在很高的温度和适宜的生长条件下,分别采用熔盐籽晶法和高温引上法生长了高质量的YAP、NAB、KTP、LN、BBO、SBN等多元氧化物单晶,它们具有优良的物理化学性能,严格的化学比,固定的组成与结构以及较好的化学均匀性和电子束轰击下的稳定性。广泛地用于激光和非线性光学领域。我们选用这些晶体为原材料研制电子探针定量分析的标准样品。经过测量和标定,这些单晶标样符合中华人民共和国国家标准GB 4930-85(电子探针显微分析标准样品通用技术条件)的规定。含有稀土元素的标样如NAB和YAP能发出绿色荧光,是电子显微术中理想的阴极发光材料。 相似文献

Amorphous precursors for PbZrO3 and PbTiO3 ceramics were prepared from lead acetate and the transition metaln-propoxide inn-propanol orn-butoxide inn-butanol and hydrolysed with an excess of water.
According to GLC and TGA/EGA analyses, the type of alkoxide group influences distinctly the structure of heterometallic precursors,
i.e., oxo or acetate bridging, and the amounts of hydroxyl and organic groups bound to the metal network.
The local environments of metal atoms in the amorphous precursors were also studied by EXAFS. The analysis reveals that in
Pb−Zr precursors alkoxide groups modify the coordination spheres of the zirconium atoms. Conversely, local environments of
both lead and titanium atoms within the analysed range of 3.4 A depend weakly on the type of alkoxide used. 相似文献

The paper describes the results of investigations of the solar wind ions, carried out on board the high apogee Prognoz 7 and Prognoz 8 Earth's satellites with the aid of an SKS instrument (USSR) and a Monitor instrument (USSR-SSR). Behaviour of proton and that of components on the front of Earth's bow and interplanetary shock waves were compared by means of the energoanalysis and energy-mass analysis techniques. In several long-term periods of observation the solar wind heavy ions — oxygen, silicon and iron were determined. We present a new method of a direct derivation of differential equations for the wave-function components of identical-pariticles systems. The method generates in a simple manner all the possible variants of these equations. In some cases they are the differential equations of Faddeev of Yakubovskii. It is shown that the case of the bound states allows to formulate very simple equations for the components which are equivalent to the Schrödinger equation for the complete wave function. This paper presents the method of double labelling in the study of the kinetics of homogeneous isotope exchange reactions.
This method was tested by the determination of the Sn(II)−Sn(IV) exchange rate in hydrochloric acid medium. The system was
labelled by the tracer119mSn [initially in the Sn(IV) state]; when the isotope equilibrium was established, Sn(IV) was again labelled by tracer113Sn. The separation of Sn(II) and Sn(IV) in the given time of exchange was performed by the extraction of Sn(IV)-hydroxyquinolate
into chloroform. The specific activities of the separated components were determined from the ratio of113Sn and119mSn activities. The exchange rate was calculated from the time dependence of specific activities. The advantage and possibilities

θ-Conditions, the temperature coefficient of unperturbed dimensions of the macromolecules and the thermodynamic interaction parameters ψ and κ were determined for solutions of poly(methyl methacrylate) in 2-alkoxyethanols (methoxy, ethoxy and butoxy). The results for this series of solvents fit the data reported for other solvents and dln . Measurement has been made of the dependence of the molecular weight distribution on the ratio of the catalytic system components and on the polymerization time for polycaprolactam obtained by anionic polymerization. A bimodal character of the curves was observed for products made using molar ratios of activator (N-benzoylcaprolactam) to initiator (sodium dihydro-bis(methoxyethoxy)aluminate) of 1:1 and 1:3, when the polymerization times were less than 1 hr. This course is explained by the influence of fast side-reactions, mainly condensations. For a ratio of 3:1 of the components of the catalytic system, smooth integral distribution curves are obtained, accounting for a very fast decrease in the strong base concentration in the initial stages of the polymerization. 相似文献

The rapid determination of chloride and inorganic phosphate in blood serum based on continuous flow spectrophotometry was adapted to Flow Injection Analysis by applying dialysis as well as differential dilution of the injected samples. In addition to the manual injection procedure, an automated microsampling unit was developed and used. By continuous dialysis, chloride could be determined reproducibly at a sampling rate of 125 samples per hour at sample volumes of 60 μl or less. A similar sampling rate and high precision were obtained for the determination of inorganic phosphate by using differential dilution. 相似文献

The basic principles of Flow Injection Analysis are outlined. The parameters governing the dispersion of the injected sample zone in the system are discussed, and it is demonstrated how these parameters can be manipulated in order to suit the requirements of an individual analytical procedure.
