Synthesis and chemical oxidative polymerization of some N-substituted pyrroles ((N-Py)s) were carried out using Clauson-Kaas method and FeCl3 in CHCl3 medium, respectively. The produced polymers, N-(p-benzoic acid)polypyrrole (NpbPPy); N-(o-aminophenyl)polypyrrole (NoaPPy); N-(m-nitrophenyl) polypyrrole (NmnPPy), were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis. An enzymatic glucose biosensor is fabricated through immobilizing glucose oxidase (GOX) into N-substitued polypyrrole matrixes. The parameters affecting the fabrication and experimental conditions of biosensors were optimized. The best biosensor results were obtained for NpbPPy matrix. The sensitivity of the proposed biosensor permitted the determination of glucose in the concentration range of 0–9.2 M with a detection limit of 1× 10? 6. The apparent Michaelis–Menten constant (KM app) for the sensor was found to be 25.95 mM.  相似文献

In this work, four new Nd (III) and Sm (III) complexes of two pentadendate ligands (L1 and L2) were prepared and their molecular structures were determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction studies. X‐ray analysis showed that the Nd (III) and Sm (III) complexes of L1 sits on a twofold crystallographic axis while the complexes of L2 does not show crystallographically imposed symmetry. Absorption and photoluminescence properties of the complexes were studied both in the solid state and DMF solutions. The fluorescence sensing of nitro‐aromatic compounds [nitrobenzene (NB), 4‐nitrophenol (NP), 2,4‐dinitrophenol (DNP) and 2,4,6‐trinitrophenol (TNP)] were studied by photoluminescence spectroscopy. All four complexes showed better sensitivity towards nitrophenol (NP) with low LOD values.  相似文献

A series of alternating phylene and symmetrically bithiophene containing repeat units and the respective homopolymers have been synthesized and characterized by combining FTIR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, four probe conductivity measurement, TGA and SEM analysis. Quantum mechanical calculations of the structures and infrared spectra of the monomers and respective dimers were compared with experimental results. The polymers are soluble in N-methyl-pyrrolidone (NMP). The samples have conductivities of 10?5 S/cm levels. Thermal degradation analysis results indicated that poly-bithiophene derivatives have higher thermal stabilities than poly-monothiophene derivatives. All samples exhibited different surface morphologies. The electrorheological (ER) properties of polymer suspensions in silicone oil were prepared and ER behavior was investigated as a function of shear rate, electric field strength and frequency.  相似文献

A simple and label-free electrochemical sensor for recognition of the DNA sensor event was prepared by electrochemical polymerization of 4-hydroxyphenyl thiophene-3-carboxylate. Poly(4-hydroxyphenyl thiophene-3-carboxylate) (PHPT) was synthesized electrochemically onto glassy carbon electrode and characterized by cyclic voltammetry, FTIR and AFM measurements. An ODN-probe was physisorbed onto PHPT film and tested on hybridization with complementary ODN segments. A biological recognition can be monitored by comparison with electrochemical signal (cyclic voltammogram) of single and double strand state oligonucleotide. The oxidation current of double strand state oligonucleotide is lower than that of single strand, that is corresponding to the decrease of electroactivity of PHPT with the increase of stiffness of polymer structure. Physisorbed ODN-probe and its hybridization were observed morphologically onto ITO electrodes using AFM. The sensitivity of the electrochemical sensor is 0.02 μA/nmol, detection limit is 1.49 nmol and it has good selectivity.  相似文献

Deubiquitinases (DUBs) are a family of enzymes that regulate the ubiquitin signaling cascade by removing ubiquitin from specific proteins in response to distinct signals. DUBs that belong to the metalloprotease family (metalloDUBs) contain Zn2+ in their active sites and are an integral part of distinct cellular protein complexes. Little is known about these enzymes because of the lack of specific probes. Described here is a Ub‐based probe that contains a ubiquitin moiety modified at its C‐terminus with a Zn2+ chelating group based on 8‐mercaptoquinoline, and a modification at the N‐terminus with either a fluorescent tag or a pull‐down tag. The probe is validated using Rpn11, a metalloDUB found in the 26S proteasome complex. This probe binds to metalloDUBs and efficiently pulled down overexpressed metalloDUBs from a HeLa cell lysate. Such probes may be used to study the mechanism of metalloDUBs in detail and allow better understanding of their biochemical processes.  相似文献

A facile approach of polypyrrole (PPy)/tungsten oxide (WO3) composites electrosynthesized in ionic liquids for fabrication of electrochromic devices is discussed. The electrochromic properties of PPy/tungsten oxide nanocomposite films (PPy/WO3) prepared in the presence of four different ionic liquids, 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (BMIMBF4), 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate (BMIMPF6), 1‐butyl‐3‐methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl) imide (BMIMTFSI), and 1‐butyl‐1‐methylpyrrolidinium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl) imide (BMPTFSI) were investigated in detail. Cyclic voltammetry results revealed that PPy/WO3 nanocomposite films have much more electrochemical activity than those of WO3 and PPy film. The electrochromic contrast, coloration efficiency, and switching speed of the composite films were determined for electrochromic characteristics. The maximum contrast and the maximum coloration efficiency values were measured as 33.25% and 227.89 cm2/C for the PPy/WO3/BMIMTFSI composite film. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A voltammetric method using a poly(1‐methylpyrrole) modified glassy carbon electrode was developed for the quantification of adrenaline. The modified electrode exhibited stable and sensitive current responses towards adrenaline. Compared with a bare GCE, the modified electrode exhibits a remarkable shift of the oxidation potentials of adrenaline in the cathodic direction and a drastic enhancement of the anodic current response. The separation between anodic and cathodic peak potentials (ΔEp) for adrenaline is 30 mV in 0.1 M phosphate buffer solution (PBS) at pH 4.0 at modified glassy carbon electrodes. The linear current response was obtained in the range of 7.5 × 10?7 to 2.0 × 10?4 M with a detection limit of 1.68 × 10?7 M for adrenaline by square wave voltammetry. The poly(1‐methypyrrole)/GCE was also effective to simultaneously determine adrenaline, ascorbic acid and uric acid in a mixture and resolved the overlapping anodic peaks of these three species into three well‐defined voltammetric peaks in cyclic voltammetry. The modified electrode has been successfully applied for the determination of adrenaline in pharmaceuticals. The proposed method showed excellent stability and reproducibility.  相似文献
