A preconcentration method of gold, palladium and copper based on the sorption of Au (III), Pd (II) and Cu (II) ions on a column packed with 3-(2-aminoethylamino)propyl bonded silica gel is described. The modified silica gel was synthesized and characterized by FT-IR and C, H, N elemental analysis. At column preconcentration, the effects of parameters such as pH, volume, flow rate, matrix constituents of solutions and type of eluent on preconcentration of gold, palladium and copper were studied. The recoveries of Au (III), Pd (II) and Cu (II) were 98.93±0.51, 98.81±0.36 and 99.21±0.42 % at 95 % confidence level, respectively. The detection limits (δ) of the elements were 0.032, 0.016 and 0.012 μg ml−1, respectively. The preconcentration method was applied for determination of gold and palladium in certified reference material SARM 7B and copper in river and synthetic seawater by FAAS. Gold, palladium and copper were determined with relative error lower than 10 %.  相似文献

A separation-preconcentration method based on supramolecular solvent ultrasonic-assisted liquid-phase microextraction (Ss-USA-LPME) for spectrophotometric determination of mercury as 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN) chelates has been established. Red coloured Hg(II)-PAN hydrophobic complex was extracted into the supramolecular phase (1-decanol/THF) at pH 9.5. The extract was separated from aqueous phase by centrifugation, diluted with ethanol and determined by UV–Vis spectrophotometer at λmax = 560 nm. The influences of important analytical parameters such as pH, amount of PAN, 1-decanol and THF, sample volume and matrix effects for the quantitative recoveries were examined and optimised. Under the optimised experimental conditions, the amount of ligand, 1-decanol and THF were 1.0 × 104 M, 200 µL and 300 µL, respectively. The optimum time of ultrasonic bath and centrifugation were found as 2 min and 5 min. A linear calibration graph was obtained linearly in the concentration ranges of 8.31000 µg L?1. The preconcentration factor was obtained as 20. The limit of detection (LOD) was 2.6 µg L?1 with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 2.4% for mercury (C = 100 µg L?1, n = 7). The validity of the developed Ss-USA-LPME technique was checked with a certified reference material of NIST 1641d. The presented method has been successfully applied to the determination of mercury in water samples.  相似文献

We provide a universal recipe that explicitly separates oscillatory regime from non-oscillatory (stationary) one. A phase diagram representing stationary and oscillatory regimes on degeneracy-confinement space is proposed. Analytical expressions of phase transition interfaces are derived. The critical point, which separates entirely stationary and oscillatory regions, is determined and its dependencies on aspect ratios are examined for anisometric domains. Accuracy of the half-vicinity model and the phase diagram are verified through the quantum oscillations in electronic heat capacity and its ratio to entropy.  相似文献

New fluorescent thiophenyl group containing oxazol-5-one fluorophores of 3a (4-(3-thiophenylmethylene)-2-phenyloxazol-5-one), 3b (4-(3-thiophenylmethylene)-2-(4-tolyl)oxazol-5-one) and 3c (4-(3-thiophenylmethylene)-2-(4-nitrophenyl)oxazol-5-one) were synthesized and characterized. The newly synthesized oxazol-5-ones absorption and fluorescence characteristics were studied in some solvents of varying polarities. The heterocyclic chromophores were fluorescent, with two of them, 3a and 3b, emitting blue light, whilst the other one, 3c, emitting green light. The emission maxima of the derivatives varied between 415 and 572 nm according as the extent of conjugation and solvent polarity. As solvent polarity increased, 3c derivatives emission spectra displayed a large bathochromic shift, which revealed the considerable change of the dipole moment of the fluorescent structure because of an intramolecular charge transfer interaction. Furthermore, oxazolones polymerization ability via the thiophenyl group linked to the oxazol-5-one heterocycle showed that copolymerization of 3a was achieved, but homopolymerization was not observed.  相似文献

Bianisotropic metamaterials including Ω-shaped metallic elements are investigated experimentally and theoretically. A passband is observed for a composite metamaterial (CMM) based on an Ω-medium below the plasmonic frequency of the corresponding closed CMM. The effective parameters (refractive index, impedances, permittivity, permeability, and magnetoelectric coupling coefficient) are retrieved for the Ω-medium and the CMM based on it. Our retrieval results show that the passband observed for the CMM is a band with positive refractive indices. Our retrieval results confirm the deductions of our previous reports.  相似文献

In this study, the normal (σxσyσz) and shear stress (τxyτyzτzx) distributions occurring in a bi-adhesively bonded T-joint with was investigated via a non-linear three dimensional finite element analysis. For this purpose, first of all, using 2024-T3 aluminum alloy as the adherend and the support, a two-part paste (DP 460) and a film type (SBT 9244) as adhesive, two different types of T-joint samples (single-adhesively bonded T-joint and bi-adhesively bonded T-joint) were produced for experimental studies. After experimental studies on the three different T-joint types were conducted, stress analyses in the T-joints were performed with a three-dimensional finite element analysis by considering the geometrical non-linearity and the material non-linearities of the adhesive (DP460 and SBT9244) and adherend (AA2024-T3). Finally, for a given adherend, the lower the stiffness of the adhesive used in the overlap, the lower the stress concentration, leading to potentially higher joint strength. The use of relatively low stiffness adhesives at the ends of the overlap in a bi-adhesive can decrease the stress concentration and, therefore, potentially lead to higher joint strength.  相似文献

We consider perturbed linear systems of difference equations with periodic coefficients. The zero solution of a nonperturbed system is assumed asymptotically stable, i.e., all eigenvalues of the monodromy matrix belong to the unit disk {||<1}. We obtain conditions on the perturbation of this system under which the zero solution of the system is asymptotically stable and also establish continuous dependence of one class of numeric characteristics of asymptotic stability of solutions on the coefficients of the system.  相似文献
