We prove the existence and we study the stability of the kinklike fixed points in a simple coupled map lattice (CML) for which the local dynamics has two stable fixed points. The condition for the existence allows us to define a critical value of the coupling parameter where a (multi) generalized saddle-node bifurcation occurs and destroys these solutions. An extension of the results to other CMLs in the same class is also displayed. Finally, we emphasize the property of spatial chaos for small coupling.  相似文献

2,3,3‐Trisubstituted indolenine constitutes an integral part of many biologically important monoterpene indole alkaloids. We report herein an unprecedented access to this skeleton by a TiCl3‐mediated reductive cyclization of tetrasubstituted alkenes bearing a 2‐nitrophenyl substituent. The proof of concept is demonstrated firstly by accomplishing a concise total synthesis of (+)‐1,2‐dehydroaspidospermidine featuring a late‐stage application of this key transformation. A sequence of reduction of nitroarene to nitrosoarene followed by 6π‐electron‐5‐atom electrocyclization and a 1,2‐alkyl shift of the resulting nitrone intermediate was proposed to account for the reaction outcome. A subsequent total synthesis of (+)‐condyfoline not only illustrates the generality of the reaction, but also provides a mechanistic insight into the nature of the 1,2‐alkyl shift. The exclusive formation of (+)‐condyfoline indicates that the 1,2‐alkyl migration follows a concerted Wagner–Meerwein pathway, rather than a stepwise retro‐Mannich/Mannich reaction sequence. Conditions for almost quantitative conversion of (+)‐condyfoline to (?)‐tubifoline by way of a retro‐Mannich/1,3‐prototropy/transannular cyclization cascade are also documented.  相似文献

Here we report a method to reorganize the core structure of aliphatic unsaturated nitrogen-containing substrates exploiting polyprotonation in superacid solutions. The superelectrophilic activation of N-isopropyl systems allows for the selective formal Csp3−H activation/cyclization or homologation / functionalization of nitrogen-containing substrates. This study also reveals that this skeletal reorganization can be controlled through protonation interplay. The mechanism of this process involves an original sequence of C−N bond cleavage, isopropyl cation generation and subsequent C−N bond and C−C bond formation. This was demonstrated through in situ NMR analysis and labelling experiments, also confirmed by DFT calculations.  相似文献
