Octamethyl‐1, 1′‐di(2‐pyridyl)ferrocene ( 1 ) acts as molecular electrochemical sensor for magnesium, calcium, zinc, and cadmium ions in acetonitrile solution. The new redox peak, anodically shifted by ca. 0.40 V, which appears in the cyclic voltammogram of 1 in the presence of even small amounts (10 mol %) of these ions, is unaffected by an excess of alkali metal ions. Metal complexation is accompanied by a batho‐ and hyper‐chromic shift of the band in the visible region of the UV‐Vis spectrum of 1 . A detailed study of the behaviour of 1 towards zinc chloride in acetonitrile solution has revealed that 1 is able to accommodate a maximum of two zinc ions. Oxidation of zinc‐coordinated 1 leads to partial decomplexation. The N‐methyl and N‐benzyl species 1 Me+, 1 Me22+, 1 Bzl+ and 1 Bzl22+ have been synthesized and the former two structurally investigated by X‐ray diffraction. Alkylation causes an anodic shift of the redox potential of the ferrocene nucleus, which is linearly dependent on the number of alkyl groups introduced. Octamethyl‐1, 1′‐di(2‐thiophenyl)ferrocene ( 2 ) has also been synthesized and structurally characterized by X‐ray diffraction. Cyclic voltammetry has revealed that, in contrast to 1 , 2 does not respond to the divalent metal ions studied.  相似文献

Diphenyl-o-silaborane ( 1 ) can be obtained by sublimation as colourless crystalline material in a yield of 23%. The disilaborane 1 was characterized by NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and X-ray structure analysis. The neutral closo cluster 1 reacts with [Zr(NMe2)4] or [Ta(NMe2)5] to give the dimethylamide adduct [(Me2N)(PhSi)2B10H10] of the disilaborane.  相似文献

Herein, we report the first 1,4-diphosphinine-1,4-diide compound [(ADCPh)P]2 ( 5-Ph ) (ADCPh=PhC{(NDipp)C}2; Dipp=2,6-iPr2C6H3) derived from an anionic dicarbene (ADCPh) as a red crystalline solid. Compound 5-Ph containing a 16π-electron planar fused-tricyclic ring system was obtained by the 4e reduction of [(ADCPh)PCl2]2 ( 4-Ph ) with Mg (or KC8) in a quantitative yield. Experimental and computational results imply that the central 8π-electrons C4P2 ring of 5-Ph , which is fused between two 6π-electrons C3N2 aromatic rings, is antiaromatic. Thus, each of the phosphorus atoms of 5-Ph has two electron-lone-pairs, one in a p-type orbital is in conjugation with the C=C bonds of the C4P2 ring, while the second resides in a σ-symmetric orbital. This can be shown with the gold complex [(ADCPh)P(AuCl)2]2 ( 6-Ph ) obtained by reacting 5-Ph with (Me2S)AuCl. A mixture of 5-Ph and 4-Ph undergoes comproportionation in the presence of MgCl2 to form the intermediate oxidation state compound [(ADCAr)P]2(MgCl4) ( 7-Ph ), which is an aromatic species.  相似文献

The reactivity of the geminal frustrated Lewis pair (FLP) (F5C2)3SnCH2P(tBu)2 ( 1 ) was explored by reacting it with a variety of small molecules (PhOCN, PhNCS, PhCCH, tBuCCH, H3CC(O)CH=CH2, Ph[C(O)]2Ph, PhN=NPh and Me3SiCHN2), featuring polar or non-polar multiple bonds and/or represent α,β-unsaturated systems. While most adducts are formed readily, the binding of azobenzene requires UV-induced photoisomerization, which results in the highly selective complexation of cis-azobenzene. In the case of benzil, the reaction does not lead to the expected 1,2- or 1,4-addition products, but to the non-stereoselective (tBu)2PCH2-transfer to a prochiral keto function of benzil. All adducts of 1 were characterised by means of multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, elemental analyses and X-ray diffraction experiments.  相似文献

A new access to cationic zirconium and hafnium compounds [L2MCH2PR2][MeB(C6F5)3] (L = Cp, Ind; R = iso‐Pr, tert‐Bu; M = Zr, Hf) exhibiting an intramolecular donor‐acceptor system was established by treating the precursors L2M(Me)CH2PR2 with B(C6F5)3 (BCF). Precursors 1 – 6 [L2M(Me)CH2PR2 with L = Cp, Ind; R = iso‐Pr, tert‐Bu; M = Zr, Hf] were fully characterized. The crystal structures of these compounds revealed large M–CH2–P bond angles with values of about 134° indicating the absence of interactions between the Lewis‐acid and Lewis‐base. The cationic compounds [L2MCH2PR2][MeB(C6F5)3] ( 7 – 12 ) were obtained by treatment of 1 – 6 with BCF. They were characterized by NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and elemental analyses; in H/D‐scrambling experiments with H2/D2 mixtures 7 – 12 disclosed their reactivity towards cleavage of hydrogen.  相似文献

The synthesis of glycopeptides carrying tumour-associated antigens is of interest for cancer diagnosis and treatment. Here, a very efficient route lo disaccharide threonine building block 8 is presented which allows the introduction of the sialyl-Tn antigen into a peptide. The syntheses of the undecapeptide and the sialyl-Tn-containing glycoundecapeptide, which are a part of the repeating unit of MUC1, were performed by solid-phase synthesis with an allylic anchor cleavable under neutral conditions. After detachment from the resin, the peptide and the glycopeptide arc completely deprotected giving the target compounds 13 and 15 , respectively.  相似文献
