IntroductionStochastic resonance (SR) is a nonlinear effect which describes the optimal detection of a weak periodic signal by the action of external noise in nonlinear systems. SR was originally proposed to account for periodicity in the Earth's ice ages1, and it has been observed in a wide range of biological2-4 , physical5 and chemical6 systems. 大长细比弹体斜侵彻混凝土靶的动力学响应

基于刚塑性自由梁在横向冲击载荷下的动力学响应研究方法,结合空腔膨胀理论给出的弹体载荷分析,给出了弹体作为自由梁在塑性铰出现之前的响应行为,得到了梁内任一截面在横向载荷下剪力和弯矩分布规律以及轴向载荷下的轴力分布规律。计算结果表明,大长细比结构弹体的危险截面在承受较大轴向惯性压力载荷后,对由非正侵彻导致的横向载荷极为敏感。最后基于压弯联合作用载荷分析,给出了动能弹设计的抗弯极限壁厚要求。     

北五味子对糖尿病脑病大鼠脑中神经活性物质含量影响的在线微透析-高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用分析

采用在线微透析-高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用方法,测定了糖尿病脑病大鼠大脑海马区的8种脑递质的含量,从脑中神经活性物质的角度研究五味子改善学习记忆能力的作用机制.实验结果表明,经五味子治疗后,痴呆大鼠脑透析液中的谷氨酸(Glu)、丝氨酸(Ser)、多巴胺(DA)及5-羟色胺(5-HT)的含量显著降低(P0.05),牛磺酸(Tau)及乙酰胆碱(Ach)的含量显著升高(P0.01),天冬氨酸(Asp)和γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的含量有降低趋势(P0.05),8种神经活性物质的水平均向正常水平发生了调节.此结果说明五味子可能通过调节糖尿病大鼠大脑中神经活性物质的含量发挥保护中枢神经系统的作用,从而改善糖尿病脑病大鼠的学习记忆能力.Morris水迷宫实验结果表明,五味子水提物可以明显缩短糖尿病脑病大鼠的逃避潜伏期,增加穿越目标区域次数及中心区域(%)(P0.05).     

Development of highly potent inhibitors of the ras-targeting human acyl protein thioesterases based on substrate similarity design

A matter of common sense: A common recognition motif consisting of a negatively charged group five to six bonds away (red) from the (thio)ester functionality (green) and a positively charged tail group ten to twelve bonds away (blue) was identified in two native acyl protein thioesterase?1 (APT1) substrates. This similarity led to the design of potent inhibitors of the Ras-depalmitoylating enzyme APT1.     

Analysis of Low-polar Ginsenosides in Steamed Panax Ginseng at High-temperature by HPLC-ESI-MS/MS

A high performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry( HPLC-ESI-MS/MS) method was developed for the analysis and identification of ginsenosides in the extracts of raw Panax ginseng(RPG) and steamed Panax ginseng at high temperatures(SPGHT). A total of 25 ginsenosides were extracted include of which 10 low-polar ginsenosides, such as ginsenosides F4, Rk3, Rh4, 20S-Rg3, 20R-Rg3 and so on, were identified according to their HPLC retention time and MS/MS data. The results indicated that the low polar ginsenosides were seldom found in RPG. For the exploration of the transformation pattern of the ginsenosides in steam processing, the standards of ginsenosides Re, Rg1, Rb1, Rc, Rb2, Rb3 and Rd were selected and hydrolyzed at a temperature of 120 ℃. The results show that these polar ginsenosides can be converted to low-polar ginsenosides such as Rg2, Rg6, F4, Rk3 and Rg5 by hydrolyzing the sugar chains.     

Investigation of Aconitine-type Alkaloids from Processed Tuber of Aconitum carmiechaeli by HPLC-ESI-MS/MS~n

Introduction Aconitine-type alkaloids isolated from the roots of Aconitum carmiechaeli show a potential toxicity and a broad spectrum of bioactivity[1-4].On the basis of the C8-substituent of C19-diterpenoid skeleton,aconitine-type alkaloids can be divided into diester-diterpenoid alkaloids(DDAs),monoester-diterpenoid alkaloids(MDAs),and lipo-alkaloids(Fig.1).     

Magnetic and Electrical Transport Properties of Sr1-xLaxRuO3 (0≤x≤0.10)

We investigate the lightly doped polycrystalline Sr1-χLaχRuO3 （χ = 0, 0.02, 0.08 and 0.10）. With La doping, the ferromagnetism in the system has been suppressed. The transition temperature is T＇c at which the long-range ferromagnetism establishes and the magnetization under 3 T at 5 K decreases with increasing χ. In contrast to Sr1-χCaχRuO3, the samples remain with the PM-FM transition at 162K, which might be attributed to the valency change of Ru.     

MaxSynBio: Avenues Towards Creating Cells from the Bottom Up

A large German research consortium mainly within the Max Planck Society (“MaxSynBio”) was formed to investigate living systems from a fundamental perspective. The research program of MaxSynBio relies solely on the bottom‐up approach to synthetic biology. MaxSynBio focuses on the detailed analysis and understanding of essential processes of life through modular reconstitution in minimal synthetic systems. The ultimate goal is to construct a basic living unit entirely from non‐living components. The fundamental insights gained from the activities in MaxSynBio could eventually be utilized for establishing a new generation of biotechnological processes, which would be based on synthetic cell constructs that replace the natural cells currently used in conventional biotechnology.     

AlAs/GaAs分布布拉格反射镜(DBR)的反射谱拟合与优化生长

对分布布拉格反射镜(DBR)的原理和特征进行了分析,使用传输矩阵方法计算了不同对数GaAs/AlAs反射镜的反射率曲线.利用分子束外延(MBE)设备生长了波长为920nm和980nm的半导体多层膜DBR反射镜,分析了实验测得的反射谱与理论拟合曲线之间的差异及其产生原因,实现了材料的优化生长,获得了反射率大于99;、中心波长和带宽接近理论计算值的DBR材料.该DBR的反射谱拟合与优化生长研究可应用于VCSEL和VECSEL激光器.
