The present study aimed to investigate the synthetic potentiality and chemical reactivity of 2-thioxo-1,2-dihydropyridine-3-carbonitrile derivative 1. This goal performed via its reaction with each of 1-chloroacetone and iodomethane to afford the corresponding 2-alkylthio derivatives 3 and 9, respectively. Compound 3 underwent intramolecular cyclization to afford the corresponding thieno[2,3-b]pyridine derivative 4 which in turn, reacted with dimethylformamide/dimethylacetal followed by hydrazine hydrate and nitrous acid to afford the corresponding pyridothienopyrimidine and pyridothienopyridazine derivatives 6 and 8, respectively. On the other hand, Compound 9 reacted with hydrazine hydrate to give 3-aminopyrazolo[3,4-b]pyridine derivative 10, which diazotized with nitrous acid to give the corresponding diazonium salt 11. Compound 11 coupled with several active –CH2-containing reagents to synthesize the corresponding pyridopyrazolo-triazines 15, 24, 29, and 31. The formulas of all newly synthesized heterocyclic compounds were elucidated by considering the data of IR, 1H NMR, Mass spectral data, as well as data from elemental analyses.  相似文献

Pd(DME)Cl2 complex was synthesized and characterized, where DME is 2‐{[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl]‐methylamino}ethanol. Stoichiometry and stability constants of the complexes formed between various biologically relevant ligands (amino acids, peptides, DNA constituents, and dicarboxylic acids) and [Pd(DME)(H2O)2]2+ are investigated at 25°C and at constant 0.1 M ionic strength. The effect of dielectric constant of the medium on the stability constant of Pd(DME)‐CBDCA complex, where CBDCA is cyclobutanedicarboxylate, is also reported. The concentration distribution diagrams of the various species formed are evaluated. The kinetics of base hydrolysis of amino acid esters coordinated to Pd(DME)2+ complex is investigated. The kinetics of base hydrolysis of glycine, histidine, and methionine methyl esters in the presence of [Pd(pip)(H2O)2]2+ complex, where pip is piperazine, is studied in aqueous solutions, at T = 25°C, and I = 0.1 mol dm−3. The rate of ester hydrolysis for glycine methyl ester is studied at different temperature and dioxane/water solutions of different compositions. The kinetic data are fit under the assumption that the hydrolysis proceeds in one step. The activation parameters for the base hydrolysis of the complexes are evaluated   相似文献

Pyridine‐2(1H)‐thiones were prepared and reacted with several active halogenated reagents to afford novel thieno[2,3‐b]pyridines in excellent yields. Thieno[2,3‐b]pyridine‐2‐carbohydrazide derivative was prepared by the reaction of either ethyl 2‐((3‐cyanopyridin‐2‐yl)thio)acetate derivative or thieno[2,3‐b]pyridine‐2‐carboxylate derivative with hydrazine hydrate. On the other hand, the reaction of either pyridine‐2(1H)‐thione or ethyl 2‐((pyridin‐2‐yl)thio)acetate derivative with hydrazine hydrate afforded the corresponding 1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐b]pyridine derivative. Thieno[2,3‐b]pyridine derivatives reacted with several reagents to afford the corresponding pyrimidine‐4(3H)‐ones and [1,2,3]triazin‐4‐(3H)‐one. Moreover, 2‐carbohydrazide derivative reacted with β‐dicarbonyl reagents to give 2‐((3‐methyl‐1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)carbonyl)thienopyridines. The structure of the target molecules is elucidated using elemental analyses and spectral data.  相似文献

The incorporation of cisplatin (CP) as a cytotoxic antineoplastic agent in most chemotherapeutic protocols is a challenge due to its toxic effect on testicular tissues. Natural compounds present a promising trend in research, so a new nutraceutical formulation (NCF) was designed to diminish CP spermatotoxicity. A combination of three nutraceutical materials, 250 mg Spirulina platensis powder (SP), 25 mg Tribulus terrestris L. extract (TT), and 100 mg fish oil (FO) were formulated in self-nanoemulsifying self-nanosuspension (SNESNS). SP was loaded into the optimized self-nanoemulsifying system (30% FO, 50% span 80/cremophor EL and 20% isopropanol) and mixed with TT aqueous solution to form SNESNS. For the SP, phytochemical profiling revealed the presence of valuable amounts of fatty acids (FAs), amino acids, flavonoids, polyphenols, vitamins, and minerals. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and particle size analysis confirmed the formation of nanoemulsion-based nanosuspension upon dilution. Method validation of the phytochemical constituents in NCF has been developed. Furthermore, NCF was biologically evaluated on male Wistar rats and revealed the improvement of spermatozoa, histopathological features, and biochemical markers over the CP and each ingredient group. Our findings suggest the potential of NCF with SNESNS as a delivery system against CP-induced testicular toxicity in male rats.  相似文献

A search for the standard model Higgs boson is performed in the diphoton decay channel. The data used correspond to an integrated luminosity of 4.9 fb(-1) collected with the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider in proton-proton collisions at a center-of-mass energy of √s=7 TeV. In the diphoton mass range 110-150 GeV, the largest excess with respect to the background-only hypothesis is observed at 126.5 GeV, with a local significance of 2.8 standard deviations. Taking the look-elsewhere effect into account in the range 110-150 GeV, this significance becomes 1.5 standard deviations. The standard model Higgs boson is excluded at 95% confidence level in the mass ranges of 113-115 GeV and 134.5-136 GeV.  相似文献

In the present study, a new ligand is prepared by condensation of hydralazine (1-Hydralazinophthalazine) with 2-butanon-3-oxime. The acid-base equilibria of the schiff-base and the complex formation equilibria with the metal ions as Cu(II), Ni(II), Co(II), Cd(II), Mn(II) and Zn(II) are investigated potentiometrically. The stability constants of the complexes are determined and the concentration distribution diagrams of the complexes are evaluated. The effect of metal ion properties as atomic number, ionic radius, electronegativity and ionization potential are investigated. The isolated solid complexes are characterized by conventional chemical and physical methods. The potential coordination sites are assigned using the i.r. and (1)H NMR spectra. The structures of the isolated solid complexes are proposed on the basis of the spectral and magnetic studies.  相似文献
