A stability-indicating liquid chromatography method for the determination of the antifungal agent butenafine hydrochloride (BTF) in a cream was developed and validated using the Plackett-Burman experimental design for robustness evaluation. Also, the drug photodegradation kinetics was determined. The analytical column was operated with acetonitrile, methanol and a solution of triethylamine 0.3% adjusted to pH 4.0 (6:3:1) at a flow rate of 1 mL/min and detection at 283 nm. BTF extraction from the cream was done with n-butyl alcohol and methanol in ultrasonic bath. The performed degradation conditions were: acid and basic media with HCl 1M and NaOH 1M, respectively, oxidation with H(2)O(2) 10%, and the exposure to UV-C light. No interference in the BTF elution was verified. Linearity was assessed (r(2) = 0.9999) and ANOVA showed non-significative linearity deviation (p > 0.05). Adequate results were obtained for repeatability, intra-day precision, and accuracy. Critical factors were selected to examine the method robustness with the two-level Plackett-Burman experimental design and no significant factors were detected (p > 0.05). The BTF photodegradation kinetics was determined for the standard and for the cream, both in methanolic solution, under UV light at 254 nm. The degradation process can be described by first-order kinetics in both cases.  相似文献

Six 4-substituted quinolones 6-8, which bear an ω-iodoalkyl chain, were prepared and subjected to reductive radical cyclisation conditions employing BEt(3)/O(2) as the initiator and either Bu(3)SnH or TMS(3)SiH as hydride source. 4-(4-Iodobutyl)-quinolone (6a) and 4-(3-iodopropylthio)-quinolone (8a) gave the respective 6-endo-cyclisation products in good yields. 4-(3,3-Dimethyl-4-iodobutyl)-quinolone (6b) cyclised in a 5-exo-fashion, while the other substrates delivered only reduction products. The cyclisation reactions could be conducted in the presence of a chiral template (1) with high enantiomeric excess (94-99% ee). The association behaviour of substrate 6a to 1 was studied by NMR titration experiments. In the enantioselective cyclisation of 6b a significant nonlinearity was observed when comparing the product ee with the ee of the template.  相似文献

The constrained compartmentalized knapsack problem can be seen as an extension of the constrained knapsack problem. However, the items are grouped into different classes so that the overall knapsack has to be divided into compartments, and each compartment is loaded with items from the same class. Moreover, building a compartment incurs a fixed cost and a fixed loss of the capacity in the original knapsack, and the compartments are lower and upper bounded. The objective is to maximize the total value of the items loaded in the overall knapsack minus the cost of the compartments. This problem has been formulated as an integer non-linear program, and in this paper, we reformulate the non-linear model as an integer linear master problem with a large number of variables. Some heuristics based on the solution of the restricted master problem are investigated. A new and more compact integer linear model is also presented, which can be solved by a branch-and-bound commercial solver that found most of the optimal solutions for the constrained compartmentalized knapsack problem. On the other hand, heuristics provide good solutions with low computational effort.  相似文献

The synthesis of the new cofacial binuclear zinc complex [Zn(2)(L)] of a Schiff-base pyrrole macrocycle is reported. It was discovered that the binuclear microenvironment between the two metals of [Zn(2)(L)] is suited for the encapsulation of anions, leading to the formation of [K(THF)(6)][Zn(2)(μ-Cl)(L)]·2THF and [Bu(n)(4)N][Zn(2)(μ-OH)(L)] which were characterized by X-ray crystallography. Unusually obtuse Zn-X-Zn angles (X = Cl: 150.54(9)° and OH: 157.4(3)°) illustrate the weak character of these interactions and the importance of the cleft preorganization to stabilize the host. In the absence of added anion, aggregation of [Zn(2)(L)] was inferred and investigated by successive dilutions and by the addition of coordinating solvents to [Zn(2)(L)] solutions using NMR spectroscopy as well as isothermal microcalorimetry (ITC). On anion addition, evidence for deaggregation of [Zn(2)(L)], combined with the formation of the 1:1 host-guest complex, was observed by NMR spectroscopy and ITC titrations. Furthermore, [Zn(2)(L)] binds to Cl(-) selectively in THF as deduced from the ITC analyses, while other halides induce only deaggregation. These conclusions were reinforced by density functional theory (DFT) calculations, which indicated that the binding energies of OH(-) and Cl(-) were significantly greater than for the other halides.  相似文献

The reverse apatite flotation with fatty acids has been widely used for the reduction of phosphorus content of magmatic origin iron ores. However, the occurrence of phosphorus intensely disseminated as secondary minerals such as wavellite renders the anionic reverse flotation a challenge. Zeta potential measurements and microflotation tests of wavellite with the use of anionic and cationic collectors were carried out in this work. The wavellite's IEP value was achieved at pH 4.5. Below the IEP value, the surface positively charged sites are made up of aluminum ions. The species H(+), Al(OH)(2)(+), Al(OH)(2+), Al(3+), OH(-), H(2)PO(4)(-), HPO(4)(2-), and PO(4)(3-) play a role in the protonation and deprotonation reactions that will determine the wavellite-solution interface properties. The highest values of wavellite's floatability under basic pH conditions were achieved in the presence of cationic collectors (1 × 10(-4) mol L(-1)). The formation of surface complexes and the precipitation of insoluble salt of aluminum onto wavellite surface seems to be the most likely hypothesis for the chemical nature interactions between amines and wavellite. The surface formation of aluminum oleate on the wavellite's surface seems to be the most probable hypothesis for the adsorption mechanism and the resultant high floatability of wavellite between pH 7.5 and pH 10.0 in the presence of sodium oleate (1 × 10(-4) mol L(-1)). The results showed that the cationic reverse flotation of secondary phosphates is a promising route to reduce the phosphorus content of iron ores from deposits that underwent a supergene enrichment process, since wavellite floatability in the alkaline pH range, using amine as collector, was not significantly affected by the presence of corn starch.  相似文献

This article describes a simple, inexpensive, and environmentally friendly method for the monitoring of glyphosate using diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The proposed method is based on reflectance measurements of the colored compound produced from the spot test reaction between glyphosate and p-dimethylaminocinnamaldehyde (p-DAC) in acid medium, using a filter paper as solid support. Experimental designs were used to optimize the analytical conditions. All reflectance measurements were carried out at 495 nm. Under optimal conditions, the glyphosate calibration graphs obtained by plotting the optical density of the reflectance signal (AR) against the concentration were linear in the range 50-500 μg mL(-1), with a correlation coefficient of 0.9987. The limit of detection (LOD) for glyphosate was 7.28 μg mL(-1). The technique was successfully applied to the direct determination of glyphosate in commercial formulations, as well as in water samples (river water, pure water and mineral drinking water) after a previous clean-up or pre-concentration step. Recoveries were in the ranges 93.2-102.6% and 91.3-102.9% for the commercial formulations and water samples, respectively.  相似文献

H-magadiite was applied to remove the pesticides 2,4-d, diuron, and atrazine from water. The H-magadiite containing herbicides adsorbed were investigated by FTIR, DRX, N2 adsorption and desorption isotherms, and surface area. Calorimetric studies were carried out to determine the heat of interaction between pesticides and magadiite. It was possible to ride the cycle of interaction of magadiite–pesticide for a better understanding of the process involved. From the results of the thermal effect of the interaction of magadiite–pesticide, the thermochemical parameters can be determined by using the relationship between the data obtained from adsorption and calorimetry results. The interaction of pesticide–magadiite follows the sequence of adsorption: diuron > atrazine > 2,4-d. The ΔH values for the interactions were determined to be −20.62 ± 1.08, −24.04 ± 0.86–26.34 ± 0.93 kJ mol−1 for 2,4-d, diuron and atrazine, respectively. All the interactions were spontaneous, enthalpically and entropically favored demonstrating the effectiveness and efficiency of the method.  相似文献

A new synthesis procedure is reported for the preparation of mixed Al,Ga-offretites over the entire solid solution range 0 ≤ Ga/(Ga + Al) ≤ 1. The resulting materials are characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, adsorption microcalorimetry and multinuclear solid state NMR. The 29Si MAS-NMR data are consistent with statistical occupancy of the T1 and T2 sites by aluminum and gallium, and also show no positive evidence for preferential siting effects between both framework metals. Isotropic chemical shifts and nuclear electric quadrupolar coupling constants for 27Al and 71Ga have been obtained from a field-dependent analysis of the center of gravity in the MAS-NMR spectra. H-Al, Ga-offretites produced by ammonium exchange and subsequent calcination reveal evidence of partial demetallation of the framework with formation of extra-lattice metal species.  相似文献

We study homological mirror symmetry for Del Pezzo surfaces and their mirror Landau-Ginzburg models. In particular, we show that the derived category of coherent sheaves on a Del Pezzo surface X k obtained by blowing up ℂℙ2 at k points is equivalent to the derived category of vanishing cycles of a certain elliptic fibration W k :M k →ℂ with k+3 singular fibers, equipped with a suitable symplectic form. Moreover, we also show that this mirror correspondence between derived categories can be extended to noncommutative deformations of X k , and give an explicit correspondence between the deformation parameters for X k and the cohomology class [B+iω]∈H 2(M k ,ℂ).  相似文献
