A genetic-engineering construction designed for homologous recombination with viral DNA of the wild type has been obtained that is based on the vector pBK273 and contains the DNA sequence of the virus ofBombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis. The region of the reporter gene LacZ coding β-galactosidase has been inserted into this construction under the control of the strong promoter of the polyhedrin gene, which ensures a high level of expression, and this permits the creation of a model system for expressing proteins. Cobalt doping between 2 and 10 at.% was utilized to lower the required sintering temperature of materials in the series BaCe0.5Zr0.4(Y,Yb)0.1 ? yCoyO3 ? δ to between 1373 and 1698 K. The required sintering temperature decreased with increasing Co content; however, significant electronic conductivity was observed in both oxidizing and reducing environments for materials with 10 at.% Co. This was accompanied by a loss of chemical stability in H2O/H2 and CO2 environments. BaCe0.5Zr0.4Yb0.07Co0.03O3 ? δ was stable in these environments and provided the highest proton conductivity of the materials tested, 1.98 × 10? 3 S/cm at 923 K in humidified H2. Measurements in a hydrogen concentration cell indicated that the total ionic transference number for this material was between 0.86 and 1.00 with proton transference number between 0.84 and 0.75 at 773 and 973 K respectively. Under oxidizing conditions, the ionic transference number decreased to below 0.10. The grain boundary resistance dominated the total conductivity at low temperatures but was found to decrease with increased sintering temperature due to grain growth.  相似文献

The method for synthesis of corrected three-wavelengths spectrometers for trace gas components of atmo- sphere on the basis of development of mathematical model has been suggested. The classification table for possible structures of corrected spectrometers is considered. The synthesis allows to reveal some new variants for development of three-wavelength spectrometers for trace gas components of atmosphere. The chemical composition of the essential oil from the aerial parts of three Lamiaceae species from Uzbekistan was investigated by GC-MS analysis. β-Linalool (26.6%), α-terpineol (10.0%), coumarin (8.9%) and 4,5,7,7α-tetrahydro-4,4,7α-trimethyl-2(6H)-benzofuranone (5.4%) resulted as the main components of Ajuga turkestanica essential oil, while camphene (17.1%), 1,8-cineole (15.9%), β-cymene (7.9%) and limonene (7.4%) in Phlomis regelii. The essential oil of Thymus seravschanicus was dominated by thymol (37.5%), phellandral (26.0%), τ-terpinene (6.6%) and β-cymene (5.2%). The essential oils had considerable antimicrobial activity against different bacterial strains and fungi. Among the tested samples of essential oils, P. regelii essential oil has the significant antioxidant activity with IC50 value of 117.8 ± 8.02 μg/mL.  相似文献
