A novel voltammetric sensor, based on DNA immobilized on the surface of an ethylenediamine/polyglutamic (En/PGA) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE), was constructed and used for determination of dihydromyricetin (DMY). The electrochemical behaviour of DMY at this sensor was investigated in pH 3.6 NaAc-HAc buffer solutions by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse anodic voltammetry (DPV). The oxidation of DMY is an adsorption-controlled irreversible process. The oxidation mechanism was proposed and discussed. It was found that the modified electrode exhibited a linear voltammetric response for DMY in the range of 4.0 × 10(-8) mol L(-1) to 2 × 10(-6) mol L(-1), with a detection limit of 2 × 10(-8) mol L(-1). The method was also applied successfully to detect DMY in an ampelopsis sample with satisfactory results. 相似文献

We report on the voltammetric determination of the flavonoid Baicalein by using a carbon paste electrode that was doped with multi-walled carbon nanotubes. The resulting sensor exhibits excellent redox activity towards Baicalein due to the large surface area and good conductivity of the electrode. Cyclic voltammetry at various scan rates was used to investigate the redox properties of Baicalein. At the optimum conditions, the sensor displays a linear current response to Baicalein in the 0.02–10 μM concentration range, with a limit of detection of 4.2 n M. The method was successfully applied to the determination of Baicalein in spiked human blood serum samples and in a Chinese oral liquid. Figure

The electrochemical behavior of salvianic acid A sodium (SAS), a main active content in Chinese herbal medicine (CHM), was studied for the first time by cyclic voltammetry (CV). A new electroanalytical method of SAS was erected using differential pulse voltammetric (DPV) technique. In pH 3.3 britton‐robinson (B‐R) buffer solution, the medicine showed a pair of redox peaks driven by adsorption. The electrode process involved two electrons and two protons transformation with apparent rate constant (ks) of 2.85 s?1 and transfer coefficient (α) of 0.81. Based on understanding the electrochemical process of SAS at the glassy carbon electrode (GCE), analysis of SAS can be realized. The oxidation peak currents showed linear with the concentrations of SAS in the range of 5.45 × 10?8 to 1.09 × 10?5 M. The limit of detection was 5.45 × 10?8 M. The proposed method has high sensitivity, wide linear range, and was successfully applied to quantitative determination of the SAS in Rukuaixiao Tablets. 相似文献

Effects of carbon nanotubes on the thermal stability and flame retardancy of intumescent flame-retarded polypropylene 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Flame retardant mixtures of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) and intumescent flame retardant (IFR) were embedded in polypropylene (PP) to investigate what will happen if the additives exhibit two different flame retardation mechanisms. TEM tests showed that CNTs dispersed homogenously in PP matrix without any visible agglomeration. The effects of CNTs on thermal stability and flammability of PP were investigated by thermogravimetry (TG) and cone calorimetry tests, respectively. Results indicated that the introduction of CNTs only enhanced thermal stability of materials in a certain temperature range, but caused a severe deterioration of flame retardancy due to the interaction of the network structure and the intumescent carbonaceous char. Furthermore, conditions for an intumescent flame retardation system to behave with high efficiency were also discussed by a secondary combustion test. 相似文献

DNA was attached on the surface of an ethylenedidamine/polyglutamic(En/PGA) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to create a novel voltammetric sensor (DNA/En/PGA/GCE) for dopamine (DA). This modified electrode exhibited a linear voltammetric response for DA in the range from 1.0×10?7 mol L?1 to 1×10?5 mol L?1, with a detection limit of 2×10?8 mol L?1. The detection of DA was found to be unaffected by the presence of ascorbic acid, uric acid, serotonin and folic acid. An electrochemical sensor, based on a graphene oxide (GO)-Nafion composite film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE), was developed and used for detection of trace amounts of colchicine. Owing to the large surface area, good conductivity of GO and good affinity of Nafion, the sensor exhibited excellent electrocatalytic activity for the oxidation of colchicine, displaying a wide linear response from 5.0 × 10(-8) to 2.0 × 10(-5) mol L(-1) and a low detection limit of 1.5 × 10(-8) mol L(-1) in 0.1 mol L(-1) H(2)SO(4) solution. And this modified electrode exhibited a superior immunity from epinephrine, dopamine and ascorbic acid interference. We have prepared a new voltammetric sensor for guanine and adenine. It is based on a glassy carbon electrode modified with a Langmuir-Blodgett film made from tetraoxocalix[2]arene[2]triazine. The direct electro-oxidation of adenine and guanine was investigated and the results indicat that in contrast to a bare glassy carbon electrode both guanine and adenine cause an increase in the oxidation peak currents along with a negative shift of the oxidation potentials. The electrode enables the simultaneous determination of guanine and adenine using square wave voltammetry. Analysis of acid denatured calf thymus DNA was carried out and the value of (G + C)/(A + T) was correctly found to be 0.75. Figure
