Theoretical investigations on the SO2 + HO2 reaction and the SO2–HO2 radical complex

The mechanism of the SO₂ + HO₂ reaction was studied theoretically for the first time. Three product channels were revealed, namely, O₂ + HOSO, O₂ + HSO₂, and OH + SO₃. The O₂ + HOSO channel dominates the reaction under combustion conditions. A five-member-ring complex [SO₂–HO₂] exists at the entrance of the reaction. The structure and binding energy (D_e and D₀) of the SO₂–HO₂ complex have been calculated. In view of D₀ = 21.2 ± 2.0 kJ mol⁻¹, the SO₂–HO₂ complex should be stable at low temperature. The infrared spectra and frequency shifts were calculated for both SO₂–HO₂ and SO₂–DO₂, and compared with the available experimental data.     

四磺化酞菁钴在微乳液、醇-水体系中的二聚现象研究

采用分光光度法研究了四磺化酞菁钴（ＣｏＴＳＰｃ），在微乳液（ＴｒｉｔｏｎＸ－１００－壬烷－正戊醇－水）、醇－水（甲醇、乙醇、丙醇）体系中的二聚现象，计算了ＣｏＴＳＰｃ的二聚常数ＫＤ。结果表明，ＣｏＴＳＰｃ的二聚常数ＫＤ值随着微乳液中表面活性的浓度及醇－水溶液的介电常数的增加而减小。

The hydroxyl group of carbocyclic nucleosides was inversed when the compounds were treated with Me_3SiCl,KCN and a catalytic amount of NaI in DMF/CH_3CN.

Carbene-catalyzed enantioselective annulation of dinucleophilic hydrazones and bromoenals for access to aryl-dihydropyridazinones and related drugs

4,5-Dihydropyridazinones bearing an aryl substituent at the C6-position are important motifs in drug molecules. Herein, we developed an efficient protocol to access aryl-dihydropyridazinone molecules via carbene-catalyzed asymmetric annulation between dinucleophilic arylidene hydrazones and bromoenals. Key steps in this reaction include polarity-inversion of aryl aldehyde-derived hydrazones followed by chemo-selective reaction with enal-derived α,β-unsaturated acyl azolium intermediates. The aryl-dihydropyridazinone products accessed by our protocol can be readily transformed into drugs and bioactive molecules.

Polarity inversion of arylidene hydrazones to react with bromoenals via carbene organic catalysis is disclosed. The reaction enantioselectively affords 6-aryl-4,5-dihydropyridazinones and related drugs with proven commercial applications.
