Imaging mobile zinc in acidic environments remains challenging because most small-molecule optical probes display pH-dependent fluorescence. Here we report a reaction-based sensor that detects mobile zinc unambiguously at low pH. The sensor responds reversibly and with a large dynamic range to exogenously applied Zn2+ in lysosomes of HeLa cells, endogenous Zn2+ in insulin granules of MIN6 cells, and zinc-rich mossy fiber boutons in hippocampal tissue from mice. This long-wavelength probe is compatible with the green-fluorescent protein, enabling multicolor imaging, and facilitates visualization of mossy fiber boutons at depths of >100 μm, as demonstrated by studies in live tissue employing two-photon microscopy.  相似文献

用浸渍法制备γ-Al2O3负载的Ni-Mn双金属催化剂.在500-700。C按照17:17:2的C02/CHa/N2比例,以36mL/min的载气流速进行甲烷二氧化碳重整反应,利用甲烷二氧化碳的转化率、生成的合成气H2/CO比例以及长期稳定性等指标评价了催化剂的催化性能.实验表明,添加Mn提高催化性能并使双金属催化剂的稳定性更高,比单金属催化剂更好地抑制焦炭生成,Mn最合适的添加量为0.5wt%.通过BET、C02-TPD、TGA、XRD、SEM、EDX和FTIR各种技术对催化剂进行了表征.  相似文献

The influence of solvent on the miscibility of polystyrene(PS) and poly(styrene-co-acrylonitrile)(PSAN) blends has been investigated viscometrically. The miscibility of different PS/PSAN blend(30/70, 50/50 and 70/30) compositions in acetone and benzene at 20, 30, and 40 °C was investigated on the basis of the sign of Chee(ΔB and ), and Sun’s(α) criteria. The values of these parameters were evaluated from the analyses of reduced viscosity data of binary(solvent/polymer) and ternary(solvent/polymer1/polymer2) polymer systems. These investigations indicated partial miscibility for both the blend systems. However, PS/PSAN/acetone blend system showed somewhat higher partial miscibility than the PS/PSAN/Benzene blend system highlighting the impact of solvent over the polymer-polymer interactions and hence their miscibility. The results obtained through viscometry were also corroborated by the refractive index and density results for the blends under study. The effect of temperature on miscibility in both the cases was almost negligible.  相似文献

New organotin(IV) complexes have been synthesized by treating potassium o‐isopropyl carbonodithioate with R2SnCl2/R3SnCl in 1 : 2/1 : 1 M/L ratio. All complexes have been characterized by IR and NMR (1H, 13C) spectroscopy. IR results shows that ligand acts as bidentate which is also confirmed by semi‐empirical study. NMR data reveals four coordinated geometry in solution. Computed positive heat of formation shows that complex 5 is thermodynamically unstable. UV/visible spectroscopy was used to assess the mode of interaction and binding of the complexes with DNA which shows that complex 5 exhibits higher binding constant as compared to complex 3 . In protein kinase inhibition assay, compound 3 was found most active, while other biological activities shows that triorganotin(IV) complexes are biologically more active as compared to diorganotin(IV) complexes.  相似文献

Room temperatures ionic liquids are considered as miraculous solvents for biological system. Due to their inimitable properties and large variety of applications, they have been widely used in enzyme catalysis and protein stability and separation. The related information present in the current review is helpful to the researchers working in the field of biotechnology and biochemistry to design or choose an ionic liquid that can serve as a noble and selective solvent for any particular enzymatic reaction, protein preservation and other protein based applications. We have extensively analyzed the methods used for studying the protein–IL interaction which is useful in providing information about structural and conformational dynamics of protein. This can be helpful to develop and understanding about the effect of ionic liquids on stability and activity of proteins. In addition, the affect of physico-chemical properties of ionic liquids, viz. hydrogen bond capacity and hydrophobicity on protein stability are discussed.  相似文献
