Quasibicrystal structures with interblock boundaries of epitaxial zinc oxide layers on a sapphire substrate along a given direction have been obtained for producing submicron electronic devices. It is shown that the use of the buffer technique allows one to grow on one (10 $\bar 1$ 2) α-Al2O3 substrate ZnO layers oriented in the (11 $\bar 2$ 0)and (0001) planes with clearly pronounced interlayer boundaries. The morphology and structural characteristics of these layers are studied. 相似文献

The phase diagrams, isotherms of the electrical conductivity, Raman spectra, and time correlation functions of vibrational
dephasing are studied for the LiN(CF3SO2)2-(CH3)2SO2 system, which is promising for use as an electrolyte in medium-temperature lithium-ion batteries. The phase diagram of this
system contains a broad supercooled region. It is shown that the concentration dependences of the electrical conductivity
are typical for solutions of strong electrolytes. The Raman spectra and the time correlation functions of vibrational dephasing
for the anion and the solvent indicate that in the supercooling range, cations are weakly solvated by solvent molecules and

The atomic structure of NiSi single crystals has been studied by the methods of X-ray diffraction analysis at 295 and 418 K. The refinement of the structure models with due regard for anharmonicity of atomic vibrations revealed the pronounced anisotropy of thermal vibrations and the considerable contribution of the fourth-order anharmonicity. The maps of the probability density function of atomic displacements and single-particle potentials of both atoms were constructed. 相似文献

The effect of a high-voltage pulse electric discharge (HVPED) on the electron spectra of CuSO4, Ni(NO3)2, NiCl2, CoSO4, and Co(NO3)2 aqueous solutions is investigated. It is found that the salt system activation by HVPED can change the configurations of electron shells of molecular ions. It is stated that the processes of post-activation structural relaxation of CuSO4/H2O solution are rather long-term. It is shown that the character of the HVPED effect on the electron spectra of solutions significantly depends on the solution composition and the intensity of interparticle interactions therein. 相似文献
