This paper considers the evaluation of the biosafety of cyanoacrylate adhesive in vitro on human multipotent mesenchymal stem cells. This adhesive is intended for medical use, in particular, for X-ray and endovascular interventions. A toxicity study was carried out in a culture of multipotent mesenchymal stem cells isolated from human subcutaneous fat. As a result of the work, the concentration of cyanoacrylate adhesive in lipiodol was chosen, which has the lowest toxicity.  相似文献

Russian and foreign standards for the techniques for the determination of the heat resistance of polymer materials are analyzed and the incorrectness of their use for polymer construction materials is shown. The determination of the heat resistance by the low-frequency dynamic mechanical method based on the temperature derivative extrema of the dynamic modulus of elasticity and the dynamic loss modulus under the transition of polymer matrices from the glassy to the highly elastic state is experimentally substantiated for multicomponent polymer compositions with dispersed or fibrous fillers.  相似文献

We study initial-boundary value problems for a model differential equation in a bounded region with a quadratic nonlinearity of a special type typical for the theory of conductors. Using the test function method, we show that such a nonlinearity can lead to global unsolvability with respect to time, which from the physical standpoint means an electrical breakdown of the conductor in a finite time. For the simplest test functions, we obtain sufficient conditions for the unsolvability of the model problems and estimates of the blowup rate and time. With concrete examples, we demonstrate the possibility of using the method for one-, two- and three-dimensional problems with classical and nonclassical boundary conditions. We separately consider the Neumann and Navier problems in bounded R N regions (N ≥ 2).  相似文献

Celebrating the centenary of general relativity theory, we must recall that Friedmann’s discovery of the equations of evolution of the Universe became the strongest prediction of this theory. These equations currently remain the foundation of modern cosmology. Nevertheless, data from new observations stimulate a search for modified theories of gravitation. It is known that the accuracy of the maximum likelihood-based covariance and precision matrix estimates can be improved by penalized log-likelihood estimation. In this article, we propose a ridge-type operator for the precision matrix estimation, ROPE for short, to maximize a penalized likelihood function where the Frobenius norm is used as the penalty function. We show that there is an explicit closed form representation of a shrinkage estimator for the precision matrix when using a penalized log-likelihood, which is analogous to ridge regression in a regression context. The performance of the proposed method is illustrated by a simulation study and real data applications.
