The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the initial results of the dynamic contrast-enhanced MRA in under four seconds in the assessment of anomalous pulmonary circulation. We performed dynamic contrast enhanced MRA on ten patients with a temporal resolution of 2-3 sec for each phase. Five patients had pulmonary vascular anomaly and five patients had reconstructed pulmonary circulation. On nine patients catheter angiography was performed for the correlation. Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRA successfully demonstrated congenital pulmonary vascular anomalies and the pathway of anomalous pulmonary circulation in our series. With the improved temporal and spatial resolution, the dynamic contrast-enhanced MRA can be used in children and infants for the assessment of congenital vascular disease.  相似文献

In this work, we study the integrability aspects of the Schamel–Korteweg–de Vries equation that play an important role in studying the effect of electron trapping on the nonlinear interaction of ion‐acoustic waves by including a quasi‐potential. Lie symmetry analysis together with the simplest equation method and Kudryashov method is used to obtain exact traveling wave solutions for this equation. In addition, conservation laws are constructed using two different techniques, namely, the multiplier method and the new conservation theorem. The integration of scheduling workers to perform tasks with the traditional vehicle routing problem gives rise to the workforce scheduling and routing problems (WSRP). In the WSRP, a number of service technicians with different skills, and tasks at different locations with pre-defined time windows and skill requirements are given. It is required to find an assignment and ordering of technicians to tasks, where each task is performed within its time window by a technician with the required skill, for which the total cost of the routing is minimized. This paper describes an iterated local search (ILS) algorithm for the WSRP. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated on benchmark instances against an off-the-shelf optimizer and an existing adaptive large neighbourhood search algorithm. The proposed ILS algorithm is also applied to solve the skill vehicle routing problem, which can be viewed as a special case of the WSRP. The computational results indicate that the proposed algorithm can produce high-quality solutions in short computation times.  相似文献

The influence of the behavior and strategies of traders on stock price formation has attracted much interest. It is assumed that there is a positive correlation between the total net demand and the price change. A buy order is expected to increase the price, whereas a sell order is assumed to decrease it. We perform data analysis based on a recently proposed stochastic model for stock prices. The model involves long‐range dependence, self‐similarity, and no arbitrage principle, as observed in real data. The arrival times of orders, their quantity, and their duration are created by a Poisson random measure. The aggregation of the effect of all orders based on these parameters yields the log‐price process. By scaling the parameters, a fractional Brownian motion or a stable Levy process can be obtained in the limit. In this paper, our aim is twofold; first, to devise statistical methodology to estimate the model parameters with an application on high‐frequency price data, and second, to validate the model by simulations with the estimated parameters. We find that the statistical properties of agent level behavior are reflected on the stock price, and can affect the entire process. Moreover, the price model is suitable for prediction through simulations when the parameters are estimated from real data. The present paper is concerned with the approximation properties of discrete version of Picard operators. We first give exact equalities for the moments of the operators. In calculations of these moments, Eulerian numbers play a crucial role. We discuss convergence of these operators in weighted spaces and give Voronovskaya‐type asymptotic formula. The weighted approximation of the operators in quantitative mean in terms of different modulus of continuities is also considered. Research in history of mathematics gained momentum in the past two decades in Turkey. The present paper aims to describe the patterns in the history of mathematics research in Turkey and to analyse the research in Turkey using a mathematics education framework. The qualitative paradigm and a case study design are used in the study. The obtained data were analysed by using the document analysis technique with the help of a content analysis. The study group which is comprised of twenty-two postgraduate theses at master's or doctoral level were purposefully selected from the higher education council postgraduate theses database. Findings indicate a dearth of research in the area and that most of the theses are done in the area of mathematics education. Moreover, the focus, in general, was on attitudinal variables, and cognitive aspects seemed to be ignored.  相似文献

In this study the scissors mode 1+ states are systematically investigated within the rotational invariant Quasiparticle Random Phase Approximation (QRPA) for 130-136Ba isotopes. We consider the 1+ vibrations generated by the isovector spin-spin interactions and the isoscalar and isovector quadrupole-type separable forces restoring the broken symmetry by a deformed mean field according to A.A. Kuliev et al. (Int. J. Mod. Phys. E 9, 249 (2000)). It has been shown that the restoration of the broken rotational symmetry of the Hamiltonian essentially decreases the B(M1) value of the low-lying 1+ states and increases the collectivization of the scissors mode excitations in the spectroscopic energy region. The agreement between the calculated mean excitation energies as well as the summed B(M1) value of the scissors mode excitations and the available experimental data of 134Ba and 136Ba is rather good. A destructive interference between the orbit and spin part of the M1 strength has been found for barium isotopes near the shell closer. For all the nuclei under investigation, the low-lying M1 transitions have ΔK = 1 character as it is the case for the well-deformed nuclei.  相似文献

Ni x Fe1−x (0.22 ≤x ≤ 0.62) alloy films were grown by electrodeposition technique. A shift in diffraction peaks of NiFe and Ni3Fe was detected with increasing Ni content. The highest positive magnetoresistance ratio was detected as 5% in Ni0.51Fe0.49. Positive and negative anisotropic magnetoresistance were observed in longitudinal and transverse geometries respectively. The highest anisotropic magnetoresistance ratio of 9.8% was also detected in Ni0.51Fe0.49. The angular variation of magnetoresistance was studied. Magnetisation loop curves show that NiFe alloy films have a linear decreasing anisotropy constant with increasing Ni deposit content and show a decreasing behavior of coercivity which indicates soft magnetic property with increasing Ni deposit content  相似文献

Today, the use of medical textiles is very important for health and hygienic purposes. Although some of medical textile materials are disposable, surgery gowns are usually laundered and re-used. After the laundering it is desirable to have these gowns keeping some of their properties such as anti-microbial and tenacity properties. For this in mind, different surgery gowns were washed and compared. In this work, a special blend of polyester carbon anti-microbial and other surgery gowns were stained with blood and later washed with both conventional method and with ultrasonic energy. The results were also analysed spectrophotometrically and the tenacity of the fabrics were determined.  相似文献
