Hierarchical CuO nanosheets were synthesized through a facile, eco-friendly reflux deposition approach for supercapacitor electrode material for energy storage. The resultant CuO nanosheets were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm techniques. The supercapacitor behavior of CuO nanosheets was investigated by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge/discharge, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in novel 0.1 M aqueous 1-(1′-methyl-2′-oxo-propyl)-3-dimethylimidazolium chloride [MOPMIM][Cl] ionic liquid as an electrolyte. The result demonstrate that CuO nanosheets exhibit specific capacitance of 180 F g?1 at 10 mV s?1 scan rate which is the highest value in ionic liquid electrolyte and 87% specific capacitance retention after 5000th cycle. The electrochemical performance proves CuO nanosheets as electrode with ionic liquid electrolyte for developing green chemistry approach in supercapacitor.

A MoO3-TiO2 nanocrystalline composite material was prepared by a simple solgel method.The synthesized material was charac-terized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy with an electron dispersion spectroscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.Melanoidin is a dark brown pigment found in wastewater from the sugar industry and it pollutes water.This polluted water is generally referred to as molasses and it undergoes fermentation and is solely responsible for water,soil,and air pollution.The synthesized catalytic material was found to be effective in degrading molasses under UV-visible radiation.Analysis of treated and untreated molasses was carried out by measuring its color,chemical oxygen demand,biological oxygen demand,pH,and total dissolved solid.Results from these analyses indicate the effective photodegradation of the molasses.This methodology has several advantages such as high photocatalytic activity,non-toxicity,cleanliness,and reusability of the catalytic material.  相似文献

A rapid and an efficient one-pot method for the synthesis of quinoxalines catalysed by ZnO-beta zeolite at room temperature is described. According to the proposed DAGON method, the CRP and PSA antigens with the concentrations of 1 pg ml(-1) to 10 pg ml(-1) range can be easily differentiated in the buffer matrix. Moreover, it is for the first time that the multiple antigens with the concentrations of 1 pg ml(-1) and 0.1 pg ml(-1) can be detected in the mixture of the proteins without an amplification technique.  相似文献

First stereoselective concise synthesis of Neocosmosin A, with in vitro binding affinity for human opioid and cannabinoid receptors, has been reported using readily available starting materials such as methylacetoacetate, cyclohexanone, and homoallyl alcohol involved in the key transformations. There are three fragments involved in the synthesis of target molecule, bearing acid functionality, (R)-pent-4-en-2-ol, and Weinreb amide which are synthesized in four, eight, and three steps, respectively. Then the fragments were coupled in four steps to yield the target molecule in an overall yield of 28.6%.  相似文献
