In this paper, the SRS-induced crosstalk has been evaluated in a SCM–WDM communication links at different modulation frequencies and transmission lengths for variety of fiber. Results show that SRS-induced crosstalk dominates at low frequency. As the dispersion and effective area of fiber (Aeff) decreases, initially the crosstalk remains high and then it decreases with increase in modulation frequency. The present work shows that out of five different types of fiber, standard single mode fiber (SMF) has minimum crosstalk (−78 to −38) dB, (−55 to −33) dB and (−46 to −34) dB at modulation frequencies, transmission lengths and optical powers. Dispersion compensation fiber (DCF) has maximum crosstalk (−60 to −12) dB, (−37 to −12) dB and (−27 to −12) dB at modulation frequencies and transmission lengths. 相似文献

Swift heavy ion (SHI) irradiation has been used as a tool to enhance the electrochemical properties of ionic liquid-based nanocomposite polymer electrolytes dispersed with dedoped polyaniline (PAni) nanorods; 100 MeV Si9+ ions with four different fluences of 5?×?1010, 1?×?1011, 5?×?1011, and 1?×?1012 ions cm?2 have been used as SHI. XRD results depict that with increasing ion fluence, crystallinity decreases due to chain scission up to fluence of 5?×?1011 ions cm?2, and at higher fluence, crystallinity increases due to cross-linking of polymer chains. Ionic conductivity, electrochemical stability, and dielectric properties are enhanced with increasing ion fluence attaining maximum value at the fluence of 5?×?1011 ions cm?2 and subsequently decrease. Optimum ionic conductivity of 1.5?×?10?2 S cm?1 and electrochemical stability up to 6.3 V have been obtained at the fluence of 5?×?1011 ions cm?2. Ac conductivity studies show that ion conduction takes place through hopping of ions from one coordination site to the other. On SHI irradiation, amorphicity of the polymer matrix increases resulting in increased segmental motion which facilitates ion hopping leading to an increase in ionic conductivity. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) measurements show that SHI-irradiated nanocomposite polymer electrolytes are thermally stable up to 240–260 °C. 相似文献

This paper deals with FRW-Cosmological model of the universe for conharmonically flat space time. Einstein field equations with variable cosmological term are solved by using a law of variation for Hubble’s parameter, which is related to average scale factor. A new class of exact solution of the field equation has been obtained in which cosmological-term decreases with cosmic time. Three homologous achiral five-ring bent-core mesogens are presented where 4-chlororesorcinol is the central core and the aromatic
rings are linked by ester groups. These compounds form smectic phases with a tilted arrangement of the molecules (tilt angle
≈ 45°). On cooling the isotropic liquid this phase adopts a fan-like texture which shows for two homologues at relatively high
electric fields ( 25-35V μm^-1) an antiferroelectric electro-optical response based on the collective rotation of the molecules
around their long axes. At lower temperature the application of a sufficiently high electric field leads to a continuous transition
into a non-birefringent texture which exhibits randomly distributed domains of opposite handedness. These domains can be reversibly
switched into a state of opposite chirality by reversal of the field polarity. This switching is bistable and shows a current
response typical for a ferroelectric ground state. The possible mechanism of the field-induced phase transition, of the ferroelectric
switching and of the field-induced inversion of the chirality is discussed on the base of XRD, 13C- and 1H-NMR investigations, dielectric and electro-optical measurements. 相似文献

Out of a total statistics of 896139La+Ag(Br) interactions, 128 interactions having multiplicity of target fragments (Z⩾1)⩾8 and projectile fragments (Z⩾2)⩾4 have been selected. They correspond to quasi-peripheral interactions. Azimuthal angle correlation between sources of
target fragments (TFs) and projectile fragments (PFs) shows the existence of bounce-off effect. Using data of La+Ag(Br) and84Kr+Ag(Br) reactions it is shown that individual helium [Z=2, PFs] and heavier fragment [Z⩾3, PFs] show different emission characteristics. Further, a two prong correlation functionT(Φ
ij
) plotted for heavier fragments and helium fragments separately, indicates the possibility of existence of different physical
conditions. This observation is supported by the different momentum widths of helium fragments and heavier fragments. From
the momentum width data of Kr+Ag(Br) reactions normalized density comes out to be ≈4.7. Using quasi-elastic kinematics for
the bounce-off nuclei, the excitation energy has been computed from the experimental data of flow angles. The strength of
bounce-off seems to decrease with the increase of excitation energy or temperature. 相似文献
