An efficient chemo-enzymatic process for construction of the α-linked disaccharide unit (GlcNAcα1-4Gal) found in gastric mucin has been developed. Ni(0)/NHC-based catalyst system can promote the amination of N-heteroaryl methyl ethers via the cleavage of normally unreactive carbon–oxygen bonds. Electron-deficient N-heteroarenes including pyridine, quinoline, isoquinoline, and quinoxaline undergo amination to afford aminopyridine and related heteroarenes, which constitute an important class of compounds.  相似文献

Aerogels are porous materials but show poor mechanical properties and limited functionality, which significantly restrict their practical applications. Preparation of highly bendable and processable aerogels with multifunctionality remains a challenge. Herein we report unprecedented superflexible aerogels based on polyvinylpolydimethylsiloxane (PVPDMS) networks, PVPDMS/polyvinylpolymethylsiloxane (PVPMS) copolymer networks, and PVPDMS/PVPMS/graphene nanocomposites by a facile radical polymerization/hydrolytic polycondensation strategy and ambient pressure drying or freeze drying. The aerogels have a doubly cross‐linked organic–inorganic network structure consisting of flexible polydimethylsiloxanes and hydrocarbon chains with tunable cross‐linking density, tunable pore size and bulk density. They have a high hydrophobicity and superflexibility and combine selective absorption, efficient separation of oil and water, thermal superinsulation, and strain sensing.  相似文献

Over the recent years there has been a noticeable upsurge of interest in aza-analogs of tryptophan which are isosteric to the latter and found numerous applications in medicinal, bioorganic chemistry, and peptide research. In the present review article, five aza-tryptophan derivatives are profiled, including aza-substitution in the positions 2, on the five-membered ring, as well as in positions 4, 5, 6, and 7 on the six-membered ring. A detailed and comprehensive literature overview of the synthetic methods for the preparation of these aza-tryptophans is presented and general facets of the biological properties and most promising applications are discussed.  相似文献

The direct 4-alkoxylation of 4-iodo-1H-pyrazoles with alcohols was achieved by a CuI-catalyzed coupling protocol. The optimal reaction conditions employed excess alcohol and potassium t-butoxide (2 equiv) in the presence of CuI (20 mol%) and 3,4,7,8-tetramethyl-1,10-phenanthroline (20 mol%) at 130 °C for 1 h under microwave irradiation. The present method was efficiently applied to the synthesis of withasomnine and its six- and seven-membered cyclic homologs.  相似文献

Awakening of the Cp one : The bifunctional complex 1 facilitates the interaction with substrates bearing less electrophilic carbon atoms than ketones, epoxides, and imides. The title reaction was applicable to the reduction of Evans' asymmetric alkylation products to the chiral alcohols along with good recovery of the chiral oxazolidinone auxiliary. The epoxycyclohexenone moieties 2 and 3b of scyphostatin (1), a potent and specific inhibitor of neutral sphingomyelinase, were synthesized in enantiomerically pure forms starting from (−)-quinic acid (11). The synthetic method features (i) the preparation of the olefin masked enones 25 and 29, the precursors for the key aldol-type coupling reaction, (ii) the efficient and stereocontrolled aldol-type coupling reactions between 25 (or 29) and benzaldehyde (8) and Garner's aldehyde analogue 9 to deliver alcohols 23 and 24, respectively, both of which possess the requisite asymmetric quaternary carbon center at the C6 position, and (iii) the stereospecific SN2-type epoxide ring formation of the mesylates 35 and 47 under mild basic conditions to produce the targeted compounds 2 and 3b, respectively.  相似文献
