The partial Lossen degradation of the hydroxamic acid group at C-4 or C-5 of sodium 4,5-thiazoledicarbohydroxamate (IIIb) and its 2-methyl analog (IIIe) initiated a multicoursed reaction which furnished a mixture of thiazolo[4,5-d]- and thiazolo[5,4-d]-N-hydroxyuracils. The isomer distribution was sensitive to the solvent systems in which these reactions were carried out. The structure of the isomers so obtained was established by chemical and spectral methods.  相似文献

Low molecular weight polymers of isobutene produced with stannic chloride as catalyst and phenols as cocatalysts have been subjected to ultraviolet and NMR analysis. A high proportion of the endgroups are derived from the phenol cocatalyst when the concentration of free phenol in the reaction mixture at ?78.5°C is fairly large. At low concentrations of free phenol, termination to give vinylidene endgroups becomes more significant. The results lend support to the suggestion that an important mode of termination in this polymerization system involves the reaction between a growing carbonium ion and the phenol cocatalyst.  相似文献

Optical resolution by counter-current distribution has been demonstrated on a preparative scale for two chiral ferrocene derivatives, e.g. 1.2-(α-oxotetramethylene)ferrocene (1), and 1.2-(α-butenylene)ferrocene (2), resp., in the system cyclohexane—(+)-diethyltartrate. The optical yields were 12 and 1%, resp., and are in good agreement with the values calculated from the partition coefficients of the enantiomers. The optical purity of1 could be increased to 40% by crystallization from cyclohexane. A resolution of1 with an optical yield of 14% was also possible by thin layer partition chromatography on silica gel using the same solvents.  相似文献

Thermoelectric materials with a high figure of merit, ZT, are the essential basis to build thermoelectric generators, which can directly convert heat into electricity. Severe plastic deformation (SPD) via high-pressure torsion (HPT) was successfully applied to enhance ZT of ball-milled and hot-pressed skutterudites as well as to produce bulk nanostructured skutterudites directly from powders. SPD introduces many defects into the sample and in parallel the crystallite size is significantly reduced. During measurement-induced heating these defects anneal partially out, and the grains grow. In this work for the first time systematically the changes of the temperature-dependent electrical resistivity and of thermal expansion were compared. It could be shown that for p- and n-type skutterudites, being hot-pressed and HPT-processed as well as directly HPT-processed from compacted powder, these changes occur more or less simultaneously within the same temperature ranges. This evaluation gives a much deeper insight into the thermoelectric behavior of HPT samples under the influence of changing temperature.  相似文献
