Nanocomposites constructed by combining mesoporous metal oxides and graphene have received tremendous attention in wide fields of catalysis,energy storage and conversion,gas sensing and so on.Herein,we present a facile interface-induced co-assembly process to synthesize the mesoporous W03@graphene aerogel nanocomposites(denoted as mW03@GA),in which graphene aerogel(GA) was used as a macroporous substrate,mesoporous W03 was uniformly coated on both sides of graphene sheets through a solvent evaporation-induced self-assembly(EISA) strategy using diblock copolymer poly(ethylene oxide)-b-polystyrene(PEO-b-PS) as a template.The resultant mW03@GA nanocomposites possess well-interconnected macroporous graphene networks covered by mesoporous W03 layer with a uniform pore size of 19 nm,high surface area of 167 m~2/g and large pore volume of 0.26 cm~3/g.The gas sensing performance of mW03@GA nanocomposites toward acetone and other gases was studied,showing a high selectivity and great response to acetone at low temperature of 150℃,which could be developed as a promising candidate as novel sensors for VOCs detection. 相似文献

Metal sulfides have received considerable attention for efficient sodium storage owing to their high capacity and decent redox reversibility. However, the poor rate capability and fast capacity decay greatly hinder their practical application in sodium‐ion batteries. Herein, an elegant multi‐step templating strategy has been developed to rationally synthesize hierarchical double‐shelled nanoboxes with the CoS2 nanosheet‐constructed outer shell supported on the CuS inner shell. Their structure and composition enable these hierarchical CuS@CoS2 nanoboxes to show boosted electrochemical properties with high capacity, outstanding rate capability, and long cycle life. 相似文献

Four tetraphenylethylenes ( 2 a – d ) containing an electron‐rich 2,3,4,6‐tetrahydro‐1,6‐dithia‐3a‐azaphenalene (THDTAP) moiety have been synthesized. The 2 a – d show aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) with yellowish green photoluminescence (PL) in THF‐H2O (v/v, 1:9) solution and in the solid state. Compounds 2 a – d undergo 1,2‐migratory shift in oxidative cyclodehydrogenation reactions to afford the unexpected products 3 a – d which display green PL in CH2Cl2 solution and are non‐emissive in the solid state. The PL intensities of 3 a – d are clearly enhanced in the presence of meta‐chloroperoxybenzoic acid (mCPBA) owing to the oxidation of the S‐atoms on the THDTAP moiety. In contrast, the PL of 2 a – d in THF‐H2O (v/v, 1:9) solution is quenched by adding mCPBA, ascribable to the oxidation of the C=C bond on the ethylene moiety. It is found that the absorption of 3 a – d is distinctly red‐shifted from the UV/Vis region to the NIR region upon acidification, arising from the protonation of the N‐atom on the THDTAP moiety. Furthermore, 3 a – d display nonlinear optical response (NLO) and optical limiting (OL) behaviour which is superior to that of the well‐known OL material C60. 相似文献

The separation of enantiomers by chromatographic methods, such as gas chromatography, high‐performance liquid chromatography and capillary electrochromatography, has become an increasingly significant challenge over the past few decades due to the demand of pharmaceutical, agrochemical, and food analysis. Among these chromatographic resolution methods, high‐performance liquid chromatography based on chiral stationary phases has become the most popular and effective method used for the analytical and preparative separation of optically active compounds. This review mainly focuses on the recent development trends for novel chiral stationary phases based on chitosan derivatives, cyclofructan derivatives, and chiral porous materials that include metal‐organic frameworks and covalent organic frameworks in high‐performance liquid chromatography. The enantioseparation performance and chiral recognition mechanisms of these newly developed chiral selectors toward enantiomers are discussed in detail. 相似文献

In this work a 1,2,4‐triazole derivative 1‐(4‐aminobenzyl)‐1,2,4‐triazole (abtz) was utilized, one new cadmium(II) coordination polymer, namely [Cd(abtz)I2]n ( 1 ) was prepared through the powerful solvo‐thermal synthetic strategy. In compound 1 , the abtz building blocks are interlinked through the central CdII ions forming the two‐dimensional (2D) layer coordination framework. Powder X‐ray diffraction (PXRD) characterization also reveals that we have prepared the pure phases of coordination polymer 1 . Optical properties have been determined, which can behave the excellent photo‐luminescent emission of coordination polymer 1 . Photo‐luminescent experiment also reveals that coordination polymer 1 can behave the highly sensitive detection for acetone molecules with high Ksv value (Ksv = 4.12 ×104 L · mol–1) in the recyclable detection fashion. Additionally, coordination polymer 1 also can behave the highly sensitive detection for pollutant dichromate with excellent quenching efficiency Ksv (Ksv = 2.12 × 104 L · mol–1) and low detection limit [38 × 10–3 mM (S/N = 3)]. UV/Vis, photo‐luminescent lifetime, and PXRD patterns also have been determined to analyze the detection mechanism. 相似文献

A specific and robust LC–MS/MS method was developed and validated for the quantitative determination of GDC‐3280 in human plasma and urine. The nonspecific binding associated with urine samples was overcome by the addition of CHAPS. The sample volume was 25 μL for either matrix, and supported liquid extraction was employed for analyte extraction. d6‐GDC‐3280 was used as the internal standard. Linear standard curves (R2 > 0.9956) were established from 5.00 to 5000 ng/mL in both matrices with quantitation extended to 50,000 ng/mL through dilution. In plasma matrix, the precision (RSD) ranged from 1.5 to 9.9% (intra‐run) and from 2.4 to 7.2% (inter‐run); the accuracy (RE) ranged from 96.1 to 107% (intra‐run) and from 96.7 to 104% (inter‐run). Similarly, in urine the precision was 1.5–6.2% (intra‐run) and 1.9–6.1% (inter‐run); the accuracy was 83.1–99.3% (intra‐run) and 87.1–98.3% (inter‐run). Good recovery (>94%) and negligible matrix effect were achieved in both matrices. Long‐term matrix stability was established for at least 703 days in plasma and 477 days in urine. Bench‐top stability of 25 h and five freeze–thaw cycles were also confirmed in both matrices. The method was successfully implemented in GDC‐3280's first‐in‐human trial for assessing its pharmacokinetic profiles. 相似文献

A sensitive and reliable LC–MS/MS method was developed and validated for simultaneous quantification of the major components of Huangqi–Honghua extact in rat plasma, including hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA), astragaloside IV (ASIV), calycosin‐7‐O‐β‐d ‐glucoside (CAG), calycosin, calycosin‐3′‐O‐glucuronide (C‐3′‐G) and calycosin‐3′‐O‐sulfate (C‐3′‐S). After extraction by protein precipitation with acetonitrile and methanol from plasma, the analytes were separated on a Hypersil BDS C18 column by gradient elution with acetonitrile and 5 mM ammonium acetate. The detection was carried out on a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer equipped with electrospray ionization source switched between negative and positive modes. HSYA was monitored in negative ionization mode from 0 to 4.9 min, and ASIV, CAG, calycosin, C‐3′‐G and C‐3′‐S were determined in positive ionization mode from 4.9 to 10 min. The lower limits of quantification of the analytes were 6.25 ng/mL for HSYA, 0.781 ng/mL for CAG and 1.56 ng/mL for ASIV and calycosin. The intra‐ and inter‐assay precision (RSD) values were within 13.43%, and accuracy (RE) ranged from ?8.75 to 9.92%. The validated method was then applied to the pharmacokinetic study of HSYA, ASIV, CAG, calycosin, C‐3′‐G and C‐3′‐S in rat after an oral administration of Huangqi–Honghua extract. 相似文献

以氧化铕(Eu_2O_3)、对氯苯甲酸(PCBA)、对溴苯甲酸(PBrBA)和菲咯啉(phen)为原料制备了菲咯啉对氯苯甲酸铕[Eu(PCBA)_3phen]、菲咯啉对溴苯甲酸铕[Eu(PBrBA)_3phen]两种探针分子,并将这2种探针分子掺杂在甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)中,以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,制得Eu(PCBA)_3phen/PMMA和Eu(PBrBA)_3phen/PMMA温敏漆样品。利用红外光谱仪、扫描电子显微镜、紫外-可见分度光度计和荧光光谱仪对探针分子的组成结构、发光性能、形貌和温敏漆的温度敏感性进行了测试分析,研究了不同配体对探针分子发光性能和温敏漆性能的影响。结果表明,Eu~(3+)分别与对氯苯甲酸(PCBA)和对溴苯甲酸(PBrBA) 2种主配体配位,并且第二配体菲咯啉(phen)均参与了配位,成功合成了2种配合物。2种配合物均发出Eu~(3+)的特征荧光,其中以PBrBA为主配体的菲咯啉铕三元配合物具有更好的发光性能。此外,基于这2种探针分子制备的温敏漆在50~90℃范围内均具有温度猝灭性能,以Eu(PCBA)_3phen为探针制成的温敏漆温度敏感性更强。 相似文献

A new A, D-seco limonoid, named 12-acetyloxyperforatin (1), along with three known ones, were isolated from the leaves of Harrisonia perforata.
