High‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with photodiode array detection has been extensively applied in many fields and the peaks among the analyzed samples can be shifted due to the variations of instrumental and experimental conditions. In multivariate analysis, retention time alignment is an important pretreatment step. Hence, the shifted peaks in high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with photodiode array detection three‐dimensional spectra should be aligned for further analysis. Being motivated by this purpose, the interval correlated shifting method combined with the proposed data arrangement methods are recommended and employed on high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with photodiode array detection data as a demonstration. We validate the alignment performance of the proposed method through comparison the consistency of the retention time before and after alignment. The obtained results demonstrated that the proposed method is capable of successful aligning the employed data. Additionally, the interval correlated shifting method combined with the data arrangement modes is implemented in an easy‐to‐use graphical user interface environment and so can be operated easily by users not familiar with programming languages. 相似文献

In a recent study, anthocyanins, which have a strong free radical‐scavenging activity, were examined for their potential to effectively prevent cancer. However, clinical trials are limited by the purity of the anthocyanin. Multiple methods are used to extract and purify anthocyanins. Based on previous work on Solanum nigrum, which is a widely distributed plant, in this study, DM130 macroporous resin, Sephadex LH20, and a C18 column were used to separate cis–trans anthocyanin isomers. These anthocyanins constitute the majority of total S. nigrum anthocyanins. The results showed that this “DM130‐LH20‐C18 system” can be used to obtain a cinnamic acid‐derived cis–trans anthocyanin, petunidin‐3‐(p‐coumaroyl)‐rutinoside‐5‐glucoside, with a purity of 98.5%, for effective quantitation. In order to determine the antioxidant ability of the petunidin‐3‐(p‐coumaroyl)‐rutinoside‐5‐glucoside cis–trans isomers, three ordinary methods were adopted. 随着空间尺度的缩小,界面对导热的影响就会越来越明显。本文采用非平衡分子动力学模拟方法模拟了壁面的粗糙度对面向导热的影响,并给出微尺度下的粗糙度定义。在模拟中构造了不同的壁面粗糙度,得到了面向热导率随着壁面粗糙度增加而减小的结果。分析认为壁面的镜面反射率随着粗糙度增加而减小,而镜面反射率减小将导致热导率下降. 相似文献

本文使用波长为2.8 μm的分布式反馈激光器来测量水汽辉光放电产生的物种. 使用浓度调制光谱仅观察到OH自由基和瞬态H2O分子的吸收光谱. 吸收峰的强度和方向随解调相位而变化,但是H2O的一个吸收峰的方向始终与其它峰相反. OH和H2O的不同光谱取向反映了能级中粒子数量的增加或减少. 如果在放电过程中可以检测到更多的瞬态物种,则可以更好地研究H2O的激发、电离和分解动力学. 研究表明,浓度调制光谱的解调相位关系可以用来研究分子能级的布居数变化. 相似文献

This paper deals with dynamics of a predator-prey model with Allee effect and herd behavior. We first study the stability of non-negative constant solutions for such system. We also establish the existence of Hopf bifurcation solutions for such predator-prey model. The stability and bifurcation direction of Hopf bifurcation solution in the case of spatial homogeneity are further discussed. At the same time, several examples are given by MATLAB. Finally, the numerical simulations of the system are carried out through MATLAB, which intuitively verifies and supplements the theoretical analysis results. 相似文献
