Effect of ligand structure of stationary phase of high performance hydrophobic interaction chromatography on renaturation efficiency of GuHCl-denaturedα-chymotrypsin

The renaturation of the denaturedα-chymotrypsin (α-Chy) with 1.7 mol·L-1 gua-nidine hydrochloride (GuHCI) by three kinds of stationary phase of high performance hydropho-bic interaction chromatography (STHIC) with a comparable hydrophobicity but different ligand structures was investigated. The obtained result indicates that the ligand structures of the three STHIC contribute to the renaturation efficiency ofα-Chy in the order of the end ligands PEG-600< phenyl group < tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol (THFA).     

Synthesis, Structure and Characterization of [Cu(2,2'-bpy)2][{Cu(2,2'-bpy)2}2W12O40(H2)]·4H2O

An organic-inorganic compound [Cu(2,2'-bpy)2][{Cu(2,2'-bpy)2}2W12O4o(H2)]·4H2O (Mr = 4048.00) was prepared from the hydrothermal reaction of Na2WO4·2H2O, CuCl2·2H2O,2,2'-bipyridine (2,2'-bpy) and H2O at 160 ℃ for 4 days. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 18.9196(8), b = 20.4212(8), c = 21.8129(9)(A), β=96.992(3)°, V= 8365.0(6) (A)3, Dc= 3.214 g/cm3, Z = 4,μ(MoKα) = 17.269 mm-1 and F(000) = 7324.Of the 119837 total reflections, 17315 were unique (Rint = 0.0489). The final R = 0.0385 and wR =0.0770 for 11142 observed reflections with I ＞ 2σ(I). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that the structure is composed of [{Cu(2,2'-bpy)2}2W12O40(H2)]2- anions, discrete [Cu(2,2'-bpy)2]2 cations and lattice water molecules, and the anion is made up of a {W12O40(H2)}6- α-Keggin core decorated with two {Cu(2,2'-bpy)2}2 groups through bridging oxygen atoms.     

中空纤维脂质体微筛选及其用于中药中香豆素类和木脂素类可透膜成分群的筛选和捕获

建立了中空纤维脂质体微筛选(Hollow fiber liposome microscreening,HFLMS)研究中药透膜化合物的方法。以中空纤维为脂质体载体,在模拟人体自然吸收的条件下,对中药提取液中可透膜化合物进行了筛选,并用HPLC进行分析。本研究在对空白和脂质体中空纤维表面性质表征的基础上,对中空纤维活性中心与目标物的非特异性结合和HFLMS方法的重现性进行了考察;将HFLMS与HPLC结合,分别对中药材蛇床子、补骨脂、羌活、独活提取液中透过脂质体的香豆素类成分群和五味子提取液中透过脂质体的木脂素类成分群进行了筛选和捕获;通过与对照品的色谱保留时间比对,对筛选出的与脂质体结合的部分化合物进行了结构鉴别。     

离子色谱法测定护发和皂类产品中羟乙磷酸及其盐类

研究并建立了护发和皂类产品中羟乙磷酸及其盐类的离子色谱测定方法。将护发和皂类样品分散于3mmol/L盐酸中,于振荡器上振摇至完全溶解,护发和皂类样品提取液分别调节pH值至2.5和5.5,依次过尼龙滤膜和OnGuardⅡRP固相萃取柱。滤液采用离子色谱-抑制电导检测法分析测定,以IonPac AS11-HC阴离子交换色谱柱分离,40mmol/L氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液等度洗脱,ASRS-400阴离子型抑制电导检测,外标法定量。方法的线性范围为0.5～8.0mg/L,相关系数为0.9999,对羟乙磷酸的定量限为0.025%,护发产品在低、中、高3种加标水平的回收率为84.0%～93.5%,相对标准偏差为1.3%～3.0%;皂类产品在低、中、高3种加标水平的回收率为81.4%～92.3%,相对标准偏差为1.8%～5.1%。该法准确、简便、快速,可用于护发和皂类产品的实际检测。     

Deflagration-to-detonation transition process for spherical aluminum dust/epoxypropane mist/air mixtures in a large-scale experimental tube

The deflagration-to-detonation transitions (DDTs) for clouds of spherical aluminum dust (SAD) mixed with air or epoxypropane mist (EPM) and air were investigated in a 29.6-m-long experimental tube of 199 mm in diameter. The clouds formed through the injection of SAD and SAD/liquid epoxypropane samples into the experimental tube. Explosions of the SAD/air mixture were initiated using a 7-m-long EPM/air cloud explosion ignited by a 40-J electric spark. Explosions in SAD/EPM/air clouds were initiated using a 1...     

厚度诱导的YBa2Cu3O7-δ超导薄膜剩余应力及临界电流变化

本文通过脉冲激光沉积法制备了不同厚度(80nm、320nm、1000nm和2000nm)的YBa2Cu3O7-δ(YBCO)超导薄膜,对它们的剩余应力和临界电流特性进行了对比研究.通过系列的激光显微Raman光谱和磁化曲线测量分别获得了薄膜剩余应力和磁化临界电流密度(Jc)对薄膜厚度的依赖关系.结果显示超导薄膜内剩余应力越小,Jc越高.对于中等厚度的薄膜样品(320nm和1000nm),其膜内剩余应力较小,同时由其特征的磁通匹配场大小推知在该厚度范围内的样品具有较高的线性缺陷密度,从而显示出较高的Jc值.     

Wear analysis of revolute joints with clearance in multibody systems

In this work, the prediction of wear for revolute joint with clearance in multibody systems is investigated using a computational methodology. The contact model in clearance joint is established using a new hybrid nonlinear contact force model and the friction effect is considered by using a modified Coulomb friction model. The dynamics model of multibody system with clearance is established using dynamic segmentation modeling method and the computational process for wear analysis of clearance joint in multibody systems is presented. The main computational process for wear analysis of clearance joint includes two steps, which are dynamics analysis and wear analysis. The dynamics simulation of multibody system with revolute clearance joint is carried out and the contact forces are drawn and used to calculate the wear amount of revolute clearance joint based on the Archard’s wear model. Finally, a four-bar multibody mechanical system with revolute clearance joint is used as numerical example application to perform the simulation and show the dynamics responses and wear characteristics of multibody systems with revolute clearance joint. The main results of this work indicate that the contact between the joint elements is wider and more frequent in some specific regions and the wear phenomenon is not regular around the joint surface, which causes the clearance size increase non-regularly after clearance joint wear. This work presents an effective method to predict wear of revolute joint with clearance in multibody systems.     

大同市居民对室内空气质量认知程度的调查

为了解大同市居民对室内空气质量的认知情况，并分析认知程度与教育的关系，于2016年3月至5月，在大同市城区的9个社区随机对居民进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括居民对室内空气质量安全知识的了解，检测室内空气质量的意愿和治理意愿3个方面。将居民所处地域、居民的年龄与学历对室内空气质量安全认知程度的影响分别进行统计学分析。结果表明，大同市居民室内空气质量安全认知程度总体得分15.8，得分率为52.7%；新城区的居民对室内空气质量安全认知水平高于老城区居民（p<0.05）；学历越高且越年轻的居民对室内空气质量安全的认知水平越高，寻求有关机构进行室内空气检测和治理的意愿更强烈，且对检测和治理的费用承受度较高。大同市居民对室内空气质量安全认知程度总体不高，还应加强对市民的室内空气质量安全方面的教育。     

HL-2Aװ��3.7GHz LHCDϵͳ������Ч�ʲ�������

The power measurement method for 3.7GHz LHCD system on HL-2A was introduced. It is found by HFSS simulation that the impact of backward wave phase on the measurement of forward power may be suppressed if the isolation of directional coupler is more than 30dB. After improving the system, the total transmission line efficiency of the LHCD system can reach 89% with maximum power 1.5MW in 2016 experiment campaign.
