming that the polyurethane STMPU-211 could be a highly sensitive sensor for the detection of PA. Therefore, AEE polyurethanes with low concentration of TABDAA have promising applications in biological probe, environment monitoring and antiterrorism fields.  相似文献

We report growth of high-purity single crystals of the sodium molybdenum bronzes NaxMoO3 through high pressure solid-state reaction routes. Our results demonstrate that the crystallite sizes of NaxMoO3 can rapidly grow to ~25?μm under a moderate pressure of 4.0?GPa in just 10?min. This discovery provides a starting point for the growth of large single crystals of alkali metal molybdenum bronzes under high pressure.  相似文献

We developed a simple, rapid and reliable method for determination of 20 common amino acids based on derivatization with 9‐fluorenylmethyl chloroformate (FMOC‐Cl) and RP‐LC/UV, this method was first introduced into quantitative analysis of amino acids. The amino groups of amino acids were trapped with FMOC‐Cl to form amino acid‐FMOC‐Cl adducts which can be suitable for LC‐UV. Chromatographic separation was performed on a C18 column with a mobile phase gradient consisting of acetonitrile and sodium acetate solution. This method was shown to be sensitive for 20 common amino acids. In the intra‐day precisions assay, the range of RSDs was 3.21‐7.67% with accuracies of 92.34‐102.51%; for the inter‐day precisions assay, the range of RSDs was 5.82‐9.19% with accuracies of 90.25‐100.63%. The results also indicated that solutions of amino acids‐FMOC‐Cl can be kept at room temperature for at least 24 h without showing significant losses in the quantified values. The validated method was successfully applied to the determination of major four kinds of amino acids in R. isatidis samples (Arg, Pro, Met and Val). The total content of amino acids in different origin R. isatidis was 13.32‐19.16 mg/g. The differences between R. isatidis samples were large using HCA.  相似文献

A series of novel benzimidazole derivatives was synthesized and their anti-Coxsackie virus B_3(CVB_3) activity was evaluated in VERO cells.Compounds 9 and 10 exhibited better inhibitory activity than those of ribavirin(RBV) with IC_(50) values of 5.30 and 1.06μg/mL,respectively.  相似文献
