Electron donor–acceptor interaction of morpholine (morp) with chloranilic acid (cla) and picric acid (pa) as π-acceptors was investigated spectrophotometrically and found to form stable charge-transfer (CT) complexes (n–π*) of [(Hmorp)2(cla)] and [(Hmorp)(pa)]2. The donor site involved in CT interaction is morpholine nitrogen. These complexes are easily synthesized from the reaction of morp with cla and pa within MeOH and CHCl3 solvents, respectively. 1HNMR, IR, elemental analyses, and UV–vis techniques characterize the two morpholinium charge-transfer complexes. Benesi–Hildebrand and its modification methods were applied to the determination of association constant (K), molar extinction coefficient (?). The X-ray crystal structure was carried out for the interpretation the predict structure of the [(Hmorp)(pa)]2 complex.  相似文献

The photodissociation dynamics of ethynyl radical, C(2)H, involving seven electronic states is studied by classical trajectory calculations. Initial values of the trajectories are selected based on relative absorption intensities calculated by Mebel et al. The energies and the derivatives are interpolated by three-dimensional cubic spline interpolator using an extended data pool. Mean square errors and standard deviations in interpolation of energies for 450 data points are found to be in the range 3.1 x 10(-6)-1.4 x 10(-5) and 1.7 x 10(-3)-3.8 x 10(-3) hartrees, respectively. The photofragments of C(2) and H are produced mainly in the X (1)Sigma(g) (+), a (3)Pi(u), b (3)Sigma(g) (-), c (3)Sigma(u) (+), A (1)Pi(u), B (1)Delta(g) electronic states of C(2) as product. The avoided crossings do not appear to be in the main dissociation pathways. The internal distributions are in good accord with the experimental results where comparison is possible, suggesting that the fragmentation mechanism of C(2)H(2) into C(2) and H is a two step process involving C(2)H radical as an intermediate with a life time long enough to allow complete collection of the phase space in the experiments.  相似文献

La and Lb X-ray fluorescence cross sections in Er, Ta, W and Au at excitation energies of 16.896, 22.581, 25.770, 32.890, 38.184, 43.949, 50.214 and 59.5 keV were investigated. Measurements were made using a low energy Si(Li) detector coupled to a model 4096 computerized multi-channel analyser. The experimental results were compared with the theoretically calculated values of L X-rays fluorescence cross sections and other experimental results. Good agreement was observed between experimental and theoretical values.  相似文献

A series of ortho-metallated Pd and Pt complexes containing an imine ligand carrying three alkoxy chains and N-benzoylthiourea derivatives as co-ligands were prepared and their liquid crystalline properties investigated. Their structures were assigned based on elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy, whereas thermal properties were investigated by differential scanning calotimetry and polarising optical microscopy. All the compounds exhibit monotropic transitions involving nematic and smectic A phases, with the mesomorphic behaviour strongly related to the type of N-benzoylthiourea as well as the metal centre used. The thermally stimulated depolarisation current technique was employed to determine the conduction mechanism, phase transition temperature and the activation energies for one of the ortho-metallated Pd complexes.  相似文献

For practical guest–host applications, it is important to choose dyes with a high ability of orientation in the liquid crystal (LC) matrix. In this experimental work, two different azo-structured dyes (disperse yellow 3 and 7) were separately doped to each of two different nematic LCs (E7 and ZLI-1132). Their solubilities, textures, phase transition temperatures and order parameters were determined. At the second stage, single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) in a small amount were separately added to each of these solutions, and the experiments were repeated as similar to the previous ones. The solubilities of dyes in the LC E7 were lower than those of ZLI-1132. Moreover, the highest order parameter value was attained with yellow 7 dye in ZLI-1132 nematic host. Co-use of nanoparticles (CNTs) as dopant resulted in notable increases in order parameters. These dyes and CNTs did not significantly destabilise the mesomorphic phase of nematic hosts. An appreciable change in textures was not monitored with addition of dopant(s). In addition, it was observed that the narrowing on the temperature range of the LC did not take place with the addition of dopants to the crystal; on the contrary, an increase was recorded.  相似文献

Stereoselective preparative enzymatic acylation and hydrolysis/methanolysis of various C-substituted rac-thiazol-2-yl-methanols were achieved for the preparation of enantiopure or enantiomerically enriched, naturally occurring 2-hydroxymethylthiazoles.
