The Laser Undulator Compact X-ray source(LUCX) is a test bench for a compact high brightness X-ray generator,based on inverse Compton Scattering at KEK,which requires high intensity multi-bunch trains with low transverse emittance.A photocathode RF gun with emittance compensation solenoid is used as an electron source.Much endeavor has been made to increase the beam intensity in the multi-bunch trains.The cavity of the RF gun is tuned into an unbalanced field in order to reduce space charge effects,so that the field gradient on the cathode surface is relatively higher when the forward RF power into gun cavity is not high enough.A laser profile shaper is employed to convert the driving laser profile from Gaussian into uniform.In this research we seek to find the optimized operational conditions for the decrease of the transverse emittance.With the uniform driving laser and the unbalanced RF gun,the RMS transverse emittance of a 1 nC bunch has been improved effectively from 5.46 πmm.mrad to 3.66 πmm.mrad. 相似文献

The macrophage time-dependent metabolic profile changing basal metabolism triggered by nanoparticles can be obtained and used to improve wound healing treatments. Herein this study demonstrates that metabolic status responds systematically to cytotoxicity manipulation, providing an interesting way of cellular control. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) based metabolomics and cytotoxic assays are used to study RAW 264.7 cells exposed to AgNPs at different concentrations and incubation times. Cytotoxicity data show a slight decrease in cellular expansion rates accompanied by morphological changes in cells. Metabolomics show that despite the glycolytic activity of treated and non-treated cells remains unchanged; however, only the treated cells present a rich Citrate environment signaling up-regulation of Tricarboxylic-Acid-Cycle (TCA). Cells choose aerobic routes instead of anaerobic ones to produce energy and self-regulate their amino acid metabolism to balance TCA. Choline metabolism is down-regulated once its sub-products, Betaine and Glycine, are reduced, thus compromising Creatine synthesis. Phospholipid metabolism is down-regulated due to the decreasing of Phosphocholine and Sn-Glycerol-3-PC, in agreement with the cytotoxicity results. Pyroglutamate decreases in treated cells, signaling different levels of oxidative stress. These analytical tools can characterize AgNPs-treatments, even distinguishing dose and time dependencies. Radical copolymerization of styrene (St, M1) with acrylonitrile (AN, M2) has been carried out using azobisisobutylonitrile as an initiator in benzene, dimethylsulfoxide, acetonitrile, and ethanol at 60 and 80°C. Good linear correlationships were obtained by plotting the values of log r1, log r2, Q2, and e2 against those of vC[dbnd]N and vC[dbnd]C determined in the solvents: the increase in the interaction between AN and the solvent was found to decrease the values of log r1 and e2 but to increase those of log r2 and Q2. A synthetic study of kosinostatin aglycone is reported. Synthesis of key intermediate lactone 3, which corresponds to the BCDE ring fragment, was accomplished, and the precursor BCD ring fragment 5 was synthesized via two routes. First, 5 was synthesized from 2,5-dimethoxybenzaldehyde 16 by the combination of typical known transformations including efficient application of non-aqueous OsO4 oxidation in the presence of PhB(OH)2. However the synthesis required 15 long steps, and its main difficulty was ortho-alkoxycarbonylmethylation of 1-naphthol. Next we attempted to apply our recently developed alkoxycarbonylmethylation of diazonaphthoquinone for the synthesis of 5, and 5 was successfully synthesized in 9 steps from the same starting compound 16. Finally, 5 was stereoselectively converted to lactone 3 via trifluoroacetic acid-mediated cyclization of the 3,4-epoxycylohexanecarboxylic acid derivative. 相似文献

Benzenetellurinyl trifluoromethanesulfonate in conjunction with acetonitrile readily effected amidotellurinylation reactions with alkynes. Most of the addition reactions proceeded in a trans fashion to form the (E)-β-acetamidovinyl phenyl telluroxides. Subsequently, it was found that the prevailing Markovnikov adducts from terminal alkynes immediately isomerized to (Z)-isomers which were isolated as the corresponding vinyltellurides. Stereospecific and asymmetric (helix-sense-selective) polymerization of 1-phenyldibenzosuberyl methacrylate (PDBSMA) was performed with radical and anionic initiators. A highly isotactic polymer having triad isotacticity greater than 97% was obtained by radical polymerization with (i-PrOCOO)2 at 40°C. The radical polymerization of PDBSMA in (+)- and (-)-menthol gave (-)-and (+)-polymers, respectively, whose optical activity is ascribed to the prevailing one-handed helical conformation of a polymer chain. The radical copolymerization of PDBSMA with a small amount of an optically active monomer, (+)-phenyl-2-pyridyl-o-tolylmethyl methacrylate, afforded an optically active copolymer with the prevailing one-handed helical structure of PDBSMA sequences. Asymmetric anionic polymerization of PDBSMA was carried out with the complex of N, N′-diphenylethylenediamine monolithium amide and a chiral ligand, (+)-1-(2-pyrrolidinylmethyl)pyrrolidine in toluene at −78°C.
