不锈钢载波钝化膜的半导体性质

运用交流阻抗法和光电化学法研究了不锈钢载波钝化膜层的半导体性质。讨论了交流阻抗测试中扰动频率的变化对Mott-Schottky曲线的影响，讨论了不锈钢载波钝化膜的n/p型、杂质施主密度和平带电位等半导体性质，同时结合光电化学法对交流阻抗测试结果进行了验证分析，实验结果认为不锈钢载波钝化膜层具有与直流钝化膜层相似的半导体性质，并通过膜层的组成结构对其半导体性质作了分析。     

色谱法同时测定石油甲苯馏程和纯度

This paper describes the conditions of GC analysis of petroleum toluene and the method of data process-ing.This method can simultaneously determine boiling range and purity of petroleum toluene,and its opera-tion is simple practical and suitable for computer operation. The data obtained proved that this method completely satisfies the required precision of National Stan-dard Methods.     

三硼八氢N-(二茂铁基次甲基)三甲基季铵的多核、二维NMR波谱和空间结构研究

本文获得了标题季铵盐的~1H、~(13)C、~(11)B、~(13)C-~1H多核和二维异核相关波谱,并作了归属,还弄清了~(13)C和~1H核间相干传递关系。探寻了[B_3H_8]~-的波谱特性及其原因。从X射线单晶衍射法获得的键长、键角、二面角、配位数等数据和晶胞中分子的空间排列图,确定出分子的空间结构。     

Chemical Reactions and Kinetics of the Carbon Monoxide Coupling in the Presence of Hydrogen

The chemical reactions and kinetics of the catalytic coupling reaction of carbon monoxide to diethyl oxalate were studied in the presence of hydrogen over a supported palladium catalyst in the gaseous phase at the typical coupling reaction conditions. The experiments were performed in a continuous flow fixed-bed reactor. The results indicated that hydrogen only reacts with ethyl nitrite to form ethanol, and kinetic studies revealed that the rate-determining step is the surface reaction of adsorbed hydrogen and the ethoxy radical (EtO-). A kinetic model is proposed and a comparison of the observed and calculated conversions showed that the rate expressions are of rather high confidence.

研制了一种半自动可拆卸式的循环雾化器,0.5ml试样可连续喷雾大约4min,并做了该装置的检出限、精密度、记忆效应等特性试验。这种装置在顺序扫描ICP-AES中有实用价值。     

ROCKBURSTING CHARACTERISTICS AND STRUCTURAL EFFECTS OF ROCK MASS

This paper is concerned with the rockbursting characteristics and the structural effectsof the rock masses in the diversion tunnel of Tianshengqiao Hydropower Station. The control-ling effect of rock mass structure on the occurrence and intensity of the rockburst is demon-strated. At the same time the theory of rock mass structural effect on rockbursting has beenadvanced with rock mechanical tests carried out by the author. It laid the foundation of thecorrect selection of the underground project sites where occurs no rockburst, and it also laidthe foundation of adjusting the tunnel axes to reduce the rockburst intensity and predictingthe rockburst under the construction of underground projects.

122-W high-power single-frequency MOPA fiber laser in all-fiber format

We demonstrate a high-power single-frequency master oscillator power amplifier (MOPA) fiber laser.The central wavelength of the single-frequency fiber laser seed is 1 063.8 nm,with a linewidth narrower than 20 kHz and output power of 120 mW.By using two-stage amplification,a single-frequency fiber laser with an output power of 122 W is obtained,and the optical-optical conversion efficiency is 72%.No significant amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) or stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS) is observed.The output power can be further increased by launching more pump power.
